Lisa nodded and sat down on one of the bar stools with her chest pounding. It's like a romantic storyline that's been on his mind all along. He sat with the man in the luxury penthouse.

Dongwook poured scotch into a glass. He looked at Lisa who was looking at him. Dongwook just smirked complacently. He poured the scotch into another glass.

Dongwook sat next to Lisa giving the woman a glass. “How’s your day? How was your lecture?”

Lisa drank scotch and felt that this drink must be very expensive, in contrast to the usual drinks he received at the club. “Great. I'm so grateful for the opportunity you gave me so I could go to college again, even on a better campus.”

“Jinjja?” Dongwook gave a sweet smile then sipped his own drink. “You know that if I have high taste, I will certainly give you a good gift.”

“Yeah..” murmur Lisa biting lips. He could even smell the scent of soap and shampoo from his proximity to Dongwook. All just made Lisa's stomach tickle, as if something was tickling her stomach.

Lisa was sure. He will risk everything so Taehyung can be caught. He had to make Dongwook completely gobsmacked by what he was about to do.

Tonight looks like it's going to be a long night for Lisa in this penthouse. He might have a chance to see the contents of Dongwook's luxury penthouse.

Soojung just nodded while drinking the warm tea he made. So there are still spies besides Seunghoon?

“By the way when are you going to invite your girlfriend to come? You haven't introduced him to Uncle?”

Soojung immediately choked slowly. He coughed at the question his uncle asked. He would never want to bring Seokjin to meet his uncle. What if his uncle finds out that Seokjin is a vampire? Hunter experts like Donghyuk certainly can be more sensitive in distinguishing vampires and humans, right?

The man quickly tried to attack Taehyung again using wood. Taehyung was hit on the shoulder but the baby vampire ignored the pain and held the man's arm. He had to fight and defend himself, had he not been training in the basement to take care of himself? She can't be a vampire baby forever who needs to be protected by her hyunga right?

Taehyung managed to hit the man's stomach with his knee. He threw the man's arm making the wood thrown far to the ground.

New Taehyung will run away but the man immediately pulled him and stuck his cheek. Taehyung grimaced in pain. He should not have to follow this suspicious man and leave himself in danger. He hoped that Hoseok would find him here now.

Taehyung pushed the man's body hard. Both hands were on his face trying to claw it. If only he was now V, the man's face might have been crushed by the power of V that could destroy flesh and bones. But now he is Taehyung. And that doesn't mean he can't protect himself. He will fight to survive.

The man tried to endure all the pain. He pulled out a knife from behind his hoodie, trying to pierce the vampire's chest. Taehyung tried to fend off so that his chest would not be pierced. He parried with his arm which made his arm pierced very deeply.

“Argh!!” taehyung screams in pain. Blood flowed out from his arm while the blade was still stuck. Taehyung immediately retreated while holding onto his aching arm. He removed the knife that stuck in his arm. It's very painful.

He needed help because this man would stop at nothing to attack and skin him.

The man softly looked at Taehyung who was already helpless. Blood dripped down onto the ground. The man is actually a messenger from Lisa who is told to spy on Taehyung and hurt the vampire if the opportunity arises. Surely Lisa wants to take her revenge first on Taehyung for what the vampire did to her. Lisa intends to play the vampire first before he later handed it to Dongwook and his men.

The man gave a grin as Taehyung's retreating body hit the dead end wall. There's no way for that vampire to escape.

The man lunged towards Taehyung. He pulled out a silver slab from behind his hoodie. Taehyung's eyes were enlarged, yet had time to digest or find a way to avoid when the silver plate was plugged into his chest. Taehyung shouted hysterically due to the pain in his chest. Tears are flowing. He tried to push the man with all his strength, but he lost because his arm was injured.

The man gave a smirk. He didn't expect if it was true what the woman who told him. If miraculously, this given silver slab could hurt the man in front of him greatly.

“What are you doing!!” snapped Hoseok appeared with gasps. Since then when he came out of the minimarket and saw Taehyung was not there, Hoseok immediately searched for the vampire in panic. And he could hear Taehyung's screeches from a distance making Hoseok come straight here.

Hoseok kicked the man's back making the silver slab fall to the ground. Hoseok's eyes glared at the object and how Taehyung was sitting down holding his chest while groaning in pain, the blood on his arm did not stop flowing because of the former stab.

Hoseok was furious. He kicked the chin of the man wearing the hoodie. Hoseok was hit by a fist once but he immediately attacked back by hitting the man's face many times. Well, it turns out this is how the benefits of practicing and exercising with Namjoon during this time. That master had already equipped him for this kind of urgent situation.
