That night Dongwook sent a report about the negative comments of customers against Black Dragon. So many people turned around and started saying unpleasant things about the Black Dragon. Although the Black Dragon has now been destroyed though, the public says that the night club was as good as closed for a long time. Some say the drinks there are expensive, some say that there have been victims of abuse, suspected drug sales and indications of mafia in it.

Dongwook laughed bitterly. How could his servant turn his back on him like this and say such unkind things about the Black Dragon?

“Arghhh!!” he was angry while standing up in annoyance. When does all this chaos end. The Black Dragon that burned down alone made the investors sue for damages. And now there's another strange news making Dongwook's stomach heartburn.

One of his men entered the room in a hurry, carrying no less important reports.

“Bos..” he said slowly and a little scared.

“What?!” snarled Dongwook, he could have vented his anger at this guy, “What do you want?!”

His men swallowed. “There was a suspicious from CCTV Black Dragon before Black Dragon caught fire.”

Dongwook turned his head quickly and his expression was extremely aggressive. He took the iPad from the hands of his assistant and watched a compilation of CCTV videos that were in the Black Dragon.

The video was quite blurry because of its condition at night and outside the door of the Black Dragon, let alone CCTV whose position was a bit far away made the video zoomed into blur.

Dongwook frowned when he saw a man with a long coat, turtle neck and hat. For about an hour the man had been in front of Black Dragon, not getting into the club, instead repeatedly nudging incoming customers. His movements were very suspicious and Dongwook did not know the man as a customer of Black Dragon.

“Who is he?” ask Dongwook.

“We had a hard time getting his identity because his face was covered with a hat, Bos.”. “But he left a few minutes before Black Dragon suffered a lightning strike.”

Dongwook grunting. Isn't that his guess? Of course the Black Dragon was burning due to the intentional factor. And maybe the mastermind behind it all is vampires. That guy could be a vampire.

It sucks how Dongwook has to play hide-and-seek with a vampire cabal. But also fun. If he manages to find out who the mastermind is, Dongwook will capture the vampires and exploit them all out for sure.

Dongwook is in his luxury car, eyes have since been watching into the quite famous university building in Seoul. The car was parked a short distance from the student parking lot. This afternoon he came because he wanted to check directly the condition of the vampire. From the profile of Kim Taehyung given by Lisa, it was written that Taehyung is a student at this campus with a major in Chemical Engineering.

Dongwook's eyes widened when he saw from a distance someone he had been waiting for. Kim Taehyung walked in mostly student clothes, a T-Shirt with a jeans jacket. Her already long hair was pulled up using a cloth bando showing her charming forehead. Dongwook was very impressed with the vampire's appearance when he was in college.

Dongwook's jaw hardens when he realizes Taehyung is walking with Jungkook. They seemed to be chatting and walking towards the parking lot.

“Jeon Jungkook..” sis Dongwook. It seems Jungkook accepts the existence of his friend who is a vampire and even Jungkook is very, very protective on the safety of the vampire.

Taehyung and Jungkook get in the car. Dongwook squinted his eyes and bit his lips.

“Do we follow them, Boss?” ask his men who are sitting in front because Jungkook's car has driven away from campus.

“Yeah, follow them.” says Dongwook.

Dongwook's car followed from a distance. Looks like Jungkook and Taehyung are going home? I don't know. Dongwook will find out, it will be more interesting if he can find out where Taehyung's house is because even Lisa does not seem to know where the vampire lives.

Half an hour later, Jungkook's car had stopped in front of an American-style mansion. Dongwook's car stopped some distance from the location so as not to be caught. Dongwook squinted at the house. If the address is not Jeon Jungkook's house. So is this Kim Taehyung's house? Vampire nest?

Taehyung and Jungkook get out of the car. They were laughing together somehow because of what a joke but Dongwook looked at them bitterly. It was a bit annoying for Dongwook to see the two of them being able to relax and be happy like that. And it seems Taehyung has fully recovered from the wounds he suffered due to the actions of the assassin messenger Lisa.

There was someone in the front garden who had just emerged from the back door of the house. The man had snow-white hair and his face was almost as white as his hair.

Dongwook squinted. Who is that man? If you look at this man, he lives in this house. What does it mean he's a vampire?

The man who was Yoon-gi was smiling, greeting Taehyung and Jungkook who had just returned home. It has become a habit Jungkook will always stop by every day after coming home from college. Jungkook usually stays there until dinner, joking with clan residents or spending time with Taehyung.

Dongwook gives long smirk. Oh, this is gonna get interesting. Of course Taehyung lives in a vampire lair. If so, there are other vampires in the house. Or.. it could be that the one who attacked the Black Dragon is this clan from Taehyung.

Dongwook looks at Taehyung, Jungkook and the white-haired man who enters the house.

“So that Jeon Jungkook was on the side of a vampire?”

Taehyung sucks Jungkook's blood. This is a common ritual for both. And when Taehyung sucks blood, Jungkook must have seen a snippet of Taehyung's past memories again.

Jungkook opened his eyes and exhaled slowly. He saw Taehyung in front of him looking at him with innocent eyes even though one of his eyes turned white.

“What did you see this time, Jeon?” ask Taehyung. He rubbed his bite marks on Jungkook's arm. It will give rise to a purplish color for a few days.

“I saw the first time you entered the syndicate, how those people tricked you by saying you need to be tested for health first before starting work.” Jungkook said slowly.

Taehyung smiled faintly. Fucking memories. If Taehyung had turned down the job, turning it down even though he was expected to have a bright future.

“If I had not been that stupid.” muttered Taehyung blamed himself.

“All has happened, Tae, there is nothing to regret.” Jungkook said as he rubbed one eye Taehyung white. “You are not a monster..The eyes you have are not monster eyes.”.

Taehyung raised his face and smiled slowly. “But humans will still be afraid if they see my eyes like this.”

“They are afraid because they don't know you.” Jungkook rubbed Taehyung's eyes again. Now for him Taehyung's eyes are normal. Taehyung's eyes are still beautiful even though they are white.

They were still chatting for a while until Jungkook finally came home because it was getting late.

Taehyung was preparing to go to sleep when his phone rang. He saw a caller number that he did not know, so far he did not store many other people's mobile numbers. So he doesn't know who called him at this hour.

Taehyung. “Halo?”

“Is this Taehyung speaking?” ask someone across. Male voice. And somehow his voice was suddenly very familiar to Taehyung.

Taehyung raised his eyebrows, trying to remember where he had heard this voice.

“Or is this Vincent speaking?” ask the man across the street again. He pokes slowly making Taehyung very stunned when he realizes that the one who called him is Dongwook. Taehyung is shocked when Dongwook finds out his cell phone number and even knows his real name before becoming a vampire. Does this mean Dongwook already knows that Taehyung was one of the mutant projects of the syndicate?

“K-you...” Taehyung said in a choked voice.

“Oh I miss you, Kim Taehyung...” said Dongwook in a cheerful tone, “Didn't you miss me? Won't ask me?”

Taehyung's hand holding the phone squeezed firmly. The last thing he wanted was to hear Dongwook call him. He would not even be invited to talk like this with the cold-blooded man.

“What exactly you want.” Taehyung tukas slowly.

“Well... Why don't you ever see me again? Are you traumatized by my last treatment?” ask Dongwook, “Come on. I just drugged you and tried to drink your blood. I'm not draining your blood!”

It felt like Taehyung wanted to curse and curse the man for what Dongwook had done all this time for his life. Oh if he could, but Taehyung had to hold it back because he did not want to wake the rest of the clan.

“How do I meet you, Dongwook, when Black Dragon is already charred unscathed?” taehyung said half scornfully.

Dongwook was silent for a moment. Obviously the man was trying to hold back emotions. He felt greatly humbled when Taehyung discussed the events of the Black Dragon.

“I can rebuild it,” said Dongwook in a calm tone, controlling his emotions, “Easy for me to do it.”

“I have no interest in dealing with you.”

“You have no other choice but to return to me, Taehyung.” Dongwook said with a long smirk plastered on his face.

“Don't you remember how you used to live in one of my places? You are mine.”

Taehyung's teeth were clattering. “I was never yours. You've been acting illegally on me and on other people. You will be responsible for what you did, Dongwook.”

“I'll be in charge, so come and come back to me.”

Taehyung snorted, laughing bitterly. This madman will never stop saying deceitful words, just like his men used to trick Taehyung into getting into the syndicate.

“When I meet you, I will kill you.” Taehyung threatened.

There was the sound of Dongwook laughing across the street. “Then how about now we meet?”

Of course Taehyung will not be fooled by that trap. He won't act stupid anymore and falls into Dongwook's trap.

“We can play around like we used to again, Taehyung.” Dongwook pokes hard, “I'll take you back.”

Taehyung was very upset. He immediately closed the call and threw his phone to the bed. The heart was struck with aggravation by the call from the syndicate's boss. If only Dongwook was in front of him now, Taehyung would have ripped the Big Boss' mouth apart and made him never speak like that again to Taehyung.

Taehyung grabbed his own hair in frustration. When the situation is calm and relaxed for him, why do problems come again? Can't he live his life in peace? Taehyung won't let Dongwook bother him. Taehyung will take care of the people around him. He will take care of the Kim clan. He'll protect Jungkook.

It is still a mystery how Dongwook can find out the number like this. Has the man been sending spies to find information about him all this time?

That Friday afternoon in the basement of Kim's residence was again used for training. Soojung, Seokjin and Yoon-gi are shooting. Namjoon trains Jimin martial arts. Hoseok and Taehyung learn boxing, taught by Jungkook directly. It is very fun that exercise can actually relieve stress and fatigue.

“Hoseok Hyung is getting better at boxing.” praise Jungkook with a long smile to see Hoseok is having a fist fight with Taehyung.

Taehyung snorted because he was not praised at all. Even Jungkook said Taehyung's punch looked flaccid, whereas Taehyung deliberately minimized his strength so as not to make Hoseok hurt.

“I owe you, Temp.” said Hoseok with a grin at Jungkook the Temperature.

“Hoseok's vampire strength is probably boxing.” Taehyung said his origin and shy away from the blow of Hoseok.

“Oh? There's such a vampire power?” ask Hoseok wonder.

“Of course there are. Power of kangaroo,” Taehyung said, “Punching and jumping.”

Jungkook laughed flickered let alone looking at Hoseok's sour expression, so adorable.

“Huh, you're just jealous, Tae, because I'm better at boxing than you,” protests Hoseok and starts refocusing practice, “Temperature Jungkook also admitted it.”

“Yea, yea.. Taehyung must have been envious of Hoseok.” added Jungkook held back a laugh when he saw Taehyung turning to protest at him.

“I can crush bones, Jeon Jungkook.” Taehyung said.

“Eit, eit.. It does not conform to the rules in boxing. Besides how can you crush a bone when your own hands are covered in boxing gloves?” ask Jungkook playful.

Hoseok chuckled wide. These two soulmates are very funny when arguing.

“You guys just continue fists, I want to take a shower first.” Jungkook said. He patted Taehyung's shoulder giving him some encouragement. He also turned to Hoseok, “Hwaiting, Hoseok Hyung. Don't love sagor~”

Hoseok blinked while Taehyung turned the eyeball on Jungkook.

Jungkook goes to Taehyung's room to take a shower and clean up. He was used to this house until he was like a resident of the house. He went into the room when he heard Taehyung's phone on the nightstand ringing. Jungkook ignores him and takes the bathrobe. The phone still continues to ring as if calling the owner of the phone non-stop.

Jungkook frowned in wonder. Taehyung didn't keep many people's numbers. Who calls like that if the people closest to Taehyung are in the basement doing sports?

The drought stopped. Jungkook is curious and eventually approaches the nightstand to check who has called.

How surprised Jungkook was when he saw the name of the caller: Dongwook.

All he sees is red.

Anger overwhelms Jungkook when he sees the caller's name alone. A dongwook? Lee Dongwook just called Taehyung? And how the number was already saved on Taehyung's phone suggests that the syndicate's boss had called before.

The phone in his hand rang back with the same caller's name. Jungkook's teeth were grinding until he could hear the sound of his teeth clashing. His heart spurred quickly as anger had soared again considering that this man had ruined Taehyung's life.

Jungkook picked it up….
