“ Nay you are sick?’ mama Widya asked as she looked at Nayara's pale face.

“ Yes, Ma .” replied Nayara while nodding weakly. “ My stomach is often nauseous and it feels wrapped around. Very sick.” complained Nayara to the mother-in-law. 

“ Let the doctor phone mama .” the middle-aged woman called one of the maids to get her phone. After that the personal doctor of the Maheswara family was called to come immediately. 

“ Wait a minute.” hiss Mama Widya.

” His doctor will be here soon.” 

Nayara nodded, she spread her back to the back of the sofa. While waiting for the arrival of the doctor, it turns out that Widya's mother got a call from one of her business partners. There was a problem going on in the restaurant they were managing together.

“ Sorry, Nay. Looks like mama has to go.” said Mama Widya not feeling good, the look of the woman's face looks full of regret. 

“ Nothing , Ma.” replied Nara with a weak nod .

The woman who always looks elegant immediately called the driver and asked to be delivered to her new restaurant. After that, Nayara was alone . Not long after, the doctor comes and Nayara asks to be checked in her room only.

“ You are sick? what pain is it?” Sarah who passed by Nayara suddenly kepo saw her husband's old wife was with the doctor.

“ Is none of your business!” ketus Nayara then closed the door quickly so that Sarah does not know anything about him. 

After being examined and prescribed the drug, the doctor paid his respects and Nayara came back down to deliver the doctor to the door. He meets Sarah, who constantly looks at him cynically.

“ You are no longer pregnant right ?” ask Sarah curiously. 

“ Even if I'm pregnant, what's the matter with you?” nayara asked with a sharp eye. 

“ Like you can not be pregnant, because mas Bian said you could not be pregnant because you are barren.” sindri Sarah .” That's why she chose me to give birth to a child who would be her successor.

Nayara's heart felt stabbed by a poisonous dagger. It hurt so much to know why Fabian cheated on her behind him that it made another woman pregnant. But even though his heart ached, Nayara still showed her stubbornness.

“ He chose you not for reasons of wanting to have offspring, but because you are a cheap woman who can be invited to sleep easily. And your pregnancy was just a coincidence.” sneer Nayara with a mocking look. 

“ It's good you said so ! Mas Bian also loves me even more he loves me than you! He himself said so.” 

“ Oh, huh? Don't you know that he said the same thing to me? you can feel like the most special woman.” Nayara taunted Sarah in a loud manner.

“ The most important thing is that I can get pregnant and carry her child. Not the same as you who are barren !” Sarah again insulted Nayara.

“ Do not feel victorious because you are married by mas Bian, she is only limited to being responsible for your pregnancy so that this family is not ashamed because of rumors of an extramarital child .” reply Nayara no less striking.

“ What did you say? you mean my son is a bastard? “ Sarah's eyes widened to hear Nayara's insults.

“ You yourself right the one who said that ? “ said Nayara again and then about to pass, he did not want to take much longer to respond to the honey that made him sicker . But when it will pass Sarah even went forward and attacked him. Sarah grabbed Nayara's hair until she was strangled by shock and pain at the same time. 

“ It's good you said I was pregnant with an illegitimate child. Basic barren woman!” scream Sarah. 

“ Release pain!” nayara exclaimed while holding her head.

“ Die you barren woman!” Sarah pulls Nayara's hair further, until Nayara grimaces in pain. 

Sarah immediately removed her trap from Nayara's hair. But instead, he instead attacked back by slapping Nayara's face hard. Nayara staggered and fell on the floor, but she did not remain silent. Nayara got up and pushed Sarah until she hit the wall.

“ Aww.. Pain...” screams Sarah while crying.

Coinciding with that, the sound of the car was heard entering the garage and not long ago Fabian came. He immediately approached Sarah who was sitting on the floor crying.

“ What is this?” fabian asked as he looked at Sarah and Nayara alternately.

“ He hurt me, mas. He hit me and pushed me down.” Sarah replied with a sobbing.

“ Him first who started !” nayara. He could not accept Sarah saying that when it was clear that the woman was the one who started looking for him.

“ I didn't expect your true nature to be like that, Nay. If there is a problem say well do not be rude to my wife.” Fabian said with a sharp look .

“ Mas my stomach hurts.” eraang Sarah while squeezing her stomach. He leaned back with his face getting pale.

Fabian's eyes bulged wide when he saw blood flowing from between his wife's thighs. He suddenly panicked, while Sarah's crying became more and more.

“ We go to the hospital now.” said Fabian while holding Sarah. “ If anything happens to my son and wife, I will make a calculation with you.” after saying so Fabian rushed Sarah to the car .

Nayara stared at her husband's departure. The man doesn't care about himself at all. Fabian only thinks about Sarah and makes Nayara left alone.

Nayara pensively for a long time in her room, she stared at her pale face with messy hair. His body hurts, but his heart hurts even more. Her tears melted down her cheeks with intense sadness. 

“ Nay ! Where are you?” mama Widya's voice echoed from outside.

Nayara opened her bedroom door and found her in-laws back home with an anxious face.” Nay...” 

“ What's up .Ma ?” ask Nayara who was a little confused .

“ We are in hospital now !” said mama Widya while pulling Nayara's hand,” Mama just called by Fabian and she said that Sarah was bleeding.” 

“ What ?” nayara's heart suddenly beat fast. Mama Widya did not have much time to explain anything. 

Along the way, Nayara felt her breath suffocate. His head was filled with the frightening shadows of something bad. He could imagine how panicked Fabian was right now. 

Arriving at the hospital, they run to the IGD room and find Fabian there. The man was crying, his eyes wet with such deep sadness. Nayara's steps came to a halt as the two's views met. Fabian stepped closer to Nayara, his eyes shining with a flaming rage.

“ Sarah miscarried .” ketus Fabian right in front of Nayara. The man again said in a high tone .” You hurt her and made Sarah miscarry, Nayara !” 

“ Di-dia who started first, mas.” Og Nayara slowly.
