LOVE IN TASBIH DETAILS
CHAPTER 72. MAKE PEACE WITH THE PAST

"Just..." Aisyah spoke in between her stifled sobs

"Why didn't you ever look for me if you missed me? You know, even mom went crazy missing me."

Aisha's voice trembled on her father's shoulder, those words gushing out in her grief.

"Four years ago, my father once ventured back to our old house, but the house was already on sale said the owner they don't know where you are." Faraz spoke like a sorry whisper.

"And I was too afraid to confront you, I had no face and no courage to come to my brother Sharif after making your mother suffer so much..." Faraz's tears melted, passing through his cheekbones.

After Ani's death, Faraz took care of her stepson, Adka and her own toddler, alone.

Their lives were sometimes at the mercy of neighbors, even Faraz had to tap the rubber in the gardens of the inhabitants to earn a wage from the proceeds of the two with the owners of the garden. If the rainy season then Faraz will look for people who use his services to repair furniture or anything. In search of fish he was traumatized, having lost four toes in the mouth of a crocodile.

After almost two years in a difficult time, Faraz decided to return to Surabaya with his two children, at a reasonable cost to take a boat through the port city of Banjarmasin.

And God didn't even give him a chance to breathe, on the way home he lost his wallet with little money to survive.

A year in Semarang, became a scavenger. Fortunately Adka, his stepson loved his father very much, he helped sustain their lives. He knew without Faraz, he had no one, even though he had a real father but he did not want to leave Faraz, the stepfather his mother loved, who had been taking care of him all this time.

When enough money, Faraz brought them to Surabaya, he really wanted to see Atifa and Aisyah, if they had been happy enough he just came to see her.

However, when he came to their house, Atifa and Aisyah had moved from there, the house had been sold.

Life is so weird, it just goes around in circles. When Faraz's family was transported by PP police and their residence in the gusur, they lived on the banks of the Jagir river. Pitting fate and profit, busy in their lives, once two Faraz took the time to find Ayesha's new place to live, and he then knew Sharif had brought the family to move to a nearby village not far from their old home.

Unfortunately, when he saw Aisyah with a child, he gave up on her heart. He lost the courage to face the child he had abandoned. He thought Aisyah had lived a quiet family and household, he was afraid her presence caused a new chaos in his son's life. He decided to disappear, and never came back to search.

His miserable life is karma of his own deeds, what kind of man leaves his wife in a state of great pregnancy for the sake of another woman? Is not the cry of a persecuted wife a do'a that need not be told to God?

"Dad, do you know what happened to you?" Aisyah asked in a soft voice, while letting go of her embrace.

Faraz was speechless, he looked at Aisyah with a sad look. For a long time she looked at Aisyah's face, looking as beautiful as Atifa in her youth, even more beautiful perhaps because she left beautiful dimples there.

"Dad knows..." Faraz lowered his head, holding the edge of his blanket, his fingers trembling.

Aisyah was stunned, looking into her father's teary eyes.

"Dad knows, your mother has been happy with someone else. He had forgotten father in his hatred for father." Continue in a sad voice.

Aisyah pulled the corner of her lips with a sore heart.

"Father is right," Aisyah sighed, so heavy.

"Mom has forgotten everything. Therefore, hurry up and get well, I will take you to my mother to meet. At least, he saw what he had wanted to see for so many years." Said Aisyah with a raucous voice.

A child who had been sitting in the corner of the room just looked at them with his round eyes suddenly approached Faraz, grasping Faraz's hand tightly while glancing at Aisyah fearfully. He's shabby and skinny, unkempt hair and sun-stung red.

Aisyah looked at him straight, the child was almost smaller than Tito despite being a tenth year old.

Aisyah unblinkingly looked at the child, her memory floating on Faiq, her sister who died ten years ago. If his sister is alive and not thrown by his mother, then he will be this child's age.

A flash of anger passed through the corner of his head, making his head throb and ache. The lingering anger and jealousy-goals flirt the resentment out of the other corner.

Aisha closed her eyes, she knew it was God who wrote down destiny but sometimes as a human being, it was too difficult to accept it, when it hurt.

"He.he...he..." Faraz tried to gather all the words to introduce the frightened and confused looking child to Aisyah.

"He's my brother." The voice sounded resolute and sharp, as if Aisyah was trying to convince herself.

Faraz was stunned, seeing how Aisyah was so trying to be heartened in front of him.

"He is the father's son, which makes the father have to go away from me and Faiq. and from the mother." Said Aisyah softly while wiping her tears that suddenly came out just from the corner of her eyes.

Then he grabbed the boy's head and rubbed it.

"Are you hungry?" He asked in a faltering voice, his heart as if sliced as he said it.

"A..ah..ahku...no...lap...lapid.".hunter." He shook his head quickly, his sentence faltering while looking at his father who was no longer able to speak.

Aisyah wiped her tears violently, as if trying to fight the pain that squeezed her heart as she stared at Aqsa's face.

Immediately he stood up, he remembered Bram had left behind a large bag of food, bread, drinks and all sorts of things that Aisha might have needed.

He took the food, put it on the table.

"Come here, eat, you must be hungry..."

Aqsa shook her head again, turning to her father who was leaning on the head of the bed so unspeakably looking at how Aisyah behaved.

Aisyah opened the packaging of a sweet brown bread, then approached Aqsa.

"My sister, don't be afraid. Be eating. I'm your brother." Aisyah.

His smile was slowly even though it was as hard as his tears were falling, he had won his inner war over the hatred of his past.

"Change, thanks...Abah has taught me to always be at peace with reality, and I know that from a different realm, you see me as having succeeded. I've really made peace with my grudges and the past." Aisha's whispers in her heart.

*Only a big-hearted person can make peace with any harsh reality*
