Mathelina

Mathelina
Chapter 16's

That guy's temper

Matthew tells Elina to go home in a taxi. He gave her some money to pay for her taxi, and then rushed to find another taxi for her.

Matthew's client was very chatty. Repeatedly saying "I just want to meet your boss!" using the Japanese language. Rudi panicked, unable to deal with this problem. And they almost lost the contract, if Matthew doesn't show up from the entrance of this restaurant.

Matthew, who jumped out of the taxi and ran into the restaurant, changed his attitude to calm. He smiled specially, then approached his client who would move from his chair. He bowed slightly, greeted and shook his client's hand.

"Sorry, it's been a long wait for you, Mr. Hanazono."

-;-;-;-

"What's that?"

Monika, who had just come down from the top floor, wanted to know the contents of the white plastic bag that Matthew was carrying. The man just got home from work. He panicked, then immediately hid the bag.

"It's nothing... Anyway, how do you know?"

From her romance, Monika begins to suspect. His sharp eyes scrutinized Matthew's paled and nervous expression. Something must be hidden. He murmured in his heart.

Matthew stared warily. Rather than Monika continue to suspect him, then he should give her a logical reason. "It's milk for guys. You know, milk to enlarge muscles?"

"What's in that ad?" monika Sahut.

To be honest, Matthew did not know, but he was forced to nod and smile.

"But your muscles are big enough. What else is it for?"

Start again! Monika's investigation could even expose her secret. Well, how is it...?

Simultaneously, he glanced at Elina who was walking out of the kitchen while carrying a bottle of milk for Justin. They throw glances at each other, but only for a moment because they do not want Monika to catch them.

Monika will look toward Matthew. However, Matthew hurriedly prevented it, diverting it to another topic. "Sister, where's Justin? Is he asleep?" ask Matthew. "I miss him so much."

"Ah .. no. He's upstairs again. Elina wanted to give him milk and put him to bed" Monika replied.

Matthew went upstairs with Monika. What her brother asked her about work. Matthew thinks his brother had someone watching him because he knew he was lying around before he met Mr. Hanazono.

"Say you follow someone. Tell me, who is he? Why are you following him? If you're late, we won't get the contract!" nagel Monika.

Not wrong again, Matthew growled at Rudi. Who else would complain to Monica? Fuck up!

"Answer, Matthew!" insist on Monika, and Matthew gasps.

"Ah, that—"

Matthew glanced at the woman who made him leave the client and almost lost the big contract, which was currently just out of the room. Elina approaches Monika, informing her that Justin has slept without drinking her milk.

"alright. You can rest" said Monika, who was given a nod by Elina in response.

Elina glanced at Matthew, and vice versa. They don't know how to behave after knowing the truth. Matthew was so happy, wanting to do something for Elina and the baby. So, he looked for articles about pregnant women after cleaning the body.

-;-;-;-

Elina slipped back into the backyard after being allowed to rest. Today's events are told to Raima, without pointing the finger at her. Raima is on vacation today, so how long she wants to tell her stories will certainly be heard.

He finds out that Raima told Matthew about the pregnancy and the abortion plan. The proof, Raima did not respond by exclaiming in shock. Silence on the other end of the phone, listening.

Just this time he said, "So, what next? Does he want to be responsible?"

"Yes," said Elina, "he's willing."

"So, you're going to marry her dong?" Started again, calling out loudly to his ears. It seems his life has been collected.

"No really. I told you, I don't want to get married."

Also true. Ah, if Elina had not been traumatized by her parents' failed marriage, she would not have rejected Matthew's proposal. But Raima, not all Married By Incidents will happen in the real world. One of them was Elina.

Next to the side door, Elina heard a voice. Elina quickly turned off the phone after saying the last sentence. His attitude was changed as usual, putting the phone beside his left while continuing to be vigilant.

This man seemed to be happy to surprise her. Matthew appeared with a glass of chocolate milk in his right hand.

That guy guessed, definitely Elina was here. Since then he had been looking for her, asking Aunt Jumi, until he remembered to step into this back garden.

Want this guy any more? Matthew approached while looking at him, and now stood in front of him. Elina's heart was racing. It seemed, the man was willing to scold and lecture her. Or maybe talk about this baby?

"This, spend!" said Matthew.

"Thank you" he said without looking at Matthew's face.

After that, Matthew sat down beside her right. Wawat, his heartbeat is getting unsettled. Why like this? Really risi. Really awkward. And his eyes can't be separated from Elina. Please, don't stare like that. It felt like he wanted to be swallowed alive by it.

"Relax, I don't mix the poison in it," said Matthew, smiling wryly. "That's milk specifically for pregnant women. I bought it before I got home. So, drink. It's gonna be cold."

This milk was bought for him? Elina touched. But why would he do this? Does he care about this baby?

Matthew was happy to see Elina drinking the milk even though he left half a glass. At least, there are nutrients that enter Elina's body to be absorbed by her baby.

"I don't know what you like to taste. So, I chose the chocolate flavor," Matthew said again.

Elina really likes chocolate. "No, I like it. Thank you." Thank you."

Elina, the word was spoken the second time. Matthew was tired of hearing that. To be honest, there was no need for Elina to say "thank you", anyway she would do it with pleasure. For her and their baby.

Silence is created, but in each of their brains are covered in a variety of words that are reluctant to be spoken. Their feelings were different, too, and they covered up the awkwardness in their own way; elina slightly drank her milk, while Matthew stared at the moon hiding behind the clouds, as if embarrassed to show up.

Matthew was getting restless. Fingers tapped on the wooden bench, until unknowingly his little finger touched Elina's little finger. He was stunned and turned his head, waiting for the reaction of Elina who stopped drinking her milk and looked at him.

Spontaneously they hurriedly pulled out his hand and placed it over the thigh. This atmosphere became increasingly awkward, Elina hurriedly finished her milk and got up.

"Sorry, Sir. Excuse me for the room" he said.

Matthew stood up. "Oh, okay. The glass let me put it in the kitchen."

Elina glanced at the glass she had in her hand. "No need, let me just, all of you will be washed." He began to be confused as to what to behave. "I'm sorry, then."

Matthew nodded, then gave way and then he followed. This was beyond estimation, he was not as brave as it showed the attention he wanted to do. Maybe he should get to know the woman more.

-;-;-;-

Awkward. That's how Elina felt, after last night Matthew gave her a glass of milk. This morning, the man did the same.

Before the rest of the family woke up, Matthew had gone to the kitchen dressed in a neat and complete dress. At that time, Elina was also in the kitchen, wanting to make breakfast for Justin.

"Morning," said Matthew, grabbing a jar of chocolate milk powder.

Elina did not dare to turn her head, so just glanced over as she said, "Morning, Master." At that instant, Elina became astonished. Not a greeting, but the man's whereabouts here, this early.

Although only a glance, Elina saw Matthew pour a few spoons of milk powder into a glass. The sound of a glass that collides with a spoon is heard, meaning he is stirring the milk.

After that, Matthew shifted the glass slowly towards Elina, who was blending avocado juice for Justin.

"Drink." That's all Matthew said, without a smile and pleasantries. Then he came out of the kitchen.

Elina glanced at the milk while thinking. Is Matthew showing any interest? He was conscious, right? Not delirious, is it? But Elina finally touched the glass and drank the milk.

One by one all the family members went down to the dining room for breakfast. Elina rushed to Justin's room to bathe him.

"Justin, your mama's son is already fragrant, huh?" monika said, snatching Justin's embrace from Elina's sling.

A smart child, his behavior makes people smile and get anxious. Justin grabbed his food bowl and put it in his mouth without Elina's help. The goddess praised him, while Monika kissed the adorable chubby cheeks.

Elina was smiling. His eyes accidentally glanced at Matthew. A speck of happiness touched his heart, so that smile was stretched out from those lips. Elina's heart warmed, gently stroking her stomach. The man with the temper became increasingly clear that he cared about this child. He loves Justin, and he loves his own flesh and blood. It could seem like his attention was on Justin. He could be a good father.

Matthew knew for a long time that a pair of beautiful eyes were watching him. He turned his head, and his smile disappeared—Elina was disappointed at that moment. Elina gasped, and immediately turned her gaze towards Justin.

Matthew got up from the chair, and approached Elina. He sighed Elina's body to the chair she had just occupied. No need to tell, Matthew sat him in that chair.

"Don't stand up too long, you'll be exhausted."

Not only Elina, Monika and Goddess were equally astonished. They wonder, and wonder. An unusual attitude, according to the Goddess, but to Monika it was an unusual form of attention. The stronger the assumption is that between Matthew and his babysitter there is something. Elina's eyes and Matthew's gestures had distorted her.

This must have been inviting suspicion and questions. So, Matthew took his briefcase, relaxed and said, "Alright, I'll go to work first."

"Wait, Matthew!" monika's call made Matthew turn back. Matthew sniffed in annoyance.

"Yes, Monik's sister?"

"After the hearing is over next week, I want us to take a vacation to our villa at the top." Then, Monika turned her eyes to Elina. "You're coming too, yeah, Elina."

Elina stunned. "I?"[]
