Yagami and Fumiko arrive at the hospital with Izuna. Izuna was still sleeping in Fumiko's arms.

Yagami tells the doctor about Izuna because the doctor agreed to do the Izuna examination. The doctor picked up Izuna and placed her on the bed to begin her examination. The doctor took out a stethoscope as he recorded Izuna's heartbeat. The count is 70 beats per minute which is normal for a baby.

Next, he called Hyuga's assistant to check the Chakra Network or internal damage to the child. Hyuga activated her Byakugan as she began to inspect the Chakra Network.

"It's…."

Hyuga was surprised as she shouted out loudly. The doctor and the Uchiha couple were surprised by Hyuga's overreaction.

“What's up, Asahi? What do you see? Is there a problem?”

The doctor calmly asked from Asahi Hyuga.

The doctor and Uchiha's partner blame Hyuga for Izuna's crying. Hyuga apologized as she deactivated her Byakugan. Fumiko picked up Izuna as she began to gently pat Izuna to stop her crying. Izuna stopped crying after a while. The attention of a doctor and the Uchiha couple turns to Asahi and they question her,

Asahi gulped another mouthful of saliva before she replied,

Everyone present in the room was startled by this voice as they looked towards Izuna.

Izuna shyly closed her eyes as she muttered in her mind,

'Shit!'

The doctor approached Izuna as she placed her hand on Izuna's stomach to examine her before she asked,

“He is fine. There was no problem with his body, there was only gas in his body that he let out. What did you feed him before? ”

Fumiko answered the doctor. The doctor nodded and suggested,

The doctor coughed loudly before replying,

Fumiko apologized and hurriedly left the room with Izuna and Yagami. They asked one of the hospital staff for the rooms of Aiko Uchiha and Akira Uchiha. Staff members checked the rooms and directed them to Room no. 23. They thanked the staff members and rushed to the room.

After they reached the Hospital room, they knocked the room slightly and waited for a response,

"Lake in."

Yagami and Fumiko enter the room and see Akira still lying in a coma with an infusion and cardio meter attached to him. Elsewhere by the window, Aiko sat on the bed with bandages wrapped around her arms as she stared at them.

Aiko waved her hand at Fumiko and spoke,

“How are you Fumiko? Oho! You brought Izuna with you. Come and give him to me. I want to see his face and calm my heart.”

Fumiko handed Izuna over to Yagami before she stepped towards Aiko and angrily twisted her ears.

“Aww..aww.. Fumiko Pain. Stop twisting my ears.”

But Fumiko continued and asked angrily,

“Jawab I'm Aiko! What thoughts are there in your almond-sized little brain, when you agree to go on a mission with Akira and Yagami.”

“I….I felt I shouldn't have left Akira alone because I felt a bad feeling.” Aiko replied.

Fumiko turns her ears harder as she questions Aiko's sanity.

"Aiko are you crazy? Do you think you're capable enough to protect Akira in your pregnancy? Do you know how worried I am about you? I couldn't sleep all night when I heard about the accident from Yagami. What if?...what if....”.

Fumiko stopped because she could not mutter her next words and she started crying in Aiko's arms.

Aiko comforted him for a while as she muttered,

"Oh! Devil Uchiha has a sweet spot in his heart.”

Fumiko gets up and twists Aiko's ears again as Aiko grimaces in pain, but she has a grin on her face.

“Do not take such reckless actions again. You are a mother now and you have to behave like that. Watch Izuna. I heard from the doctor that you won't be able to be a mother anymore. Did ya? Fumiko asked worriedly.

Aiko smiled as she gently stroked Izuna's head,

“I won't take such reckless actions anymore because I'm going to retire as a Shinobi. I will take care of Izuna and do not worry Izuna is enough for me and beside your son will also be my son.”

Fumiko smiled as she wiped her tears and hugged Aiko.

“Welcome back Aiko! I miss you."

“I also missed you Fumiko.”

Yagami notices their interaction in silence as he observes Akira and prays inwardly,

'Get well my friend! Your family is waiting for you.'

A baby laugh was heard as Izuna tried to hug her mother.

Izuna was shocked when she saw that her father and mother were still alive. She felt really happy when her parents were alive, she tried to call her mother but what came out of her mouth was the giggling of the baby as she tried to talk to him. He hugged his mother and lay on her chest.

Aiko was happy when she saw Izuna giggle. She misunderstood his actions of hugging her because of her hunger. She took off her ninja vest a little and started breastfeeding Izuna.

Izuna is confused when Aiko starts feeding her, but she happily follows him as she starts drinking her mother's milk and feels happiness.

Somewhere on the outskirts of Konoha, in the basement

A goat-masked shinobi in Anbu attire presented a scroll to a man sitting on a chair similar to the Hokage. The man ignored Anbu while unscrolling it and reading the contents.

"Damn! My plan failed..”

The man slammed his hand on his chair as he bellowed furiously.
