“You know, the profanity you're doing won't make Jungkook fall into your arms,” Taehyung said, “What is that you always imagine before you go to bed and wish Jungkook to be yours? You're so pathetic.”

Lisa couldn't stand it and she took the glass that still contained a third of water and splashed it on Taehyung's face.

Taehyung was quite shocked. That woman has the courage to fight too? This hand of hers otherwise she had controlled since earlier had already landed on Lisa's neck and crushed her.

Jungkook came back after the toilet. He was so astonished to see the face and some of Taehyung's clothes were wet while the vampire was also mopping using a tissue. “Wae? Why are you wet, Tae?”

“So while drinking I accidentally spilled it,” Taehyung said while glancing at Lisa with a bitter smile, “I was too late.”

Jungkook frowned. He looked at Lisa confusedly seeing how the woman's sharp expression was when she looked at Taehyung, as if she wanted to cut him off.

“We go home?” taehyung said with aegyo and aegyo to Jungkook. Actually, he was no longer interested in this place with Lisa.

“Okay...” Jungkook nodded. He said goodbye to Lisa.

Lisa was devastated to hear Jungkook's cynical remarks. And he could not imagine what kind of anger Jungkook if he knew Lisa who threw Taehyung to the hunters.

Taehyung was quite shocked by Jungkook's anger. The man himself who took the initiative to defend it from the cunning female snake.

“I'm fine, Jeon..” muttered Taehyung slowly while Jungkook was taking out red medicine and bandages.

Jungkook said nothing. His face was still very serious and upset for what just happened. He held Taehyung's hand and opened the vampire's palm. His radiance changed when he saw Taehyung's skin sort of blister and bleed.

Like a flashback, Jungkook recalls how he used to be treated by deliberately attaching a silver ring to Taehyung's hand. So this is what happens to vampires when they come into contact with silver? Jungkook feels guilty again. He used to hurt Taehyung so much.

“I’m sorry..” muttered Jungkook full of regrets. He slowly rubbed Taehyung's injured hand.

“In is not your fault,” says Taehyung, “Why are you apologizing?”

“Because I used to do the same thing to your hands.”

“Jeon..”.

“I’m sorry, Tae.” Jungkook could only look down and slowly bandage the wound on Taehyung's hand.

“It’s okay, Jeon.” whispered Taehyung. If Jungkook to feel guilty like that Taehyung also became sad. The memories in the past when Jungkook tried to hurt her were indeed memories that were not sweet to remember. But now that he and Jungkook can accept each other and trust each other, there is no need to be hurt by what happened in the past.

“And gomawo..”

Jungkook raised his face and looked at Taehyung's expression, as if he was trying to read the vampire's mind. Jungkook's expression changed, he gave a smile. He wrapped Taehyung's hand, it seemed like it would take a few days until the blistered skin of the hand returned to normal.

“Now we seem to get along and compact.” continued Jungkook with a grin.

Taehyung just snorted. “Perhaps because I drink your blood too often.”

Jungkook laughed softly. Taehyung's hands are done with her bandages. Jungkook took care of the P3K box. “I'm that like this is better than us arguing non-stop.”

Taehyung laughed. “Yeah, I like this way, Jeon.”

Two days later…

Lisa got out of the car she had parked in the basement of her apartment building. His brain is now so cluttered. Last afternoon he tried to check for himself what was really going on until Taehyung was able to escape the hunter's catch. It's strange that Lisa hasn't heard from her since yesterday about a runaway vampire or a vampire attack. So finally Lisa asked herself to the secretary of the hunter headquarters that she knew very well. And he was surprised when he got secret information that three hunters killed by vampires, one of whom was even Myunggyu! “K-you...?” said Lisa was afraid especially she just got the fact that the 3 hunters who caught Taehyung did die horribly. What else does the vampire want to do in his house and how can the vampire know his house and enter like this???

Lisa's breath was so choked up that one of Taehyung's eyes was white. He never knew that vampires could have eyes like that?? All over her body was trembling, was the vampire intent on destroying her?

“Hai...” greet Taehyung with smirk, “Nice place, Lisa-ssi.”

“Ba-how did you get in?”

“Mildly only. Am I not a vampire?” taehyung said, “I hope you already know what happened to the 3 hunters who caught me. How do I rip their meat off with my bare hands.” Taehyung stretched his fingers so that the sound of bone crack made Lisa goosebumps.

Lisa didn't dare to move. His body froze in fear like this. His heart was beating so hard, he was trying to quell the panic inside him.

Taehyung grabbed the wooden display on the table. He squeezed it and easily crushed it into powder. “Like this.. Roughly like this your bones will be crushed.”

Lisa's body trembled to see her favorite wooden display that had been smashed and scattered on the floor.

Smirk Taehyung is getting longer. “Well, I've been searching for your identity. You live alone, have no relatives, rely on the scholarship from the hunter department you received to continue your studies.” Taehyung stared at his fingernails lazily. “And you also seem to want to become a researcher in the vampire sales syndicate?” Taehyung squinted his eyes sharply. There are only bitter memories that make Taehyung assume that those people are the real monsters.

Lisa's lips are cuddly. He did not know that Taehyung was looking for information about himself in this detail. Taehyung did tell Hoseok to find out things related to Lisa. As always, Hoseok is very reliable for this kind of work.

“Close your mouth!” snapped Lisa. His eyes were already red with anger despite his fingers trembling in fear.

Taehyung lowered his head and smiled to himself, returning the painful shadows of the past that came to haunt. “I'll give you 3 days ..” Taehyung said looking at Lisa straight on the bead. He walked up to the man by not taking it off at all. Lisa's position was already cornered because Taehyung was in front of her now. “Three days I gave you to resign from campus and get away from Jungkook.”

Lisa's face was pale. He was very frightened if now Taehyung would touch and tear his flesh like what he heard about the 3 hunters.

“I'm giving you a chance..” Taehyung said. He held onto Lisa's wrist and the woman was grimacing in pain while Taehyung was just holding her. “The opportunity for you to choose another way of life that is better than the future that the syndicate offers.”

Lisa bit her lips while closing her eyes, holding back sobs because of Taehyung's painful wrist.

“Think about cooking,” Taehyung said, “Because if in 3 days you don't follow my advice, I'll kill you. I don't need to hold back anymore, didn't you set me up first?”

Lisa cried loudly when Taehyung had already let go of her hand. If Taehyung holds his hand for too long, his bones may break on their own.

Taehyung didn't say anything more. He opened the door and left the place, leaving Lisa who continued to cry. The woman really did not expect that her life would be threatened like this by vampires. He was told to abandon what became his dreams and ideals, told to leave his passion.

Lisa covered her face with both hands. Since when could his life be messed up like this?
