Aisyah sat beside Retno, waiting for Bram who seemed to be speaking seriously on the side porch. His eyes repeatedly stole a glance at Bram.
"What are they talking about, anyway? Seriously terribly?" Retno looks kepo.
"Of course." Aisyah sat with her legs in meetings, trying to be calm in front of Mbak Retno even though her groin still felt a little sore and achy. The incredible pert@ma night experience left only a sense of pegel.
"Eh, why are you sitting?"
"Akh, it's okay." Aisyah blushed.
"You look like another person with a hemorrhoid relapse like that?"
Aisyah did not say, she was busy pouring tea from the teapot, pretending not to hear anything.
"What about your wedding reception?" Ask Mbak Retno, fortunately mbak Retno is a person who does not feel at ease to search with one topic, the conversation likes everywhere.
"It'll be done next week, mama's taking care of it."
"Your parents?"
"Yes." Yeah."
"Astagfirullah, what kind of daughter-in-law lets her mother-in-law take care of everything herself...?" Mbak Retno glared.
"Iso kualat, you know." Add it with lips.
"But his mother Mas Bram forced to take care of it all, after all I did not really understand the affairs of all EO. The building, the decor to all the catering, I'm afraid it doesn't suit people's tastes if I interfere." Aisha defended herself.
"What are your tastes?"
"I have rames rice, lalapan, use lodeh already."
"Eh, it's a wedding not a tent food stall menu."Retno's brother glared at Aisyah.
"Eat it, ma'am. I just resigned the same mother-in-law because if I personally have ijab qobul, it feels fine mbak. I'm the important one is legitimate." Sahut Aisyah with a grinning face while tossing the tea glass in front of Retno Ma'am.
"Yes, yes, too..." Mbak Retno.
"The rich love weird, yeah. People are legally married again. Try the money to buy a motorbike, a car..." Retno's mother chuckled to herself, confirming Aisyah's humble opinion.
"Yesterday I still help Adka clean the house, arrange for the transfer of Mr. Faraz, they are still awkward there but I think Mr. Faraz does need a new atmosphere. His health is not very good in my opinion."
Aisyah.
"A...my dad's okay?" Ask without hiding your anxiety.
"He's fine, but I think he needs to get his health checked out." The sentence was said by Retno in a doubtful tone.
"Sir, did my father say anything?"
"Ndn't exist, anyway. Just my feelings. The name is old, right? who knows?"
Ayesha is just mangosteen.
Before long Bram and Adka approached where they were both sitting, Aisyah hurriedly poured tea for her husband.
"Thank you, baby..." Bram welcomed the tea glass with a smile.
"Cie-cie.dah darling-have a call..." Tempta Mbak Retno while poking Aisyah's shoulder.
"Akh, ma'am..." Aisyah blushed shyly. Stole a look at Bram who's a cuey duck sipping his tea.
"What's really going on?" Aisyah asked then shifted the conversation while glancing at the silent, half-down Adka.
"She just asked about a letter."
"Letter?"
"His place of work gave him a letter, I think the store is reducing its employees. Because I put him to work there, Adka asked what the letter meant."
"Adka in the PHK?"
"Not necessarily, just some kind of warning letter."
"Kok, can?"
"I'll try to call Mr. Didi, his manager. I guess even if Adka's gonna be resigned, because that shop's gonna be shut down in three months, I can get her another job." Bram smiled, he knew Adka was too hard to let go of her job. This kid, despite dropping out of high school and not finishing high school, he's willing to take the package C exam.
Although he was only a stepson of Faraz but Aisyah never saw a stepson someone dear took care of a father who had no blood relation with him.
Aisyah just nodded her head, now that she understood why Adka did not want to talk about this to her, Aisyah definitely did not understand anything.
"But, for a while I don't think we should worry about this, we should focus on the wedding reception that's in place for a few more days. I hope Adka can get involved with Retno."
"Oh, of course, I'm definitely ready to take care of it." Retno's smile broad while winking at Aisyah. Once again Adka stole a glance at Retno's mother, a shy glance and a little amazed. Unfortunately, their age difference is much different. Adka has not even turned 19 years while mbak Retno has entered the beginning of three heads.
Retno's good-natured widow mom, duckling, seemed not to know there was a young man whose responsibility was secretly in love with her.
...***...
"Dik Aisha, look at you like a princess."
Diah stared in amazement at Aisyah's reflection in the mirror, which in the face looked blushed.
Today, Diah invites Aisyah to try out a wedding dress order at Sarah's boutique, Diah keeping her promise of presenting a wedding dress for Aisyah and Bram's wedding reception.
The clothes ordered a week earlier were not made specifically, it was a wedding dress so but Diah asked for additional ornaments from lace and pearls on her chest.
The dress was pure white, graceful and elegant with the back part resembling a robe. And at the same time displays simplicity.
"It's so pretty." Diah could not hide her admiration for the young girl who is now the wife of her ex-husband.
"Thank you mbak.but..." Aisha lowered her red face.
"But what?"
"I'm afraid it's too expensive..." Aisha swallowed her saliva.
"Akh, you don't have to think about the price. Anyway, I want you to look beautiful in your recipe later." Diah patted Aisyah's cheek gently.
"Mbak Diah, I don't want to trouble you. Simple kebaya is enough for me." Aisyah.
"Aisha, give me a chance to keep my promise to give you this wedding dress gift."
Aisyah was silent, her face raised looking into the large mirror in front of her but her real gaze was on Diah.
"Why is Diah so good to me?" Ask Aisha, slowly. That question can no longer be kept.
Diah stared fixedly at Aisyah, that gaze was like the gaze of a sister on her sister.
"Aisha, I have no reason to hate you. Then why can't I be nice to you? Bram and I may have been together in the past, but we've decided to let go of each other. If you are the mouth of happiness now and you Bram can be even better, both morally and in life. Shouldn't I be happy with that? I thank you, Aisyah for loving Mas Bram with your innocence and simplicity..."
