Sunday afternoon, Arshaka visited Badrina's residence. He parked the vehicle in front of the gate.
When Arshaka opened the front door, the house was unlocked, only closed. Arshaka clucked to see the carelessness of Badrina, what if there was evil intentions from people who passed when they found out the door was not locked.
Arshaka came in, Badrina's house was deserted. Looks like the nanny and the housekeeper didn't come in today.
The man found Badrina sitting in the living room with a knotty smile and a happy laugh while on the phone with someone.
He waited until their communication was over. Staring at Badrina was happy, touching Arshaka's feelings. When was the last time his ex-wife was that happy?
Arshaka is curious about Badrina's interlocutor. Unfortunately, there was no clear sound of conversation because Badrina spoke so slowly. Arshaka did not see Cantara near Badrina, it is possible that his daughter was still napping.
After Badrina called, Arshaka came closer. "Rina," said.
Badrina's smile that appeared so sweet, now faded shortly after seeing Arshaka. His parasites turned ordinary with a cold aura.
"You came," said Badrina flatly.
"Yes" answered Arshaka briefly.
"Cantara's still napping, just wait, yeah. I want to go to the room first, there's something to do" Badrina said politely, but without looking at her co-spokesmen. It soon passed from before Arshaka.
Immediately Arshaka advanced forward blocking Badrina's path by stretching out his right hand. Badrina, unprepared, smashed into Arshaka's hand, hitting his chest near his neck.
Badrina took a step back, glaring at Arshaka. "It's not polite!" reprimanding Badrina was upset and then looked the other way. His hands were folded in front of his chest, afraid that Arshaka was being disrespectful.
"What's wrong with you? Your attitude suddenly changes. Last night we were still talking well. Earlier this morning came home unselfish and now such evasive," Arshaka's investigation looked at Badrina, though he had his own conjecture of a change in the attitude of his ex-wife.
"Shaka, I ask that our conversation is only limited to Cantara," pinta Badrina, "not for anything else, especially about personal matters," continued Badrina with a slightly arrogant attitude.
"Why?" tanya Arshaka demanded.
"I'm distracted" Badrina said.
"Not because of Poppy's request?" tanya Arshaka who was rewarded with a sharp shot from Badrina. His hands moved around with his waist.
"That's my tant, a little polite," said Badrina, not accepting as her right index finger pointed at Arshaka.
"Aunty? Sure she's your aunt?" Arshaka's gaze did not lose the spotlight. "I just reminded him, be careful with him," added Arshaka passed from before Badrina.
Badrina disliked the way Arshaka judged her tant. The man used to try to get the wedding blessing of his aunt, to the extent that he had said that Poppy was a good figure. But now his words are the opposite.
Badrina had no intention of asking Arshaka for an explanation. He chose to go to the kitchen, while Arshaka turned to sit in the living room.
The man was annoyed as soon as Badrina scolded him and called himself disrespectful. Badrina couldn't judge Poppy as she was because she was used to her tantric attitude.
Badrina was good at treating Arshaka. She considers her ex-husband as a guest, provides food and drinks and leaves the living room.
No talks are going on between them. Both choose to silence each other, they are wrapped in their respective egos.
Arshaka noticed Badrina's unfriendly attitude. Usually Badrina fought back with the words of the decisive if not in accordance with his wishes, but now it looks Badrina more resigned to the situation.
Arshaka still lingers at Badrina's house, although he is not once spoken to by the host.
At dinner time, Arshaka confidently offered to eat at Badrina's house, "I have dinner here, yes," she said softly as Cantara went to wash her hands in the sink.
"Come," Badrina pitched in while preparing dinner at the table.
Badrina's treatment did not make Arshaka go berserk. He understands that attitude is made up for whatever motivation.
They ate three like some time ago, a sight that will rarely be found in the future.
"Papa, why don't you ever stay home again?" ask Cantara while focusing on enjoying the dishes served by her mother.
Arshaka looked at his son and glanced at Badrina. The woman seemed not to be bothered by the question of Cantara, she continued to eat. Badrina did not care about the flow of conversation between herself and Cantara.
Actually, Arshaka wanted to ask Badrina for help in answering Cantara's question. Apparently, he needs to answer himself.
"Papa. um. that's, son. Papa -"
"Canta, you still want to add the side dish, son? It's delicious, mama likes it. Canta likes it not?" asked Badrina offering a side dish in her hand, she shifted the focus of Cantara.
"Likes, Mom. Mama's cooking is always good" replied Cantara.
"Thank you mama's son. This is eaten to be healthy and grow big" said Badrina, adding a side dish in the Cantara dish.
Arshaka was quite relieved with the help that Badrina did. Although it was not an answer, Cantara no longer asked that question.
After dinner, Arshaka still plays with Cantara. Activities leading up to Cantara sleep selected light only. Arshaka contributed a lot for tonight to help put Cantara to sleep.
As Arshaka was about to return to her mother's house, Badrina was waiting in the living room. Badrina made a request to Arshaka. "You should send a schedule of Cantara visits, including what time will come here. I'll slowly explain to her about our divorce" said Badrina, who stood back to Arshaka's body.
Arshaka frowned, he did not understand the direction Badrina spoke. "Well what?" asked Arshaka confused.
"So that your visit is orderly. And, it was impossible to hide this divorce constantly from Cantara," Badrina replied, she turned her head in the other direction.
"Have thought carefully how to behave if there is an unexpected reaction from Cantara?" asked Arshaka, he stood straight while folding his hands in front of his chest.
Badrina could not answer Arshaka's question. Actually, she just does not want to meet her ex-husband, so when Arshaka's schedule visits, she can disappear somewhere so as not to meet this man again.
Arshaka tried to interpret the mimic of Badrina's beautiful face. He still wanted to flank Badrina with a lot of questions, but it did not happen.
The man came home, Badrina delivered him to the gate. Arshaka lowered the windshield intending to say good night, Badrina seemed unwilling to turn to him, even quickly closing the gate.
Arshaka was silent in the car. He beat up the steering wheel as a result of Badrina's neglect of him. Arshaka could judge Badrina as forcing herself to do so, not the Badrina she knew.
Arshaka drove his vehicle in disappointment. Tomorrow he plans to find someone to hold accountable.
