One Night With Your Wife

Fabian did this to Sarah. If he invites the woman to speak first, Sarah will bless and glint her tongue. So, now Sarah cannot evade or make excuses anymore. Fabian also locks the car door so that there is no chance for Sarah to escape. 

Unfortunately again, Sarah did not bring a cell phone so she could not contact anyone in a depressed condition like this. He did not predict if Fabian would drag him to the hospital in such a sudden manner.

“ Don't think all this time I didn't know that your mother used one of my credit cards to make a splash.” Fabian said with a sly smile. Then he looked at Sarah sharply. “ My credit card bills up to seventy-five million in a month . Crazy ! Your mother really is like digging a gold barn !” 

“ I-it's , a-I'm wrong, Mas. I gave your credit card to my mother.” Sarah defended her mother. 

“ Still without my permission right?” asked Fabian cynically. “ I can imprison your mother on the grounds of theft.” 

“ Don't, Mas. Don't imprison my mother!” sarah is scared. “ He does not steal. I was wrong.” 

It's good that you're aware of your mistake.” Fabian sneer. “ If you still refuse to do a DNA test, then it is not just you who will bear my anger. But your greedy family is too. “ 

Sarah squeezed her suddenly cold fingers. His heart was pounding fast with the growing fear of being. If last night Sarah was able to stand up and manipulate things easily, now she's getting more depressed. 

“ So pale your face, scared ya ?” taunted Fabian with cynicism. “ Didn't you insist last night that it was my son?Why is your face even frightened so?” 

“ A-I'm not afraid.” replied Sarah. 

Fabian just snorted cynically. He could have accepted the fact that if he had said his fertility was problematic, but he would not have been able to keep quiet when he found out that Sarah had cheated him. 

When she reached the hospital, Sarah's anxiety and worry grew. He even wanted to cry because he was so afraid. 

“ Do not try to cheat or escape from me, or you will receive the consequences.” Fabian said threateningly. He got out of the car and opened the door for Sarah. She held Sarah's wrist tightly, as if afraid that she would run away.

Fabian did the registration and also the administrative payment. After that he was directed to enter the doctor's room to consult first. Meanwhile Sarah can only resign and follow the plot made by her husband. 

Because doing a DNA test is not something that is easy, then the time needed is also quite long. From morning until noon Sarah and Fabian were in the hospital to undergo a lengthy procedure. Starting from consultation, health examination to DNA paternity sampling. 

“ How long do I have to wait for the results to come out?” fabian asked the doctor and the laboratory staff. 

“ Usually one to two weeks.” replied the doctor. 

“ Really long. Can't be accelerated to two days ?” asked Fabian who looked protest . 

“ Can't, Sir. But we try to get the results out quickly, later when it is finished we will immediately notify.” said the doctor. 

“ Remember one thing, the confidentiality and authenticity of the result should be maintained. Don't give it to anyone but myself.” Fabian insisted later. “ If the result gets leaked before I know it or manipulated , then I will take this case to legal track.” 

“ Good, Sir. We understand.” replied the doctor and also the laboratory officer.”

Fabian nodded in satisfaction, then he took Sarah home. Along the way home, Sarah could not help but cry. Seeing his wife crying, Fabian had no sympathy at all. Instead, he was increasingly convinced that Sarah was currently in fear and also regret because soon her cheating would be exposed. 

The next day, everything went as usual. Except for Sarah who felt that moment by second time felt like a sword slicing through her heart. Sarah daydreams more and spends time sleeping. 

“ Which Sarah, Bian?” mama Widya asked because she did not see her daughter-in-law anywhere. 

“ You guys have any problems?” widya's mother asked her eyes suspiciously. 

“ Hem,” muttered Fabian briefly. “ If later me and Sarah separated, I hope Mama can accept our decision both. Don't hold back so we can stay together again.” 

“ Jeez, Bian ! You want another divorce?” asked the middle-aged woman with wide eyes. “ Sarah is pregnant, you know. Soon your child will be born !” 

Fabian shook his head weakly.

“ I have a strong reason, Ma.” 

Mama Widya sighed deeply and exhaled so quickly.

” You know, Bian. The biggest reason your mom and dad agreed to your marriage with Sarah is because we want you to take responsibility for your mistakes. You can't hands off after impregnating another woman!” 

“ Then Mama and Papa also even approve of Nayara getting married to Zavian !” ketus Fabian was upset. 

“ What are all your decisions because of Nayara? You still haven't moved on from him?” ask Mama Widya again. 

Fabian just gave a faint snort. He didn't want to give any answers. “ I'm disappointed in you guys.” 

“ We agree to the request of Zavian who wants to marry Nayara because he has no one, Bian . If we don't take care of him then who else? that's why Nayara we allowed to marry Zavian so that he can still be part of our family.” explained Mama Widya .

“ Ah, come on, Ma.” says Fabian later. He stood up and left his mother. Whatever the discussion if it was about Nayara, then there would always be pain in Fabian's chest. There was still no willingness in his chest until this moment. 

While at the office, Adrian called Fabian to discuss. There is an invitation for a meeting between entrepreneurs and investors to be attended by the Minister of Economy. The show is a week away and Adrian wants Fabian to attend the Business Gathering this time. 

“ Find a good position so that we are more highlighted.” said the papa .

“OK.” replied Fabian while nodding. 

“ This year you have to get good results for us, Bian.” Adrian said a little pressure on his voice.

“ If it can be better than last year.” 

Fabian let out a heavy sigh that sounded tired. Last year, Zavian attended the event. And the result is a collaboration between Raya Corp and PT Bintang Energy in the construction of twenty independent SPBU spread in various regions on the island of Sumatra. 

Not only that, Zavian also managed to get an interview opportunity with one of the business media portals. This of course makes the company's shares rise. 

Now the usually dependable Zavian is no more. All that burden fell on Fabian's shoulders and he was required to do something better. If Zavian lunge is not that great, maybe the burden borne by Fabian is also not this big. 

“ Zavian unlucky !” Fabian had to curse his sister's prowess first before admitting his weakness.
