[Season 2] CHAPTER TWENTY-THREE

Anna's quiet life lasts for a week after Logan and Nina's engagement party. Logan no longer harasses him on fraud charges.

Anna's smile seemed, eager to work into the office this Monday. He went down the stairs with a small jump. But suddenly, there was an unpleasant smell piercing his nose, until he felt nauseous.

Anna closed her mouth, looking for the origin of the smell, which turned out to be from the kitchen.

"Tasya, what are you cooking again?" ask Anna.

"You make kale vegetables" he answered while sauteing garlic.

The smell of the onion spread through his closed nose. "Geek!"

Tasya looked surprised. "Why do you, Brother."

Anna could not answer due to unbearable nausea, and she rushed into the bathroom, spewing out her empty stomach.

He took a long breath. "I think I catch a cold" he murmured.

Anna came out of the bathroom. Tasya turned, and asked him:

"It's just a cold" replied Anna, covering her nose for not wanting to smell the onions again. "Eh, you don't work?"

"Work, but a bit of a bitch," Tasya said. "Breakfast first, brother."

Anna looked up at the girl's departure while thinking of something. Then, in a hurry he checked his phone, went into the application "Menstrual Recorder".

His eyes were round, astonished. "It's been a week?"

A man with a misty hair came forward to hold Anna's body. They took his body into the meeting room and laid it on a seat.

"Sifa, get some wind oil!" the man's orders. "We, please bring some water!"

Before long, Anna took action, frowned and began to open her eyes slowly.

"Alhamdulillah, already aware," said Sifa, relieved, followed by other employees.

"Sir Anna" said the man, after Anna had fixed her seat. "Let me lead this meeting. Better, Anna, take a break."

Anna felt bad. But what can be done, he must comply this time, given his condition that does not allow it to work.

He nodded his head. "Thank you, Mr. Rudi," said Anna.

Usually, the piano chant echoed in the reading room, but all that sounded was a soft sobbing from Nina's lips.

Tita who was worried, visited him. He entered the room, meeting him who was sitting in front of the piano. However, he did not immediately say hello, and stopped stepping because he heard the sound of vibrating the phone without ringing belonged to Anna.

He walked there, checking his phone. He sighed at the 20 missed calls and 10 incoming messages on the phone screen. And all of that comes from one number: Logan.

"When are you like this? You've been avoiding Logan for a week" Tita said.

Actually, Nina heard it, but she still remained unmoved.

Tita's tired like this. While carrying the phone, approached Nina, then thrust the object. "Call him. Ask the truth."

Nina simply glanced while thinking, but then turned her face away. "Everything is clear. You see for yourself, right, the guy in the video is Logan?"

When he mentioned the name of the man, Nina's chest hurt, until his words stuck in her throat.

"So you want to hang him like a gini?" sahut Tita riled, then he snorted loudly. "Look, you make a decision, keep telling him without having to hear his explanation. Don't waste your time and your tears just for this!"

Tita placed both her hands on Nina's shoulders, twisted her body before her, and looked at her seriously.

"Nin, do you remember, your purpose here?"

Nina nodded. His goal was to start a career as a pianist, starting with a piano race held two weeks away.

Anna tried the device before the dawn of dawn reverberated, using the first urine that came out in the morning.

In the first test, two red lines were clearly shown on the device. Anna bit her lower lip, starting to get anxious.
