Before going to bed, Jungkook completed a lecture assignment that will be collected tomorrow. After making sure the task is safe and complete, Jungkook fad checking the inbox. He had no idea he had gotten an email message from Hunter's headquarters. He thought hunter headquarters wouldn't post his message.

Hii. We thank you for the information. Can you tell me more about the message you sent earlier?

We want to do some scanning and see if there are any vampires on campus.

Or if it's too risky for you, can you give us the time and place to see that ‘vampire’? ⁇

Jungkook gulped as he read it. Damn. It turns out that mascar hunter does not think of his message as spam, it looks like mascar hunter is trying to serve the community very well huh?

Jungkook biting nails. What should he write? He doesn't want to make a scene all over campus with the arrival of the hunter and Taehyung's capture. It was too brutal, Jungkook also did not want it to happen.

And... does destiny show the answer? Perhaps it is Taehyung's destiny to be captured by hunters. Because if fate doesn't allow it, Jungkook won't get a reply.

I thought only one hunter was sent to do the checking. I feel bad if it turns out my prediction missed. I'll get him to come and the hunter can check it out.

Friday at eight at night at XX Building on XX Street

Jungkook held his breath as he clicked ‘SEND’. He only daydreamed for a while when there was another incoming message in his inbox :

Message :

Roger that's.

Jungkook's eyes blinked and read it. That soon confirmation was sent. So the day after tomorrow he had to meet Taehyung with the hunter at the place and time he had planned. Oh gosh... will everything go well? Did his actions not delay?

Jungkook shook his head, making himself conscious. What he did was not wrong. He did the right thing as a civilian. Human salvation will be threatened by the wandering of vampires. At least vampires are captured enough, no need to be killed.

Jungkook opened his college binder. He saw the vampire card Taehyung had given him. Taehyung's words were naive when he said : “My heart says when people exchange collections or favorite items it makes it closer and there's a sense of trust.”

Jungkook grunted softly. That sentence means nothing..what trust? Jungkook can't possibly put his trust in vampires. He also cannot be friends with vampires.

Jungkook squeezed the card. He will return the card to the owner. The pikachu puppet on the bookshelf seemed to be staring at him full of intimidation. He took the doll. This pikachu doll he got from playing in the arcade. Taehyung and Jimin each got a pokemon doll. It was a very pleasant time, but Jungkook could not keep this doll if it only reminded him of those times.

Jungkook stuffed the doll into a dry bin next to his study desk. He breathed out hard. He has chosen.

Taehyung opened his locker that afternoon to pick up a lecture book. When he was about to take, he saw that there was a card in the top pile of books. He picked it up and was surprised to see the familiar card. This card is a vampire card, a card he once gave to Jungkook. Favorite card number one!

Taehyung's eyes widened and his hands trembled holding the card. Did Jungkook give it back? So Jungkook really wants to break up their relationship forever. It's so sad. Taehyung restrained his eyes to not tear up.

There was another card on top of the book pile. Taehyung took it and saw that the writing on the card was Jungkook's own. The card reads :

Tomorrow at eight o'clock at night, come to XX Building on XX Street.

Taehyung could not help it and his tears were dripping as well. He didn't think the problem would be over with the meeting. Maybe it was their last encounter, maybe Jungkook wanted to say goodbye for the last time.

Taehyung closed his eyes and hit his head against the locker door. It's very sad. He's very pathetic.

From a distance, Jungkook noticed Taehyung. He did not expect the vampire to cry again just because the vampire card was returned. But Jungkook did not want to keep Taehyung's stuff anymore. He really needs to end it.

Actually Jungkook got a message from the vampire headquarters, asking him to trap the vampire in question so that it can be caught or checked by the truth by the vampire. And Jungkook also mentioned the same place and time as he wrote for Taehyung.

Tomorrow.Taehyung will be captured by the hunter.

Jimin is very mengkel, today Jungkook can not be met. Surprisingly Taehyung was the same. Taehyung just sent Jimin a message that Taehyung had to do group work. Jimin does not know if Taehyung is really working with the group or is avoiding it, because actually Jimin wants to interrogate his friend about the strange that happened between Taehyung and Jungkook.

Unable to stand his curiosity, that afternoon Jimin called Jungkook. After repeatedly calling, Jungkook responded.

“Halo, Chim?” sahut Jungkook with a lazy voice.

Jimin took a deep breath to grumble loudly at his friend : “YA! Where the hell have you been? Why are some days difficult to contact and meet on campus?”

“Many tasks? Did you not have much of a task before?”

“Jimin, I just have to hurry home, okay?”

“What's the matter with you, Jungkook?” jimin asked, beginning to soften his voice. If Jungkook does have a serious problem, Jimin wants to be a listener and help him. Jungkook is his friend.

“Nothing, I'm fine.”

Jimin sighed softly. “Jungkook.. I know something happened between you and Taehyung. What exactly do you guys have?”

Jungkook puckered his nose, he should not be surprised if Jimin could guess.

“You two are my friends,” continued Jimin sulked, “If there is a problem let's solve it together, there must be a way out.”

I don't know why there's an emotional impulse inside Jungkook. He felt he had found a way out of this. He had already cut ties with Taehyung even reported it to the hunter. “My problem is settled. I can't be friends with Taehyung.” anymore

“Mwo?” Jimin was surprised to hear that. “But why?”

Jungkook rolled his eyeballs. He knew that Jimin should have known that Taehyung was a vampire, didn't Jimin see how terrible Taehyung's monster was? Why is Jimin silent? Why is Jimin still friends with Taehyung?

“You know why, Jimin..”.

Jimin. His heart beats hard and he thinks that Jungkook may know Taehyung's identity. “A-what do you mean?”

Jungkook set his breath to remain stable despite the feeling of anger and annoyance in his heart. “I hate vampires, Jimin.. I lost my parents to vampire.”.

“What?” Jimin was surprised. Jungkook already knows Taehyung's identity, and Jungkook's reason for not being friends with Taehyung is because of the bitter taste experienced by his parents who were killed by vampires. Jimin never knew. He knew Jungkook's parents had died but Jungkook never told him why. And now when he heard that fact Jimin was very sad.

“I hate vampires so much..” reset Jungkook this time with a vibrating voice.

“Ta-tapi–“

“Jebal don't advise me, Jimin,” cut Jungkook, “If you tell me to stay friends with Taehyung, I can't anymore. I'll feel like I betrayed my family.”

“Jungkook-ah..” Jimin's eyes become glazed. He did not think that the problem could be this small.

“Please understand my position..” Jungkook grabbed hair with hands free from holding the phone. Some days Jungkook feels very depressed and frustrated, whatever the cause, whether because he wants it to end soon or he does not want Taehyung caught hunter, sick but not bleeding. (ceilahh. #ehmaap).

Jimin bit his lip. “I'm sorry about the loss you've been through, Kook. I may not be able to understand because I'm not in your position. I believe you're doing this too hard.”

Jungkook is eager to shout: VERY!!!

“You and Taehyung are my best friends,” continued Jimin, “You mean something to me. I can't side with one person, Kook.”

“I didn't tell you to take sides, Chim.” Jungkook said, “I wouldn't be mad if you stayed friends with Taehyung, it's none of my business. I just want you to be able to accept my decision.”

This was so sad.Jimin was eager to run up to Jungkook and hug him. He felt so heavy the decision was for Jungkook. His friend must have been very angry, disappointed with the reality that befell him. Jungkook can't be friends with Taehyung because his friend is a vampire, while Jungkook has hated vampires because of his loss.

“Stay spirit, Kook.. You can count on me if you need a shoulder to lean on.”.

Jungkook smiled thinly. “Worry Taehyung..”

“I'm worried about you two!” jimin was half crying. He wanted to protest at the sky why injustice befell his two friends. It is not Taehyung's fault if he is a vampire. And the tragedy that befell Jungkook's parents was very heartbreaking.

“Gomawo...” said Jungkook. They ended the call, too.

Jimin rubbed his cheek that was already wet from tears. He was a fool for not realizing this awkwardness, out of nowhere Jungkook knew Taehyung's identity. And it seemed like the two had already spoken to each other until they decided to end the friendship. Jimin realizes that both Taehyung and Jungkook are hurt because of this problem. Jimin couldn't completely blame Jungkook. His friend was too traumatized to accept vampires as his friend.

Tomorrow Jimin will go to the Kim Brothers house to tell Yoon Hyung about the matter.

The next night Taehyung came to XX Building on XX Street according to what Jungkook wrote on the card. He still holds a little hope that they can still fix the problem.Jungkook may want to make peace and make friends again. Taehyung is very naive and still thinks so.

The building is an old building that has been abandoned by its owner. The location in the non-residential area makes no one here. Truly a building that is no longer used, glass doors are broken here and there, dusty floors and furniture that has been reot. The lights are no longer working.

The vampire was beginning to feel fear. He did not understand why Jungkook wanted to meet him in a place like this. In Taehyung's hand was clutched by a vampire curse card. He takes her back, hoping she can still give Jungkook his favorite card.

The wind rippled into the building while Taehyung climbed the stairs. He didn't know where he was going, but with his vampire ears he felt the presence of someone in this building. Taehyung walked to the second floor, a large and tall room, and he could see the other upper floors from here.

Taehyung squeezes his vampire card tightly. He sensed there was someone on the 4th floor. That guy's not Jungkook.

Suddenly there was a flash of blitz light that dazzled the eyes for a few seconds, out of nowhere. Taehyung was so panicked, what exactly had happened?

“Jungkookie..” Taehyung is dying to cry. His heart was so painful it felt right down to the deepest recesses of his heart, like being torn to shreds. Jungkook told him to come to this place not to meet him?

He must leave this place. This place was not safe for him.The humans on the 4th floor were too suspicious.

Taehyung heard his name being called in the distance, he turned his back to leave this place but it was too late because a hot bullet suddenly hit his body. Taehyung was in a lot of pain and his body instantly collapsed to the floor with tears streaming down his cheeks.
