THE FORMER SHADOW

THE FORMER SHADOW
35. Blood Pressure is Down

This afternoon Badrina has an appointment with Danish. After last night's encounter with her annoying ex-husband left a sense of sadness in the heart. Badrina wanted to consult a childhood friend who paid attention to her.

Badrina is not sure yet to visit experts such as psychiatrists and adult psychologists, Badrina is a difficult figure to be open to other parties.

Earlier this morning, with swollen eyes from crying all night, Badrina had to do her daily chores to take Cantara to school and wait for her daughter. He wore black glasses to disguise his swollen eyes.

However, it is not possible to use it throughout the hours at her child's school because Badrina also had to interact occasionally with other students' parents.

When Cantara had entered the class, Badrina decided no longer to wait near the class, but to take a longer distance so as not to be close to the other mothers. He did not want to be asked more about his swollen eyes.

Badrina sat pensively, the memory of her ex-husband's words lingering in her mind. The allegations made him make Badrina want to be alone at this time.

Badrina noticed that Cantara was getting more comfortable in school, both with teachers and friends in her class.

When Badrina was still in the school area, Danish contacted her to meet in order to discuss the book that the man had given her during the holidays a few months ago.

Danish accepted the offer. It also relates to Arshaka's request that he approach Badrina.

The activity is quite solid as a single mother makes Badrina has not been able to complete the reading given by Danish. Despite this, Badrina liked the topic of self-rearing by recalling her bitter childhood.

I don't know if it's actually good for him right now or if it makes it harder and harder to accept the fact that he was emotionally rejected as a child from close people who should have been supportive.

In the afternoon, Danish kept his promise by visiting Badrina's house. "Hello beautiful... What else?" greet Danish, join sitting next to Cantara in the living room.

The housekeeper, who had welcomed Danish, left her with Cantara to make drinks in the kitchen.

Cantara looked over and smiled. "Hi, Om Danish," said Cantara waving his hand. He was sitting with his new lego.

"Again, Om. I've got a new lego," he pointed out, lifting the almost finished work.

"Well, it's almost done, would you like to make houses?" tanya Danish saw the form of the work of Cantara.

"Yes, Om. Home for Mama, Canta, as Papa lives," he said plainly with a cheerful voice.

Danish looked at the little girl fixedly, her mind flying towards Arshaka and Badrina whom she knew no longer had any relationship at this time. Danish felt sorry for Cantara who had pure thoughts, then Danish rubbed the head of Cantara to give strength to the boy.

"Your mom is there?" danish asked back at the intention of his arrival.

"Mama there is, Om. Canta call me first, Om." Danish nodded. The little girl immediately ran to her mother's room.

Cantara knocked several times on Badrina's bedroom door. However, there is no truth from within. With a tiptoe, Cantara opened the door and went in to find his mother inside.

"Mama," he called several times, but there was no word. Amar Badrina deserted.

Cantara wondered why her mother was not as usual who was quick to respond when called by her.

Cantara went to open the bathroom door, where Cantara was surprised to see Badrina in a lying condition.

"Mama.." call Cantara. Badrina just kept quiet. The boy shook his mother's body as he called out to her.

The voice of Cantara high calling Badrina, Cantara screamed in panic. Badrina did not move and remained without sound.

Danish who was in the living room and the housekeeper heard Cantara's screams. The assistant from the kitchen rushed towards the direction of the Cantara sound.

As Danish arrived, they saw Badrina lying unconscious.

"Here, aini," call Danish patting her cheek. He examined Badrina's pulse which was still throbbing.

Cantara cried to see her mother helpless. "Calm down Canta, we'll take your mom to the hospital for help" Danish told Cantara. The little girl still continued to cry, she was struck with fear by what she had witnessed just now.

"Auntie, please open my car door immediately. We have to go to the hospital, "he told a middle-aged domestic assistant named Muryati.

Muryati immediately carried out Danish orders. Scurrying to the yard to open the door of the passenger sedan car. The man carried Badrina's body towards the car.

"Aunti sama Cantara also follow ya. Canta sat next to om on the front bench, let Aunt take care of Mama," he arranged. With tears, Cantara obeyed what Danish had said.

Along the way to the hospital, Cantara glanced back with a cry as he pleased. Danish tried to concentrate on driving a car. Occasionally he rubbed the head and back of Cantara who looked so sad with the condition of Badrina who only closed her eyes helplessly.

Arriving at the emergency room of a hospital, Danish immediately reported that he had brought a patient. The officer moved quickly by carrying a gurney to see the condition of the patient experiencing emergency.

They brought her into the room and performed first aid measures. Among those who are underage, are not allowed to enter because there are some patients in severe conditions, it is feared that it can cause trauma when seen by children.

Muryatilah is now in charge of assisting Cantara, "Tenak ya Non, mama has been taken care of by nurses and doctors.  Non Cantara prayed the best for Mama, "he said rubbing Cantara's back. "We're both here first, can't go in. Om Danish who accompanied his mother Non" Muryati explained to Cantara.

The boy tried to calm himself. He nodded while occasionally sobbing. He recited prayers in his heart for the safety of his mother.

After Badrina was given first aid, Danish completed administration. The guard doctor said that Badrina needs to get treatment in the hospital. Badrina had sudden blood pressure drop and dehydration.

Danish has had its own conjecture as to the cause of Badrina's stupor. When Danish was contacted by Badrina, she could hear a hoarse voice like someone was crying. Only, Danish hesitated to ask further.

Danish came out of the emergency room. He saw that Cantara had fallen asleep in Muryati's arms. "Auntie, please take care of Canta for a moment. I'd like to buy a drink and call" he said. Muryati nodded in agreement to Danish's words.

Danish went to a quiet place for a moment, he had to inform someone. Danish took her phone to contact the person she thought was responsible for the incident.

"Yes, Dan--"

"Heh, bangor! Your ex is in hospital again. Here's you, bader!" the Danish spray was accompanied by a curse on Arshaka.
