Rudra groggily opened his eyes.

His body felt limp and there was a stinging pain in his butt. He suddenly felt like crying.

Uwaa... Uwaa...

The sound of baby crying echoed in the forest. Akira Uchiha and Aiko Uchiha lovingly looked at their newborn son. They worry when the newborn remains still after birth.

"Congratulations! Akira and Aiko!"

Others enter the hiding place.

"Your newborn son took your appearance, Akira. When she grows up, she will definitely become a female assassin like you."

These words disturbed their minds.

"Oh! You're here, Yagami. How's it outside?"

Akira carefully muttered these words as he activated his Sharingan to check the Yagami chakra signature.

"Everything is fine for now. No need to worry." Yagami.

After confirming Yagami's identity, Akira heaved a sigh of relief and greeted him.

"Thank you, Yagami. I'd also like to hear some good news from your side as well. I heard that Fumiko was also pregnant and could give birth at any time. I'd like to see my nephew immediately if we can escape alive from this ambush.today."

Akira closed his eyes and sorted through the events.

A few months ago,

Inside the Hokage Office,

"Hiruzen! The situation at the border continues to deteriorate. Iwa instigated Takigakure war rebels to attack our borders."

Danzo clenched his wand.

"I already know. The rebel leader of the war had the support of Iwa. So, it was hard to trace his whereabouts, let alone kill him. We've lost a lot of shinobi because of this." Hiruzen rubbed his forehead.

"Why didn't you assign the Uchiha clan for this mission?" Danzo asked a question.

"No! That's not gonna work. The Uchiha had made a fair contribution in the previous war and they were currently in the process of recovery. Also, recently there have been various reports of their members being lost or killed during missions." Hiruzen shook his head.

"Then, do you have another solution for that?" Danzo groaning.

"The other "clan members were already holding a fortress at the border. A hiruzen! You can't be lenient towards the Uchiha clan." Danzo.

"Danzo's right!" Homura and Koharu entered the office.

"You people!! All righty! I'll talk to the leader of the Uchiha clan." Hiruzen relented under their constant pressure.

'It has been almost eight months since the clan issued a mission for the three of them. They infiltrate Takigakure as evil shinobi. Unbeknownst to them, Aiko was pregnant at the time.

Akira and Yagami slowly rise through the ranks in the organization and become the leader's right hand and left hand respectively. Finally, after eight months Akira got a chance to kill his leader.

After the assassination, they managed to escape the organization and arrived at the border. But for some reason, Iwa ninjas were waiting for them in an ambush.

Akira doubts someone leaked their mission information to the Iwa ninja. It has been a week since the relentless pursuit of Iwa Ninjas.

The group has clashed several times with Iwa ninjas and killed many of them.

Their supplies were running out and they were exhausted mentally and physically.

The enemy ninjas are out of blood and they never go after their trail. The recent team they destroyed consisted of five Jounins, ten special Jounins, twenty-five Chunnins, and several genins. It was a very close fight. 

During their previous confrontation, Aiko receives a punch in her uterus, which leads to a premature pregnancy. It has been nearly nine months since her pregnancy and their child was nearing birth, but the latest battle led to a premature birth within a week.

Akira is worried about his wife and son. But somehow his wife and son got through it.

"Our son looks healthy. Look at her small beaded eyes with curiosity looking around her."

Aiko's voice interrupted Akira's mind as she happily hugged their son in her arms.

"Yes, he'll be a great ninja like my father..."

He is only aware of the fact that his mother Kasumi Uchiha is the older brother of Kagami Uchiha, his uncle who is a close aide to Tobirama's Second Hokage.

Yagami is the only child of his maternal uncle, Kagami. Neither Kagami nor Kasumi mentioned anything about her father until their deaths.

On his deathbed, his mother mentioned that his father was none other than one of the founders of the famous Madara Uchiha Village.

He mourns the death of his mother and reveals his father's name. His father was a traitor and deserter of the village. To save his son's life, Kasumi never mentioned Madara's name to anyone. 

Only his uncle was aware of this matter and he also never revealed it to anyone, not even to the Second Hokage.

"...after all, she is the Grandson of the Uchiha Clan Ghost, Madara Uchiha."

Rudra was stunned as his new father said these words.

From listening to her parents' conversations, she came to know a lot of things. First, his parents' names were Akira and Aiko Uchiha and Yagami Uchiha was his uncle's name. But that's not the point.

'I Was Reborn as Madara's Grandson!'

Even he could not believe his own words.

'Thank you! There is such a thing in Naruto. Really is! out of all the people I could give birth to, I was born as Madara's grandson. Waitaminute! Madara has a love interest, and she has a son.'

Rudra was stunned by this revelation.

'Things are completely different in this Naruto world. Maybe it's Naruto's alternate universe.'

"Have you thought of a name for her?" Yagami questioned the couple.

"It was my mother's greatest wish that her grandson be named after my uncle ..."

Akira continued while gently stroking Izuna's head,

"Dad loved his brother very much. So, I will name my son by the name of my uncle in memory of him. From today onwards my son will be called Izuna Uchiha."

'That's a good name. Now, I am very curious about the identity of my grandmother.' Izuna had a smile on her face.

Yagami approaches the newborn child and hugs her as she cries in joy.

"I am an uncle now. Fumiko would love to hear this news."

Akira and Aiko have smiles on their faces and Akira teases her.

"Oye! Yagami, we've named our son. You also decided on a name for your son."

"I've decided a long time ago. If my baby is a girl, I'll name her Kaori if she's a boy named Shisui, Shisui Uchiha."

“Shisui”

Izuna was stunned when she heard this name.

'Don't tell me, it's Shisui Uchiha. So, Kagami Uchiha is my grandfather.'

Izuna laughed loudly but only giggles came out of her mouth.

Suddenly,

Swoosh's... Swoosh's...

The sudden sound disturbed the silence of the forest, as kunai were thrown from a trap set near their hideout.

"Enemy attack!"

Yagami had a grim expression on his face.

The three immediately raised their alertness. Aiko wrapped Izuna in her clothes and tied her to her back.

Someone triggered a trap set up by them, which meant an ambush of the enemy. Yagami and Akira soon come out of their hiding place to sense their enemy.

Ten Jounin, twenty Jounin specials, and nearly thirty chunnin-level ninjas had surrounded them. There is no genin because there is no meaning in carrying them. No need for cannon fodder.

Their ambush is ready. This time they will definitely kill this Konoha ninja and deliver a crushing blow to Konoha.
