Hazel and Josh are still hanging around the street. They had to meet Hamish, but somehow. It still revolves around Hazel's brain. Questions began to emerge. But now is not the time to look back, they have to meet Hamish.
A clothing store makes an idea appear in Hazel's brain. He hasn't told Josh yet, Hazel has entered the store.
“Hazel, now is not the time to shop. We have to meet Hamish.”
“We will meet Hamish.” Hazel smiled happily.
Josh doesn't know what Hazel is thinking. What with shopping they can meet Hamish. “Oh I know what you mean. We'll go undercover.” Shouted Josh excitedly.
“Sstt, don't say that out loud.” Hazel ducked a little. “You have money?” ask Hazel.
“No, why?”
“Good, now we have to steal.”
“Stole? Why is that good? That's not a good thing, we never steal here.”
“That's not a compliment, that's Josh.”'s satire
“Oh, I thought you said stealing was good.”
Hazel stood up, then she picked up a black hoddie and a black knee-length skirt. Josh picks up the stylish glasses and takes another sauce for Hazel. Josh also picked up a set of black suits complete with his tie. They changed their clothes in the changing room and changed their clothes to hang. Fortunately the shopkeeper did not pay much attention to their clothes when entering. He sees Hazel and Josh putting back the clothes they brought and quickly they get out of the store.
“Never do that again. That's an inimitable thing.” Josh was nagging, but obviously he liked his new shirt and wore his sunglasses.
They're both headed for Hamish's office. Hazel had remembered the place, as if it were a memory she had planted and she would need it.
A guard came out of his guard. He stood up and asked the two men. “What do you need here?” ask the guard.
“We need to meet Hamish,” Hazel replied quietly to the guard.
“Have you made an appointment? Do you know what this place is?” ask the guard again, as if he doesn't want Hazel and Josh to come in. So he made the question difficult and framed.
“Of course I did, otherwise I wouldn't have come here. Of course I know this place, you don't know who we are?” Thrust Hazel in an irritating tone.
“Sorry Ma’am, but we don't know you and your friend. We just run the command.”
In Hazel's heart she kept swearing. “Sial, shit.” But he keeps trying, he's very clever in terms of tricking people, maybe he can also be a real spy.
“Our pack is an American spy agency undercover. We are here working together to do the undercover task of investigating.” Hazel opened her sunglasses. Then he continued. “These weeks some people have used illegal firearms. Whereas weapons have been banned for hundreds of years and for the sake of peace, we must work together. So we are also doing our job here.” Hazel really hoped that the reason earlier could be trusted by this guard. Who else knows about illegal firearms.
No need to wait long, the officer opened the gate. In their hearts they screamed with joy. Hazel wears her glasses back and walks like a real spy with Josh.
“You're great.” Josh.
“I think that's my forte.” Hazel smiled as she shrugged both of her shoulders.
They walked down the corridor and Hazel tried to remember the path pointed out by Haikal. Turn right, then left, left and right again. That's where Haikal is. But what they were looking for was not Haikal but Hamish. When Hamish suddenly arrived, it was certain that his room was not far from Haikal. They are partners after all.
“There is no way we should knock on the door one by one and check it out,” Josh said.
From the corridor they heard someone approaching. They quickly hid in Haikal's room. But at that very moment Hazel peeked out of the hole in the door.
“That's Hamish!” Hazel. “The room is right in front of Haikal's room. Waitaminute! He's headed this way. Quickly hide!” Hazel runs away from the door, Josh is nowhere to be seen now. He's smart to hide. But Hazel wasn't and she was in a hurry. Even he was tripped by his own feet and made quite a loud thumping sound.
The door was already swinging open. Hamish was silent with his shocked look. “What are you doing here? Haikal where?” tanyakanya.
Hazel is still on the floor. “I'm here looking for him, I think he's in his room.” Hazel smiled hoping Hamish would believe her.
“Where are your clothes? And why are you wearing sunglasses? We're not on the beach,” protest Hamish.
“Eh, e, yes. We're undercover, you know, it's hard to get in here,” Hazel complained.
“We?”
Hazel just remembered Josh was still hiding, he shouldn't have told us. “Josh, we got caught.” Hazel stood up from her place. Cleaning his clothes, Josh emerges from behind the table.
“Hai Hamish. Or Spencer's twin, nice to see you again.”
“No need for pleasantries. What are you doing here?” hamish.
“What do you want?”
“So I saw you talking to Haikal. Where were you then?”
“What is your business? You don't need to know!” Hamish closed the door and left the room.
Hazel and Josh follow her, but Hamish's door is locked. Hazel hates to beg men, they are sometimes selfish and do not want to know. But he desperately needs information.
“Hamish, come. I saw the same painting that my father had in the United States. If you know anything please tell us,” pinta Hazel.
For a while Hazel thought Hamish would not cooperate, but the door opened as Hazel and Josh were about to leave.
“Really? Why didn't you say from earlier.”
Hazel folded her hands bored. He is sure now will be a fun and boring journey. They are now in front of the building. Hamish picked up his car parked in the yard. It looks like a regular car in this day and age but when you look inside you'll be amazed. It was perfect camouflage. At least the car has the sophistication of this era. Only extras such as manual and operational driving. You just choose.
Hazel was in the passenger seat. Josh and Hamish are ahead. He tried not to be tense and relaxed. But his efforts were in vain let alone his mind continuing to fog to Spencer. The man had really messed up his mind. After the incident at the hotel they did not see Spencer again. Even when Hazel and Josh were at the monument where they were meeting, Spencer did not show the trunk of his nose at all.
They passed through various crowds of people and shops, but what attracted Hazel's attention was a store that read ‘ Antiques’ and was attached to a world map very clearly. He did not know how a map of the world could be an antique. In any case Hazel did not see the special thing.Even the place that became her frame just looks ordinary.
“Spen ―” Hazel almost called Spencer's name. “Hamish, did you see the world map there?” hazel asked, pointing to the shop.
“Why? You want to buy it?” his tone sounded like a brother.
“Not, why is it in the antique store? What is special about the map?”
“What do you mean? It's definitely an antique. The map must be hundreds of years old.” Hamish looked at him from his rearview mirror.
Hazel and Josh looked at each other, as if Josh knew what Hazel meant. “What is the current age map like?” ask Hazel.
“You can see in your wrist ID. Knock can be useful to be anything.” Hamish stomps the brakes deeply and makes Hazel flinch forward. “Sorry. Oh yeah and I guess our automatic pitnu is useless now, maybe just a few. But the ID can still be used, only some work must be done maunual. You have made a great change in this age. I don't know if it's good or not, but it's been the hottest and greatest news around the world.”
“Yes, we already know that. But the best part is we don't have to bother creating fake IDs. Isn't that Josh?” Hazel smiled at Josh. Josh smiled back.
The sound of a police car alarm makes Hamish, Hazel, and Josh sprightly. “What are they chasing us?” josh asked, his face turned frightened.
“I think yes,” replied Hamish. “I'll unload the car.”
Hamish slowed down his car and stopped by the side of the road. This town has changed a hundred percent from what Hazel saw back then. The traffic jam was not as severe as back then, as were all the streets and other public facilities. So if they want to escape, there will be a really great chase action.
But Hamish prefers the peaceful road, he stops his car on the sidelines. The policeman also parked his car behind them and got out. Hazel kept looking back, she knew there was something strange about the cop. First they don't wear uniforms and secondly they give away firearms.
“Hamish, step on the gas pedal. They're carrying firearms!” shout Hazel.
Hamish pressed the gas pedal deeply. Makes Hazel bounce back a little. That guy shot them. Unfortunately this car was not designed to be bulletproof, because bullets are not used anymore now. Why build a bulletproof car if there are no bullets shooting at this car.
Hazel's memories go around. He remembers his first meeting with Haikal. The man was wearing a bulletproof suit, indeed fitted inside his tight clothes, but he could not hide. Hazel knows better than she does, and more people wear bulletproof clothes.
Hamish is still driving at full speed, “Tighten your seat belts guys. We're gonna beat those cops.” Hamish laughed happily.
His heart was so fast that he could almost feel his inundation. But at the same time worries were running him. “Hamish, do spies like you have equipment like bulletproof shirts?” hazel asked curiously, her body leaning forward.
“Of course not. What's a bulletproof suit for if you'll never be shot by a bullet, it won't be of any use at all. All we have is an electric shockproof suit that will conduct electricity to the person who electrocutes us, we call it anti-flazz.”
Hazel looked out the window. Rain started to fall or rather artificial rain. The trees were shaking as if to signal a fire alarm was sounding. “What the shirt looks like bulletproof shirt?”
“Of course not. Bulletproof clothes are like the clothes you're going to wear, while electric shock-proof clothes are worn on the waist and it will be a shield for our entire body. Better than your age, but will not be useful for firearms.”
“Then stay away from Haikal. He must have conspired with the girl, which is why he held my hand at the National Monument and he wore a bulletproof suit to pick me up. All it was just engineering for me to trust him.” Disappointment struck him.
Josh looks at her pity, but that's not what Hazel wants. Josh stopped looking at her as Hazel showed her a face. He does not want to be pitied. Not only because his trust had been betrayed but because he had promised to help him and help solve this problem.
Now that Hazel's thoughts are drifting to Spencer, she doesn't expect Spencer to betray her either. But she believed in Spencer, not because she liked him. Even though he's married.
