Shisui follows Yagami's instructions and begins to manipulate the Chakras according to the Chakra's path.

A small explosion of Chakra occurs a large explosion of Chakra released from Shisui's body. A small dent appeared on the ground near Shisui as several spider-like cracks spread on him. A large amount of chakra seeps into the earth and partially escapes into the atmosphere.

I could see wisps of green chakra mixed and spreading in the atmosphere. Thus, the chaos of the rainbow chakra in the atmosphere is the excessive chakra being expelled from the body or Justus. That explains why everything looks like a painting when people with various Natural Chakras release their Chakras in the atmosphere that accumulate over time. The process of eliminating the will of the user and converting it into energy of Nature takes a lot of time maybe tens or even centuries depending on the will of the user. That explains the renewal of the Natural Energy and Chakras in the body.

The body produces chakra from diet and nutrient intake and adds Nature Chakra to it. The resulting chakra has the user's will that allows a ninja to perform Ninjutsu. While natural energy is directly absorbed from nature and has the will of the entire planet to say if the planet is considered a living thing. This excessive energy intake will override the user's chakra will with the will of the planet and change their Chakra Nature. That explains the process of turning into stone when Natural energy is absorbed in excessive amounts. Only people with a large number of Chakras can master the sage mode because the will in their Chakra defeats the will of the planet and thus they can use it as their own.

The sage energy contained powerful energy from all over the planet thus giving it incredible strength and resilience. Also, sage energy did not have any type of element so it worked against Justus who had Element resistance or Immunity. The case of Obito as a ten-tailed jinchuruki is a prime example of this.

'I wonder what kind of changes will happen to me when I will be using Sage Mode. After all, I have an interest in every element.'

Shisui gasped for air as he opened his Chakra. He sighed heavily for a while before he replied,

“Yes! Dad, I'm unlocking my chakra. Now, I can learn ninjutsu and become a ninja.”

Yagami taught Shisui, but there was a smile on his face.

"okay! Now come here and put your chakra in this Chakra paper. We will test the nature of your Chakra.”

Yagami handed over the Chakra paper to Shisui. I also wanted to know the nature of Shisui Chakra because I forgot the small details of the story. I can say that Shisui has a flame release and a wind release, but I am curious about his other Chakranya Traits.

“When you insert your chakra into the paper the Chakra is divided into three parts which means you have wind affinity or Wind Element. The wind chakra is very sharp and tends to cut things. Then, one of the split papers caught fire and turned into ashes. This means you have a fire affinity or Fire Element. The Uchiha clan was born with a Fire affinity. The second part of the paper is crimped by your Chakra, it shows the Element of Lightning. The third part of the paper remains as it is showing the Non-Elemental Natural Transformation of Yin or Yang release. In our case of Uchiha, the Sharingan is opened by our unique chakra which in turn is caused by the unique Yin release of our spirit and Uchiha Chakra. So, your last affinity is the release of Yin.”

Fugaku and Hiruzen congratulate Yagami.

“Haha..now I am more curious to see the Chakra Nature of the famous Genius Uchiha child with his remarkable memory and intelligence.”

Hiruzen looked at me as he said those words.

In the nearby bushes, Danzo is thrilled to see the Chakra affinity of Shisui. I have to get that kid to join Root at all costs. He will be a valuable tool for my plans. I have to recruit him at all costs even if it means fighting Hiruzen or the Uchiha Clan. But before that, let's take a look at the Chakra affinity of the other little ones, who are supposedly geniuses of the Uchiha Clan after the Uchiha Ghosts.

Akira is pushed back by a sudden violent storm of Chakras. He retreated further staring at Izuna in surprise. The mouths of Hiruzen, Fugaku, and Yagami opened wide as they stared at Izuna without batting an eye.

A massive storm of Chakras visible to the naked eye gathered around Izuna as it hit the ground nearby, creating a crater with Izuna as its center. Anbus is alerted as they come out of their hiding place and see a huge storm of Chakra.

Inside the Chakra storm, Izuna silently pedaled her Chakra along the path inscribed on the scroll. Explosive sounds and cracks shot out from his body as Chakranya shattered all the barriers blocking his flow. The powerful Izuna chakra clears all obstructions while continuously repeating its cycle. After four and five cycles, the mighty storm of Chakras calmed down as a calming feeling filled his body. Izuna inspected her own body as she felt a force flowing all over her body.

'So, this is what you feel after you unlock your Chakra. It felt like I had endless energy. My chakra capacity is equivalent to one tail and thus I have many Chakras. So, that's why Naruto is so hyperactive, he's got a lot of energy to waste on his jokes and mischief.'

As I got lost in the fun of unlocking my Chakra, reality poured cold water over me as I came to my senses,

'Shoppers! That Danzo and Hiruzen are injecting me. What am I supposed to do now? How do you explain this to me?... Hmm..
