Papa Adrian should rest at home after he was sentenced to suffer from congestive heart disease that forbids him from working too hard . But he also couldn't let Fabian work unsupervised. Fabian is not as capable as Zavian in making important decisions or completing work with his own hands.

“ If there is Zavian maybe now I can retire and rest in peace,” said Papa Adrian blatantly.

Papa Adrian did say that on purpose because he wanted to motivate Fabian. But Fabian obviously couldn't accept that because he felt his pride was offended.

“ Don't compare between me and Zavian !” exclaimed Fabian with an annoyed face.

“ You two do have a decent difference to compare,” said Papa Adrian with a look of disdain.

” Take a look at your sister, even during her illness after the accident her company still runs well and still reaping profits with various cooperation. The project he runs is also safe without obstacles. As for you, in good health alone still not becus in working.” 

“ Brengssek !” jolt Fabian while pounding the table. “ I'm sick of seeing Papa's increasingly outrageous ways day by day!”

“ You are outrageous, Bian. See the results of your work that is not at all becus !” snapped Papa Adrian no less upset. 

After saying so, Fabian immediately left the office and drove his car to a club. After revealing his identity card and member card, he walked into a dimly lit room decorated with yellow strip lights. Stomping music filled his hearing and he snorted for a moment.

Fabian chose a sofa in the corner of the room and asked the waiter to bring him an alcoholic drink. In this place Fabian did not need to ask for a muciikari to provide women for him. Because the women would come to him and sit on his lap willingly.

Like this moment, when he had drunk as many as five glasses of drink and consciousness was beginning to thin, a woman came and sat on his lap. From a distance, someone observed the man's behavior with a cell phone in his hand. He captured the scene there through a still image shot that clearly highlighted Fabian's face.

“ You threw me out, insulted me and ruined my life overnight. I even had to lose my son because of what you did,” muttered someone with a glint of vengeance in his eyes. 

Yes, the woman is Sarah who some days decided to spy on her ex-husband's activities. He had held a grudge as a result of Fabian's ill-treatment of him.

The woman on Fabian's lap turned her head towards him and Sarah raised her chin as a gesture for her man woman to create a much more erotic scene. A moment later he smiled sinisterly as he saw Fabian fall into his vengeful trap.

“ You will be crushed in my hands, my ex-husband !”

Fabian's door was knocked from the outside and his secretary appeared in the doorway to notify the CEO's arrival. Fabian frowned unhappily as he felt there was no appointment with his Papa. Especially now that Fabian is having a lot of work to do. But of course he could not refuse his Papa who came to visit his room.

“ Sit,Pa,” said Fabian who stood up from his chair.

Papa Adrian hurriedly raised his hand and forbade Fabian to come near him.” You just sit there, Bian.”

Fabian who did not understand why his father suddenly came to visit still approached Papa Adrian and sat face to face on the sofa.

“ I'm doing a lot of work,Pa,” said Fabian without further ado.” If later my work is not finished Papa even angry and said I am not a work-smitch.” 

“ That's why Papa told you to stay in your chair and keep working,” Papa Adrian replied.

“ Keep Papa why here?”

“ View you work.”

“ Pa...” Fabian was eager to shake his hair. But realize that later in the afternoon he still has a meeting with clients that require to look neat.

“ Why the hell?”

“ Yes. I did it according to Papa's direction,” replied Fabian with a sour face.

“ Good, then I also want to hear the reason they applied to resign,” said Papa Adrian.

Fabian sighed deeply while trying to neutralize the look on his face. She did not want to show a matted face that would make her Papa even more so with annoying questions. Fabian then went back to sit behind his desk and left his Papa alone on the sofa.

Shortly thereafter Fabian's secretary informed him that the employee called by Fabian had arrived. Fabian immediately told his secretary to let the employee into his room.

A woman walked into the room and said excuse me politely. The woman named Meisya greeted Papa Adrian before being invited to sit in the chair in front of Fabian. Meisya is a permanent employee who now serves as a staff accounting . His career track record is good and has never had any problems related to his work.

It is a bit suspicious if there are employees with permanent status who would like to submit resignations in this kind of situation. Whereas other employees are competing to create a good track record to be immediately appointed as permanent employees.

“ Just go straight to the main topic, I want to know what reason you want to resign from this company,”, Fabian said.

“ Because I have personal reasons for this resignation,” Meisya replied politely.

“ Have you been accepted to work elsewhere?” shoot Fabian quickly.” just answer honestly.”

“ I want to develop the potential in me and I happen to find a place that feels suitable,” obviously the woman justifies the accusations Fabian.

Fabian snorted softly at the cliche reason wrapped in the professional sentence. Fabian already knew that Meisya had been accepted into Zavian's company. That's why he called Meisya here.

The atmosphere grew increasingly unpleasant as Fabian glanced at Papa Adrian and found the man watching him.

“ Your reasons are too cliche. Though this company has given you a container in order to develop the potential well,” said Fabian who immediately made Meisya suddenly misbehaved. “ What advantages did you get at your new workplace ? What salary is greater than what you get here?” ask Fabian again.

“ Actually I am pregnant, sir,” replied Meisya.

“ Then what is the problem if you are pregnant?” ask Fabian then.” You can still work here even if you are pregnant.”

“ I want to get enough time to recover after giving birth later.”

“ The company also gives maternity leave to its employees.”

Meisya chose to shut up and Fabian felt annoyed himself. Moreover, his father continued to stare with demanding eyes.

“ What are the benefits you will get from your new company?” ask Fabian .

“ There given maternity leave for four months and home waivers two hours sooner for the next two months. There, there is a birth bonus and a fixed salary paid in full during the holidays. Not only that, special leave is also given to the man whose wife gave birth.” explained Meisya with details without missing a bit of what makes him choose to work for the Zavian company.

Papa Adrian who listened since earlier suddenly felt his ears suddenly hurt hearing the reason from Meisya. He recalled that Zavian had proposed similar rules for leave for employees who would give birth. But Fabian rejected the proposal, arguing that employees should remain productive whatever the reason.    

Now, employees resign because of company policies that are considered not to pay attention to employee welfare. Papa Adrian felt regret for having rejected Zavian's proposal at that time.

“ I offer twice higher salary , how?” tawar Fabian later.

“ I stick to the decision that has been submitted ,Pak,” Meisya replied insisting.

Fabian took a deep breath and looked at his head-shaking Papa. Finally inevitably, Fabian had to let go of the employees who had worked for many years here. After Meisya came out, Fabian felt an increasingly dense aura of intimidation from his father.
