The Versatile
Chapter 35's

“Why did this fail? Why didn't the kid grow up when I gave him flazz?” Olivia's face flushed red, as if she was a volcano about to explode at any moment.

“She wears anti-flazz, therefore flazz does not work on her body.” The blonde girl frowned.

“Why didn't you tell me about it in the first place?” Olivia pushed the girl until she almost fell down.

The girl tried to rebalance her body. “I also don't know if he's using anti-flazz. Anyway at least we have made a little mess here,” said the girl. Wishing her words could comfort Olivia.

The two people walked leisurely without feeling guilty. Sirens were heard everywhere. They are like mothers and children whose souls are disturbed and have the same problem. Their minds think only of themselves, whereas in this world we live not only by ourselves. Everyone has their own dependency.

“I will do anything to get what I want! I don't care if this place has to be destroyed though!” Olivia was completely consumed by her soul. To him his rotten plan was a thing including sense that he once knew.

The blonde-haired girl stretched her body, feeling a little scared because she had been trapped by the crazy woman with her obsession. But this is also what he yearns for, being a person and getting what he wants.

“Then,” the blonde girl confirmed her hair covering her eyes. “We make a new plan and don't let him pass for this time.”

“And I don't want any next plans!”

The fake ID that shook his hand rang. And it says Haikal. Olivia lifted.

“What are you doing? You said you wouldn't destroy it?” Haikal was angry at the woman.

“Yes, if you hand him Hazel to me.”

“You destroyed the National Monument, a historic place for us!” haikal's voice is now rising.

“I don't care, want it National Monument, Effiel, even the statue of Liberty at once I won't care.” Olivia looked at the man inside.

“You're crazy!” Haikal shut off the connection.

Olivia's face was glowing. No one can stop him. He's a man with a strong will to bring down the government. Even if it was his own mother.

“So where do I start to tell you?” Spencer ruffled her hair, as if Hazel was watching her hair she had been worried about.

“Start since you disappeared and then appear with him!” Hazel pointed at Nissa.

Nissa who was sitting next to Spencer felt a little nervous.  Hazel looks calm next to Hamish. Josh seems to be busy with himself.

“Please order, I've had breakfast and I've bought.” Josh raised both eyebrows while smiling.

Like the first person to see something new. Nissa saw this, like an amazing thing. Hazel is still in her seat and realizes that Nissa is not wearing an ID bracelet.

“Do you throw away your ID?” Hazel asked Nissa.

“What?” Nissa looked at Hazel. “I?”

“Yes, you,” replied Hazel.

“Sorry but I don't understand what you're talking about.” Nissa focused back on ordering food.

Hazel turns to Spencer, then kicks the man's leg. Spencer jerks, “What?” Spencer looked back at Hazel.

“I want to hear your story!” Hazel folded her arms around her chest, then leaned back in her chair. Waiting for Spencer to speak.

Spencer follows Hazel in her chair. “Have you never realized that there are no moons and stars even suns in their sky?” Spencer folded his hand over his chest.

Hazel tilted her head. “I guess because they have a roof in their sky, but Josh says the moon, stars, and sun are just legends.” Hazel's face looks serious now.

“Yes, why are they saying that with legends? If they know that the moon and the sun really exist why do they call it a legend?” Spencer asks a question that confuses Hazel.

Hamish, who was sitting next to Hazel, watched the two men talk. “Wait! You mean that the sun and moon really exist?” Hamish leaned his body onto Spencer.

“Of course. All this time I was staying at Nissa's house,” Spencer glanced at Hazel before continuing. “They are people who live simply. They share with each other and care about each other.”

“They Which states?” ask Hamish.

Josh who was busy ordering, now listening to Spencer.

“You mean we are now underground?” Hazel asked now.

“Yes, we call you Cryptor. Dweller,” replied Nissa.

“Then what is the government covering this up for? why are they manipulating history? And this is not the case in this country alone, but all countries in the world,” Hazel's tone began to rise.

Josh looked around, people watching them. “Hazel, you better keep your voice down. Or we'll deal with the security guard,” Josh said.

Their orders have come. Spencer, Nissa, and Hamish are waiting. Josh had filled his stomach first and Hazel was the same. He prefers chewed food.

Hazel still doesn't think the government has deceived the people here. Manipulating their history and making these people the undead of the ruled. Hazel's thoughts started to go everywhere. Now about his father. What does this have to do with all this?

His father worked for the world government. Leave messages that until now he has not understood. Does his father know about this? Hazel felt her brain was going to break. I don't know how long he's been here and he hasn't found a clue at all.

“Do you think? Why doesn't anyone remember the moon or the sun and anything else?” ask Hazel suddenly.

“Because it has really been forgotten and deleted in history.” Haikal stuck his eyebrows together.

“Wait! I remember when the kids were holding injections filled with a blue liquid that was similar to the liquid that is usually injected once a month by the government, Josh” explained.

Everyone listened and looked at Josh seriously. “But the liquid gives a swollen effect throughout the body.”

“I know, this makes sense. Haikal said the forgetful drug is injected once a month when you are required injection from the government. But it looks like the forgetfulness drug is a drug that the government injects once a month.” Hazel concludes Josh's words.

“Yes, that's why people don't know the world above, don't even remember their true history. And it's worth every injection for a long time and I always felt something was missing from my mind,” Josh said as he rubbed his forehead.

Their conversation has reached a bright spot. “And the government has really manipulated everything. It is fitting that when we head to Indonesia from America, I see someone walking. Of course we did not fly, surely they have found a tool for teleportation.”

“Then, why did the government do all that?” ask Josh.

“I don't think they want their source of money to disappear because they want to stay above,” said Hazel.

They're all fixated on Hazel. Stop all eating activities. Hazel widened her eyes, thinking they were all glued to her. But it turns out they're glued to the broadcast behind Hazel.

“Restimated around the world. Many people blamed the government for the bombings on the National Monument. There are pros and cons to the government, resulting in thousands of people in the world to carry out anarchist actions.” A reporter broadcast live from the scene of the bombing.

“No! More chaotic now!” Hazel put both her hands on her head. “I won't let this happen! This is what Olivia wanted, to bring down the government.” Hazel's face was full of despair. But this girl did not want to submit to her despair and just quietly watched.

“What should we do?” ask Josh about everything.

“If this is what Olivia wants, we'll follow her game. I know now what my dad wanted all along. He deliberately chose Indonesia because the country is full of political intrigue in the past, ” Hazel explained.

“Then what's the connection?” this time Spencer asked.

“My father originally wanted to destroy the government as well. Therefore he chose Indonesia and before he died he realized what he had done wrong, therefore he wrote my name in his bunker.” Everyone seemed to be listening to Hazel. The conversation started to lead to the point.

Spencer folded his hand back to the chest. “So you think there's someone else who doesn't like your father's idea and then tells Olivia?”

“Yes, but who is that guy? people who are close to the government and also know Olivia.” Hazel concluded by herself.

“Wait! You mean Haikal?” answer Hamish.

Hazel raised both eyebrows, as if representing to say. “If you think he is, then my instincts are right. Remember when I asked if you guys had bulletproof suits? And you said you only had anti-flazz suits. Whereas I saw Haikal wearing a bulletproof shirt under his shirt and one more thing, when he was fighting he used a martial technique.”

“How can you be so sure it's him?” ask Spencer.

“There is only one way to prove it.”
