Want a New Papa

Then I heard Tomi take a deep breath.

"You know that Arik was a child so he didn't know his request was a ridiculous request" I said carefully.

"But I don't think it's Din's ridiculous statement, but it's a sincere request from Arik's heart" Tomi replied.

I tried to smile at Tomi's answer.

I heard Tomi take a deep breath and then she gently rubbed my hair.

"I don't care how much longer I have to wait, for whatever time I'll wait for you Din".

I could only gulp back and stare at Tomi speechlessly.

I don't know what happened next, because I don't know who started first. Because after that, we both took a sip on each other's lips.

And I felt Tomi rubbing gently on my back so that I could no longer control my feelings.

After that Tomi put her cellphone back on the table and then turned to look at me. And I immediately threw my face away from Tomi's gaze.

I don't know why I suddenly felt so embarrassed by what I just did.

Tomi sounded like a slow laugh that made me look at her sharply.

"Your lips say you're not ready and you're still asking for time. But your feelings tell me that you love me" Tomi said confidently.

A soft kiss landed perfectly on my cheek which made me instantly wide in shock.

When I was still shocked and wanted to hit Tomi's arm, Tomi had already run into her car while chuckling triumphantly.

"I'm home, baby." said Tomi while lowering the car glass and waving her hand at me.

I did not answer his words but only scowled.

When Tomi's car came out of the yard, I went into the house and smiled to myself.

As usual, I woke up early and made breakfast for my two children. And when they had breakfast back Arik and Naya were staring at me which made me suspicious.

"Why?" I asked slowly as I put the spoon on the plate and looked at my two children.

"Can we ask for something from mom?" this time Naya answered my question.

Seeing the serious look on my two children's faces towards me I also turned to look seriously at them.

"What do you want?, just say it. As long as Mom can give her love, I will give you" I replied .

"Promise?" ask Arik and Naya in unison.

I nodded my head for sure

"We want Om Tomi to be our new Papa" the two replied.

My eyes immediately widened and my mouth immediately gaped at the request of my two children.

I shook my head like I was unsure of my own hearing.

"What did you hear us say?" ask Arik slowly.

I did not answer Arik's question directly, But I immediately grabbed a glass of warm tea and sipped it slowly.

"Oh, I promised you that you would grant all of our requests. That's our request. We want Om Tomi to be our new Papa" Naya repeated.

I immediately took a deep breath, rubbed my face, then put both my hands on my forehead, looking down. Trying to calm my heart beat that suddenly beat so fast.

"Assalamualaikum.." shouted a voice outside that forced the three of us to turn directly.

"That's Tomi." said Arik who immediately got off the chair and immediately ran forward to open the door.

And I took a deep breath again as soon as I saw Tomi walking with Arik hand in hand.

"Come, are you ready yet? especially for today om who will take you both to school" said Tomi while rubbing the heads of my two children alternately.

I breathed a deep breath as soon as I heard Tomi's words. But unlike my two children, they immediately shouted in excitement.

"Sana salim used to be the same mother" Tomi told both of my children before she finally took my two children's bags and took them out.

Naya and Arik immediately kissed the back of my hand with reverence and I was speechless when the two of them greeted me because I was still in a deep shock.

And I just heard the roar of the car outside, which means that my two children have really left for school with Tommy.

I just quietly got Sweet treatment from Tomi and just stared deeply into her eyes.

But before long I pecked annoyed and brushed off his hand.

Tomi chuckled again at my answer, which made me even more upset to see her.

"Oh yes, on the road Naya said, if she repeated the same question at breakfast. Is that true?" ask Tomi who's back should make me swallow.
