Vampire In The City
The Faded Relationship

During the lunch break, Jungkook chose to go straight home, skipping his next course. He will not concentrate if he is told to sit and listen to the lecturer. His mind is very sad. He would not be able to calm down if his sister had not come home.

Jungkook ignored Taehyung. He felt he had to be more strict with himself. He was supposed to cut ties with Taehyung when he found out that his friend was a vampire. He was even supposed to avenge her all this time. His heart can't be soft anymore. It is time he chose.

Jungkook returns home, no one is the same as when he left for college. Her phone is still inactive. If something bad happens to Soojung, Jungkook will hunt down every vampire forever and finish him off.

Jungkook throws the bag onto the sofa. He took his cell phone and tried to contact his uncle, who knew there was good news.

Just gonna call, the door opens. Jungkook turned his head in shock to see his brother walking in with slow steps.

“Noona!!” jungkook exclaimed as he rushed over to Soojung. His brother looked fine, there were no injuries on his body. Jungkook is very grateful and very relieved. “Noona, where are you from? I'm so worried about you.”

Soojung gave a smile. He hopes that his eyes are not too flashy. After a conversation with Yoon-gi, Soo-jung cries again and finally decides to go home. When he came home he did not meet Seokjin at all. This is strange because Soojung's heart feels bitter, there is still something stuck in her heart.

“Noona, alright?” ask Jungkook.

“I'm fine...” said Soojung finally because he couldn't possibly avoid his sister's question, “Night I went to a friend's place after running from vampire.” Soojung had to make up a story about his departure last night.

Jungkook was relieved to hear it, it's good that it turns out his brother was not caught by vampires. “Uncle is also very worried about you, have not come home because it is still looking for Noona.”

Soojung smiled thinly. He felt guilty for not telling his uncle anything. To be honest, Soojung did not have time to think about it because her mind had been busy since last night about Seokjin and Seokjin.

Jimin nodded. “I hope you won't be bullied again by Cha clan, Tae.”

Taehyung gave a long sigh. “I also expect the same.”

He wonders to the heavens why he should fall in love with humans? Why didn't he fall in love with a fellow vampire? Or... no need to fall in love at all will not harm him right? Why does he live as a vampire? In the eyes of human vampires are just monsters, murderers, manipulators…

The wind blew his brown hair. He looked far ahead. If Soojung does consider him a vampire who has manipulated her feelings, Seokjin will accept even if it is not true. Today is the same as yesterday. Jungkook ignored Taehyung, did not invite him to speak, did not allow him to sit next to him. He doesn't know what his mistake is but Jungkook doesn't seem to want to be friends with him anymore.

The class is over, Taehyung is waiting for Jungkook who is still cleaning up his books and stuff. Taehyung will not give up. He will try to get Jungkook back. Jungkook is the first friend to accept him, Taehyung does not want to lose their friendship.

Kim Jaewook, Bohyun and Geunwon come to Taehyung with a pose. The class had started to quiet down and they were already impatient to blackmail Taehyung.

Jaewook, who was eating gum, glanced at Jungkook and saw Taehyung. What if he bothers Taehyung, Jeon Jungkook will punch him? Or vice versa? Something like this should be tested.

“Hoy, Kim Taehyung-ssi.” says sweetened Jaewook. Two of his friends gave a grin and took a position on Taehyung's left-right, flanking the baby vampire.

“A-anyyeong..” said Taehyung slowly but slightly hesitated with the greeting of 3 classmates.

Jungkook who heard it, glanced for a moment. He knew that the 3 people were always acting superior and looking for prey to be blackmailed and played with. But for now Jungkook told himself not to care. He had already decided to ignore Taehyung instead.

Jaewook smirked because Jungkook did not react at all, a sign that Jungkook would not care about Taehyung anymore.

“You hungry no?” ask Jaewook, “We ate together how?”

Taehyung. He had a bad feeling about having to spend time with these people. “A-I'm not hungry..” Taehyung tried to leave but Geunwon pulled his shirt.

“Do not do so to classmates,” said Bohyun, “That is impolite his name.”

Jungkook has finished putting all his stuff in. He put on his bag and walked past the men, ignoring Taehyung and saying nothing to prevent the three men from blackmailing Taehyung.

“Kookie..” call Taehyung trying to follow but again his shirt is pulled so he can not go anywhere. Taehyung saw Jungkook's departure with great pain, his friend completely ignored him and made no attempt to help him. Is Jungkook really mad at him?

“Let's eat first yes..” take Jaewook with eyes that are not friendly at all.

“I am not hungry.” said Taehyung with a trembling voice, however he did not want to sit together with these 3 humans.

“Aishh, how rude!” Jaewook hit Taehyung's head in annoyance. “If you're not hungry at least give us money because we're hungry.”

Hoe? Where is the logic, why does Taehyung have to give them money?

“Don't ask much,” said Geunwon while pulling Taehyung's collar, “Just give me the money, kok hard very.”

Taehyung's eyes were already glazed over. The fear he is experiencing right now is exactly what it was like when he was a high school student, bullied, blackmailed and beaten.

“Aishh!” Bohyun was impatient and finally pushed Taehyung's shoulder. He pulled Taehyung's bag by force, taking out all the contents and scattering it to the floor. Jaewook smiled with satisfaction at the money Bohyun had taken. He took the wallet and threw it in Taehyung's face. “Besok bring more money like this yes.!” He gave a grin to his friends and left Taehyung alone.

Tears are dripping. He was crying not because it was squeezed out. There was another pain that exceeded the behavior of the three people.Jungkook's attitude who had just ignored him considered him like a fly, make Taehyung realize that Jungkook really does not want to be friends with him anymore.

Taehyung wiped away the tears with his hands. He reached into his cell phone and called Jimin.
