Hazel sighed in pain. Electricity flow in his body is still felt until now. His heart seemed to want to explode, even if he had the strength he desperately wanted to have the power of fire in order to burn Haikal. But unfortunately he doesn't have.
His face was bent, his hands were still tied, there was nothing he could do unless a miracle came to him. The air around him changed, the wind was blowing inside. The door opened, and a guard came in and brought clean clothes.
"You need to take a shower! At least you should clean the ancient!" Pejaga chuckled. He untied her and handcuffed her hands behind her using electric handcuffs. Of course Hazel has never seen it.
When the guard leads him, Hazel doesn't lose her mind. This is the right time. Hazel turned around and banged her head on the guard. The guard staggered backwards. At that moment, Hazel ran as hard as she could. But it was too late for another guard to come and besiege Hazel. A shot shot shot towards him, which fortunately he was able to dodge.
"Hey, where did you get that gun?" Hazel asked curiously.
"This is our newest weapon, you'll be hit by a quick flazz and you won't be able to get away from here with our new weapon!" His statement is convincing.
"Look at it!" Hazel narrowed her eyes, smiling cunningly to make herself look convincing.
One of the guards shot his flazz towards Hazel and almost hit her head.
Hazel smirked, "Even the ancients could have done better than that. You should learn to aim with them." A cynical smile gushed very clearly from his lips.
Flazz was launched again. A bullet shot is almost inevitable, but the flazz is not too fast of a bullet. The situation is a fraction of a second, if bullets can be avoided then flazz will certainly be easier.
This is the benefit of being one of the ancient people in the future. Know more about civilization and know it better.
Two men are aiming for him. Hazel makes a quick gesture that makes the lesion of their flazz nested out of place. His body is still not strong enough to face all the guards with his bare hands, but if he can take one of the flazz, Hazel will come out safely.
Three, two, the count he did to create a strategy. Hazel runs zig-zagged to avoid the flazz, towards the guards. Their faces grew increasingly panicked, as none of their slurs hit Hazel while Hazel got closer to them.
As nearly a metre Hazel floated her kick and made a flazz held by one of the guards float in the air. Without hesitation Hazel grabbed him with her hands tied behind her back. He turned around and slid his flazz. His first shot went far.
"Even the shots of the ancients were worse than ours. Of course he's an ancient man, right?" laughter from all the guards.
Hazel hoped that her handcuffed hands would make it easier for her to shoot. But with circumstances like this training his decency. Hazel shoots again, this time successfully and hits the guard who is addressing the ancient man.
A shootout ensues Hazel evades their flazz. Fortunately the walls here helped him look back. Hazel didn't have to look back. His dining reflected what was behind him, while concentrating on shooting a flazz from behind.
It worked again and hit one of the guards. As Hazel gets closer to the others, someone releases her flazz in the air. Hazel quickly pointed it at her handcuffs, electricity sparking flames as it hit the handcuffs in her hands.
His hands were free now, the guards stared at him furiously. The guards are now ready again with their flazz filled to the brim, as is Hazel who is ready with her legs and hands.
Five meters, the run is getting faster. Two meters away, four guards advanced simultaneously, Hazel leaped to the wall and reflected her body to the guard closest to her. The other three guards showered him with flazz, but Hazel was smarter than they thought.
He used the guard he had hit earlier as a shield, then he picked up the anti-flazz hanging on his plate quickly. The guard's body trembled violently, four flazz hitting him simultaneously. As her position allowed for close combat, Hazel slumped to the floor and made a spinning motion on the floor with her empty flazz and hit the guards' feet.
"No way," that's the word he managed to express. But he's still in there. The sky was dark by then, the streets were carried away. No one is passing by here, because this place seems far from the word human.
Hazel thinks about going back. It saves Hamish from the torment of this world, but Hazel knows she will lose if she gets back in there. His strength had already drained away after the fight earlier. He could barely stand up straight.
“Sial I need water.” Hazel choked, her throat almost burning.
The streets are getting wider in front, but it's getting quieter too. No vehicles passed. Hazel's legs are no longer strong enough to support her body. Finally his body fell to the ground, dehydration made his mind not careless.
His head was dizzy instead of playing, even he saw someone approaching him. But his eyes were not strong enough not to close. In his vague gaze he could see a woman approaching him and getting closer. Until his eyes were completely closed.

“Red code! Code red! Escape prisoners!” the sound of someone on the microphone made Haikal furious.
“Why can you escape? Though she is just a girl without weapons!” Haikal looked at his subordinates who were now looking down in fear. Not because he was fired, but worse than that.
Haikal took a deep breath, as if he was easing his now almost unstoppable anger. “OK, we still have Hamish here. We'll keep giving Hazel to that woman!”
“How to? While our prisoners have escaped?” one of his subordinates asked Haikal.
He stared at that subordinate, “Of course we'll bring Hamish! At that time the woman will believe that we have Hazel and at the same time Hazel will come to help Hamish.”
“How are you sure Hazel is coming too?” the question really made Haikal unable to hold back his anger anymore.
He electrocuted his subordinates with a flazz. The guard collapsed instantly and his body almost fell on the other guard. Haikal is really angry now. A stupid question that really makes sense, even everyone can answer it.
“Clean him! And I don't want any more stupid questions like that! You understand!” Haikal looked at his entire subordinates with a cruel look.
Now all his subordinates are back in their work. Haikal crossed his arms at the sign that he did not like the attitude of his men who did not respond quickly. His career would be threatened if he could not complete this task.
“Has everything changed? Has everyone's integrity been affected? Is money not everything anymore?” the question came suddenly from Haikal's head. He's not sure if anyone's using money as the highest thing here.
It does not make sense if money can buy everything and money is everything can be replaced. Haikal would only believe it if anything else could be seen with his own eyes.
Haikal just doesn't know that there are a lot of people on the other side who don't think money is everything. In fact, they will only say that money is garbage, the most important thing is to care for others.
