Taehyung shies away from the gunfire the mafia directed at him. His strength was faster and agile, he kicked the mafia, smashed their heads or tore apart the flesh on their bodies. Whatever Taehyung will do so he can get out of this curse place.

Taehyung took a gun from the mobster who had been lying on the floor, directly charging into another mobster who was trying to attack him. Other mafias came as if endless. Shit, how many mafia on this floor? Why so many?

One of the mobsters managed to shoot his arm because Taehyung who was careless had to fight someone else. Taehyung quickly took the axe that was in the hands of the mafia and threw it at the person who had shot him.

Taehyung tried hard. Just a shot like this shouldn't let him off guard. As long as it was not a silver bullet, he could still endure the pain. Whatever way he had to make it out of this place even if half dead though.

One of the mobsters managed to stick a knife in his shoulder. Taehyung directly hit the human's back, smashing his bones instantly.

He immediately picked up a knife and threw it at a man who was trying to shoot him. Judging from his different clothes it didn't seem like a mafia, it could have been that person a hunter. Seungki immediately fell down because his stomach was pierced by a knife.

Saito, another hunter who came also fired a silver bullet but Taehyung managed to dodge. His eyes faded when he saw that the bullet fired was silver. He should be careful. If it gets hit just a little bit it can paralyze him and get him back locked up in a syndicate.

Saito shoots again but Taehyung immediately pulls the mafia agency on the floor and makes it as a shield. It was the human body that was shot while Taehyung was safely behind him. Taehyung picks up a mafia gun on the floor and shoots it at the hunter. Saito fell on the floor.

Taehyung did not want to linger anymore. He quickly ran before the mafia from another floor arrived. Up at the end he only saw the elevator door, no stairs or anything to access out. Taehyung pushed the button but could not. Damn, how did he get out like this.

“Taehyung..”

The vampire turned his head in shock and only grew more shocked when he saw Donghyuk, Uncle Jungkook. The eyes fester because they did not expect to see the hunter at the syndicate. So would that human try to subvert it just like any other hunter?

Donghyuk looked at Taehyung, there was no desire to hurt Jungkook's friend. The syndicate has made a mistake in making Taehyung a victim. Isn't that what happened to Jungkook's parents? A victim of syndicate depravity?

The middle-aged man gave Taehyung an electronic card. The card is a syndicate building elevator access device.

“To use the elevator...” said, “Do not use this elevator, use the elevator that is there.” Donghyuk pointed at another elevator not far away. “Lift is not used to exit the building.”

Taehyung received an electronic card that Donghyuk gave him. Quite stunned because the hunter was trying to save him? Is it because he knows he's a friend of Jungkook's?

“Quick go...” says Donghyuk, “Save yourself from this dirty syndicate.”

Taehyung. He said nothing and rushed to Donghyuk's elevator, believing the hunter's words. With the electronic card Taehyung opened the elevator door and entered immediately. He immediately pressed the 0 button to get to the exit of the syndicate.

Taehyung and Donghyuk glanced until the elevator doors closed.

A few seconds later another elevator door opened and about 6 mobsters came out in a hurry to find a vampire who had run away because they had received a report.

Donghyuk acted as if he was panicking and said he saw a vampire who had escaped going into hiding in one of the rooms after being shot by a hunter.

Taehyung was pounding in the elevator. He reached the 0th floor and vigilantly, came out while looking around. His shoulders and arms were still bleeding he did not care. Resisting such pain was nothing like the suffering he had already felt during his time in the syndicate.

Taehyung sees out here some sort of basement floor of an old building. He watched as only two guards stood at the door. Deftly Taehyung hit them on the head, making them both fall unconscious. With that Taehyung immediately darted out leaving the syndicate territory.

This area is indeed a remote area. Taehyung chose to use the forest road instead of the usual highway, fearing even being caught by syndicate forces or even by Dongwook himself. Damn it Taehyung did not cross paths with Dongwook, because if he did he would chop up the man because of how Dongwook acts on his clan, on Soojung, Jimin and finally on Jungkook.

For hours Taehyung ran in the forest. No matter the foot that blisters until it bleeds exposed to twigs and thorns. He just uses his instinct to find his way home.

It was getting dark when Taehyung had made it out of the forest. He recalled this path and immediately ran back towards the Kim Brothers residence. He was very tense and hoped he would not have to cross paths with one of the syndicate's men. Seeing from the time that had passed, the syndicate boss must have known about him who ran away. And the mafia must be on the lookout for him.

Feet are limp due to long hours of walking. His body was weakened by thirst, not only thirst for water but thirst for blood.

He was running across the road soon to the residence of the Kim clan when suddenly the car drove towards him, immediately crashing suddenly because it almost hit.

Taehyung's eyes felt glare at the car's lights. His knees were a bit shaky and he could only afford to hang out in the middle of the road. Does he look like a killer because of his bloody clothes from gunshot wounds and stabs that he experienced.

Taehyung was resigned when the driver of the car came out. He just hopes it's not one of the syndicate's men.

“Taehyung!!”

Taehyung turned his head and felt the scent of his hyung presence. His eyes immediately glazed over as he saw Namjoon coming at him with enlarged eyes.

“Jeez, Taehyung!” exclamation Namjoon and now embrace his dongsaeng. Namjoon's eyes were already wet because of how excited he was to find Taehyung again.

“Yes, God, are you okay?” tanya Namjoon took off a hug and looked at Taehyung's face carefully.

Finally Taehyung felt relieved and safe. Finally he met his family again.

“Kajja, I will take you home.” Namjoon said. The vampire was grateful to find Taehyung while he was patrolling around Kim's residence. So he can take Taehyung to the new house of the Kim clan and they can gather in full again.

Namjoon helps Taehyung walk into the car. Taehyung sat leaning back controlling his breathing which was still panting. Namjoon immediately plugged his car home. His hand was agilely driving while his other hand made a call to Hoseok and Yoongi who were also on patrol.

“I found it! I found Taehyung!”

Taehyung saw the scenery during the trip, saw the plantations and trees here and there. Namjoon has made it clear that Seokjin decided to buy a new house for everyone's safety and avoid the syndicate. Taehyung grimaces when he remembers the syndicate knowing the address of Kim's clan's house, Jimin's house and Jungkook's house. Seokjin's decision is the best for the safety of all of them.

Hoseok and Yoongi had already arrived home first. They had just told the people in the middle room that Namjoon found Taehyung when the sound of Namjoon's car came.

The others immediately went out to greet, except Jungkook who did not know with this news, was still in his room daydreaming since this afternoon.

Taehyung was deeply moved when he saw the people he loved. He just got out of the car and Jimin was hugging him tightly and full of longing.

“Taetae!” said Jimin half crying, “Finally you're back.”

“Oh, Taehyung..” said Hoseok and embraced the vampire's shoulder. “I'm so grateful you were found.”

Taehyung gave a smile. Yoongi patted Taehyung's head fondly. Seokjin hugged Taehyung after Jimin took off his arms. As an Alpha, Seokjin was finally able to feel relieved that his clan members had been found. Soojung also gives Taehyung a smile, happy that the vampire has escaped the syndicate.

“Your hand is injured?” seokjin asked worriedly as she slowly held onto her sister's arm.

Taehyung. “It's just a minor injury, it's okay kok.”

“Did you get shot with silver bullets?” ask Yoongi worriedly.

Taehyung shook his head again. “Ordinary hunters, that's why my wounds don't last long.” Taehyung looked around feeling something was lacking. He was a bit worried when he asked, “Mana Jungkook?”

“She's in the room, Tae.” said Jimin contemptuously. His friend was so often daydreaming and spent a lot of time alone, such as blaming himself for not succeeding in saving Taehyung.

“Where is the room?” tanya Taehyung did not want to delay to meet Jungkook.

“On the second floor, the most end room.” said Hoseok, “You want me to take you?”

Taehyung. “Anni. I want to come see him myself.”

Seokjin nodded, understanding that Taehyung needed some privacy to meet Jungkook, the two needed to talk about things that had already happened.

Taehyung opened the door slowly. He walked in. his heart was stained when he saw Jungkook who was sitting daydreaming with a face lara. There is a bandage on Jungkook's arm indicating that the man has been injured by the syndicate and either other injuries that are not visible from the outside.

“Jungkook..”.

Jungkook immediately turned his head quickly when he heard Taehyung's voice. Eyes grow shocked. He saw Taehyung standing there, his clothes dirty and a lot of bloodstains, messy hair in all directions. Tell me this isn't a dream or a hallucination, is it?

Taehyung tried to hold haru back, putting on a smile even though he actually wanted to cry. Jungkook stood still dumbfounded.

“Tae?”

There was no mistaking it, the one before him was indeed Taehyung. Jungkook immediately approached and hugged the vampire, feeling that none of this was a dream.

Taehyung hugged back, buried his head on Jungkook's back and cried softly. He drew his words first if he was willing to part with his clan and his loved ones. He cannot separate from them. He does not want to be separated anymore.

Jungkook took a deep breath. He was worried about Taehyung. “You're hurt..” Muttered to observe the wound on the vampire's arm. He pulled Taehyung's arm and sat him on the bed. He immediately took the cleaning medicine in the medicine box in his room. Such medicine was in his room as it was also provided to treat Jungkook's wounds.

Jungkook grimaced to see the toreh wound on the vampire's arm and there was even a gunshot wound. His blood had dried up but still made Jungkook sick.

“I'm fine..” Taehyung said trying to calm down. He himself felt no pain in his wounds. Maybe because he's used to it, or he's been in more pain than this until the vampire is immune to feeling nothing.

Either Jungkook should be grateful because Taehyung is a powerful vampire or what. But Jungkook remains sad to see her. Taehyung's struggle to get out of the syndicate like this, fortunately not to lose his life.

“O-oh... Taehyung sucks my blood.” Jungkook pointed at his bandaged arm. “My arm is still sore so I told him to bite on the neck.”

“Ohhh...” Hoseok gave a nod and did not say anything more even though his facial expression said otherwise. Jungkook feeling awward. He immediately took the filled bowl and immediately left after saying good night to the vampire.

Jungkook held back his neck, not realizing that his neck would give a mark after being bitten by a vampire. It looks like from tomorrow he will have to wear a turtle neck to cover it up.

Jungkook reentered the room only to be surprised to see Taehyung was already sitting up. His expression was very dazed and somewhat panicked. He was surprised to see Jungkook standing there.

“Kookie?” tanya Taehyung was confused. Big eyeballs.

Jungkook held his breath. He knew that what he was seeing now was Taehyung's innocent, not V. Why are both suddenly switched?

“Tae..” said Jungkook hurriedly put down his bowl and approached.

Jungkook gulped. Though Taehyung was fast asleep why can suddenly switch personality?

Taehyung's brows frowned in fear. “I-this isn't in the syndicate right?”

Jungkook's heart ached at Taehyung's expression of fear that they were in the syndicate.

“Anni... anni..” Jungkook said and embraced the vampire, trying to calm her down. “We're in a safe place, Tae. We're a long way from the syndicate.”

Taehyung took off a hug and looked at Jungkook still with his eyes patterned. Yet he nodded giving full confidence to those human words.

Taehyung laid himself back on the bed. He really looks dazed. To be honest, Taehyung felt that he was dreaming. He closed his eyes again like nothing had happened, as if he had not made Jungkook very anxious.

Jungkook looked at the ceiling refraining from crying. See even Taehyung was so scared that he thought he was still in the syndicate. I don't know what the evil people have done to him until Taehyung looks very traumatized.
