“ Where was Fabian when Papa was collapsing?” ask Zavian. He was curious to see what kind of a big brother it was when he saw the chaos caused by him.

“ Fabian can not go anywhere freely until this case subsides. He said he wanted to hide in our family villa in Bandung,” explained Mama Widya.

“ Can't go anywhere but instead go to Bandung?” asked Zavian a little annoyed.

“ She must be really embarrassed,” says Mama Widya. 

“ Bodo, hell !” sumpat Zavian could not help his regret. “ He should be here to see Papa's condition because of his actions.”

Mama Widya could only shake her head slowly. All this happened so suddenly and surprisingly.

“ Mama did not expect Fabian would be like this,” said Mama Widya slowly.

“ What will Mama do after this against Fabian?” ask Zavian.

“ Mama has asked Jefri to hold back the news about Fabian and find out who the perpetrator who spread the porn video was. If the person is caught then Mama will imprison the person,” said Mama Widya fiery.

“ Against Fabian, Ma...” reset Zavian.

Mama Widya exhales tiredly,” Mama will not defend her behavior.” 

Zavian only nodded faintly. He would not comment on his mother's decision. He would only move if Mama Widya asked him to help but if not, then Zavian chose to be quiet. 

Mama Widya grabbed Zavian's hand and looked at her son's face fixedly. All this time Zavian has always been kind and never neko-neko. He has a strong stance even though at certain times he can also be a submissive child. But why didn't Zavian get the full affection of his Papa?

“ For all the mistakes Papa has made with you, do you still want to forgive Papa?” ask Mama Widya. It's nothing, Mama Widya knows that there is no sincerity when Papa apologizes the other day to Zavian. And vice versa.

Zavian was silent for a moment while thinking, after that he replied,” I'm sorry Papa, Ma. Seriously, only I haven't been able to calm my own feelings since that incident.”

Mama Widya rubs the back of her son's hand slowly.” It's okay, it’s okay. Mama knows how you feel.”

“ At first I thought it was okay if I was sick or wretched. But after that terrible accident, all the thoughts in my head suddenly changed. I was afraid to think about Nayara who had to cry for me, especially if she was pregnant. I was so scared that I had to leave him and couldn't stay by his side any longer. Nayara has no one left, I'm all she's got and soon we'll have kids. I don't want to be wretched again to be able to look after Nayara and my son for the rest of my life.”

“ You will definitely continue together . After this, nothing else will disturb the happiness of you two. Including Papa !”

“ I hope Papa recovers quickly,” muttered Zavian.

After a critical period of nearly four hours, Papa Adrian's condition gradually improved. Doctors had to make observations before allowing the man to be moved to the treatment room.

Zavian decides to call Nayara and says that tonight may not be able to go home because she has to accompany her mother in the hospital. Both of Papa Adrian's sisters are in Surabaya and Bali, most likely tomorrow can only come here.

Meanwhile, Mr. Indra as a family lawyer was forced to remain in the hospital. Mama Widya does not allow the man to go home for fear of something happening to Papa and something is missed by her.

While Fabian, the troublemaker man chose to disappear and deactivate all his communication tools. No one has been able to contact Fabian since his scandal news circulated widely in cyberspace. Even he didn't seem to care about seeing Papa Adrian lying in the hospital as a result of his own actions. 

“ What did the doctor say, Ma? “ asked Zavian with a feeling of suspicion. 

Zavian caught something strange with his Papa shortly after the middle-aged man came to his senses. Papa Adrian's mouth movements look stiff, he can't speak clearly. Even his jaw was slightly slanted.

Where was the proud and powerful Adrian Rayyansyah? 

Mama Widya removes the corner of her eye at a glance,” There are blood vessels in the brain that make some of your Papa's body numb and stiff. Doctor said, Your dad has a stroke.”

“ Your father has changed his will ,” said Mama Widya followed by a nod by Mr. Indra.

“ Why , Ma?” ask Zavian.

“ Mama doesn't know exactly what makes your Papa think so. And now it seems like there is something important that Papa wants to talk to you about,”, said Mama Widya later. The woman could catch the wishes of her husband.

“ Za-vian...” call Papa Adrian while staring at his youngest son.

“ Yes, Pa.” Zavian replied.

Mama Widya asks that Zavian come closer and slightly slouchs next to her Papa. There is something important Papa Adrian said to his son. Although stammered, but Zavian can still clearly capture the words of his father.

The sentence uttered by Papa Adrian was disjointed . He looked at Zavian with pleading eyes. It looked weak and fragile, as if death was eyeing him and he was preparing to leave this world.

There were so many unexpressed regrets within the frail look on the face of the middle-aged man. But Zavian knew what to do . 

“ Sorry, Pa. I can't. Don't make me more hostile to Fabian,” Zavian said. He looked at his Papa with eyes asking for understanding.” Fabian always thought that he was the most entitled to hold the highest power. If Papa handed the company to me at a time like this, it would be tantamount to pitting the two of us.”

“ But the situation is now difficult, Za,” said Mama Widya.

“ Doesn't mean I can go in and shift the position Fabian , Ma,” sidelines Zavian quickly. “ The reason I quit Papa's company and set up my own company is because I want to be free from Fabian's pressure. Let our feud be just a matter of wanting to have Nayara. I don't want to deal with Fabian other than that.”

“ So, you don't want to join our family company anymore? You really don't want to help Papa?” ask Mama Widya.

“ Ma, please ! Understand my reasons, yes. Don't make it look like I'm evil because I don't want to help Papa,” Zavian replied. “ Fabian might kill me if I dare to shift his position. Mama knows for herself how big her ambition is to hold that company. And I will not risk my life for something that has no benefit to me.” 

Mama Widya was speechless and could not bear to see Zavian's face. He himself knew that Fabian had always cheated Zavian and things would get even more chaotic if Zavian followed his Papa's will.

“ Soon my son is born and I will never be willing if he grows up to be an orphan. I told you too that I wouldn't let Nayara live a difficult life because of my loss. I will continue to be with my wife and raise our child with complete affection. So, I will avoid any risk that would cause me harm,” sign Zavian later.

Silence rules the situation. There is only the sound of the clock ticking and also the sound of a soft-spoken ECG. Zavian could have taken his Papa's offer if only based on pity alone. But then again, he would not do something that would do him harm. 

“ Sorry if my choice looks so selfish,” muttered Zavian later. He saw the faces of his parents alternately.” I won't deal with Fabian.” 

Mama Widya looked at her husband who was crying. The middle-aged man's tears were dripping profusely and falling down the side of his face. The pain was clearly reflected on his face which seemed to be getting weaker. 

“ I-this is my fault,” muttered Papa Adrian staggered.

Regret now hit him hard and he could not spare himself. This was all his fault, he could no longer blame Zavian with all the decisions he made. 

If Papa Adrian had been fair and firm with his two children, then maybe the situation would not have been this complicated. Maybe if he did not echo that Fabian would replace him, then his son would not behave this way. And Zavian would also not be offended to choose to stay away.

“ It's okay,” Mama WIdya replied later. “ Whatever happens in the future, Mama is sure we will definitely find a solution. Now the important thing is that Papa is healed first. Oh yes, Mama intends to bring Papa for treatment to Singapore.” 

“ We do our best for Papa's recovery,” said Zavian chimed.
