10. Annoyed at the Ex

Cantara and Badrina spent the weekend at Nuraini's house. Swelling in the Arshaka organ gradually decreases even though it still feels pain. Badrina helps Arshaka to fulfill the doctor's advice, she accompanies her ex-husband wholeheartedly.

As Badrina was feeding Arshaka breakfast on Sunday morning, Arshaka's cell phone rang out. They both turned towards the nightstand beside the bed.

Call from Elmira.

Badrina quickly averted her eyes, looking down at the plate and stirring up Arshaka's food, while Arshaka had no intention of picking up a phone call this morning.

The food was fed back by Badrina. The man seemed to enjoy the service received from the former. Not long after, Arshaka's phone rang again from the same caller.

Arshaka gave a quick glance at Badrina, appearing just like a bad taste to the mother of her daughter.

"Just let it go" Badrina said feeling the restless aura from Arshaka. Badrina placed the dinner plate on the nightstand and then stood up, cleaning up Arshaka's room while waiting for the two to finish talking.

Whether there is any business for Elmira in the morning, Arshaka did not hesitate to take the call in front of Badrina. There was no way he could have stepped onto the balcony because he still felt pain in his sensitive area.

Arshaka still had to fall on his soft bed to gather energy to quickly recover from the incident yesterday morning.

"Hello..," said Arshaka.

"Shaka, good morning. How are you doing? elmira asked in relief because her call was well responded to.

"Good news, Mira," replied Arshaka.

"Shaka, em.. later tonight I'd like to take you to dinner instead of last pending meeting," Elmira's invitation is faintly heard by Badrina even though the phone's voice is not magnified. "do you have time?" elmira asked, more impressed to invite.

At times Arshaka glanced at Badrina, the woman showed an ordinary look without excessive expression. He was busy tidying things up in Arshaka's room, "Mira, I ...."

"Let's pick me up, then" Elmira cut off before Arshaka made a refusal. "there's something I want to say to you, please," Elmira's tone sounded serious.

"ee... Yeah, all right, Mira. I'm waiting for you at home" Arshaka concluded.

In silence Badrina turned to look at Arshaka who was researching her phone.

Apparently, there was a message from Elmira who entered, Arshaka put the phone back on the nightstand.

"My hope, Rina," he said, returning Badrina's standing gaze towards him.

Badrina's way to the nightstand. Bead eyes they both met, Arshaka difficult to interpret the gaze of his ex-wife. In times of anger usually highlight Badrina like that. Angry for what?

"It seems that you have recovered, can eat by yourself." Badrina said as she took the plate and handed it to Arshaka.

"Eat a little more. Where are you going?" ask Arshaka quickly.

"Later in the afternoon we're back home." Badrina turned to walk towards the door of the room. Arshaka was silent until Badrina closed the door.

Badrina had a hard time understanding the feelings raging within her. He was less accepting when Arshaka responded to Elmira's invitation to meet later tonight, whereas the man to walk needed to be swept, fed, even still need help to compress the sick area.

Not to mention, Cantara has been neglected because she focuses on helping Arshaka to heal, thankfully Cantara is comfortable with her oma.

Badrina wants to even stay over to help Arshaka to heal, his soul if he sees a sick family quickly moved. However, given their daughter's response to meeting Elmira Friday night, it could happen again. Cantara was sad again.

Therefore, Badrina decided to go home later in the afternoon rather than hurt Cantara's mood again seeing her papa go with Elmira. What was Nuraini's message last time about closeness with others that impacted Cantara, not impregnated Arshaka? Badrina sighed in annoyance with Arshaka again.

Badrina did not immediately reply, she caressed her son's head, "Canta don't play anymore? Where's oma, huh?" Badrina switched the conversation, asking.

"Oma again received a call from a friend, Ma," replied Cantara.

"Ma.. how about.. let's take Papa to the mall." Cantara again urged her mother.

"Ep... Papa's still sick, son. Need a break." Badrina did not lie, as he saw Arshaka was still helped by him a lot to move. And there's no way he's saying that his papa's leaving tonight with Elmira.

"Ooh...." Cantara then came down from her mother's lap. That little girl had met her father, indeed she saw Arshaka still lying on the bed room.

"Canta... Want to go to the mall in the afternoon, son?" That's Arshaka's voice. He heard the conversation of the mother and child from the beginning. She caught up with Badrina after calling someone.

"Papa... has healed?" Cantara was happy to jump excited to see his papa had walked without having to be swept. Arshaka slowly sat down next to Badrina.

"Later in the afternoon we went for a walk, not to. It's been a long time Papa's not walking with Papa's beautiful son," Arshaka smiled into his son's sharp nose, "tell him to Oma to come along, there."

Cantara nodded enthusiastically and left her mother both.

"You mean how? Can you walk long? Later that night you have an appointment, to the mall take Canta not enough for two hours. I don't want my son being pushed home for your woman's benefit." Badrina spilled her frustration with a slow but piercing voice. She looked at her ex-husband from the side.

As Arshaka returned Badrina's gaze, she turned to look ahead, "I cancelled my appointment with Elmira again. So we can go in the afternoon."

Yes, when Badrina came out of the room, Arshaka tried to browse Badrina's different gestures after the phone was picked up.

He decided to contact Elmira and apologized for cancelling the appointment again because he remembered there was an appointment with his son even though there was actually no one.

When he came out, even the reason it was true would happen after hearing the conversation of Badrina and Cantara.
