Anything on? From his eyes, this was no ordinary talk. Elina had not had the chance to decipher it completely, but Matthew had turned his gaze towards Raima.
"Your computer I put it somewhere else, to fool the guy. One of the parking lotmen is filling your gas."
When his gaze was shifted, at that time also a parking attendant came with Raima's motorcycle. The woman was very grateful, and gave Matthew money to replace buying gasoline.
Matthew stretched out his hand, sighed softly at the money towards Raima again. "You keep it. Think of it as a favor for helping Elina."
"Thank you, Mister." Raima put the money back in her wallet, then looked at Elina. "Elin, I'll go home first, okay?"
Elina smiled. "Be careful, yeah."
Raima got on the bike and put on the helmet. "Yes. You too, take care of yourself."
Then, the motor is turned on, Raima leaves them both. Matthew asked if she had eaten, and Elina shook her head while answering that she had not eaten.
"Yes, we're looking for a restaurant" Matthew suggested. "I haven't eaten either."
Although the hunger was not felt, but Elina agreed to the proposal so that the man would eat. After all, he was curious about what Matthew wanted to talk about. But ... What should be in this crowded restaurant?
Elina looked left and right at the restaurant. What day, this? Why is every table filled with couples and families eating together? He hesitated, talking about something important here.
Two servings of wagyu steak, two glasses of juice, spaghetti, buttery grilled chicken and some chocolate-based deserts are on the table. Elina looked at Matthew, this guy was punishing her? How could he eat so much food? She said that the baby's weight is not less. But if the baby is born too fat, Elina can faint during childbirth.
"I ate the steak alone and the chocolate pudding" said Elina pulling the steak plate.
Matthew took a piece of chicken which was then given to Elina. "It's eaten too."
Elina took a breath. Dehush. But he did not accept the plate and left it beside the steak plate. While cutting the meat, he said, "So, what do you want to say?"
"Later at home," replied Matthew indifferently.
Elina fingers ***knife handle. It sucks! Then, Elina quickly finished her meal, even leaving half a serving of grilled chicken.
"Happy. I want to go home" muttered Elina.
Dessert was untouched, and there was still leftovers, so Matthew asked Elina to finish it off. But Elina shook her head, and argued that the food should be wrapped.
"You're like a troubled person, aren't you? Your girlfriend has a lot of money" Matthew commented.
Elina looked disapprovingly. Dan, what did he say? A lover? Since when is Mr Matthew Jonathan?
"Mubazir" said Elina. "I was taught not to throw food away. I can warm it up and eat it if I'm hungry by midnight."
Matthew fell silent, inwardly praising Elina's nature. After that, he called a waiter, asked him to wrap all the remaining food, then paid for the food.
Finally home too. Pretty tired of this body, until the eyes betrayed him to sleep in Matthew's car, again.
Matthew himself could not bear to wake Elina either, so he carried her all the way to the room, laying her body on the bed. He sat on the edge of the bed, grabbing Elina's hand. Stared at the woman's face, God made her perfect; beautiful eyes with pliable eyelashes, a tiny pointed nose, and then her lips ... Matthew adored him. This hand, although not smooth, but he really likes to hold it. Memories on the night of their first meeting, imprinted in his memory and will never be forgotten.
This moment too. To see him in his sleep, so happy. She smiled as her eyes were glued to every inch of her beautiful face.
Kissed Elina's soft hands. Why is it so hard to touch her heart that it is fenced in by the iron and thorny walls? What made him reluctant to accept his sincerity? Oh Elina, if she had known that not only their bodies were fused, but her heart as well. Elina had captivated him, so fell in love that once hurt him to the bottom of a pit of betrayal.
Unfortunately, time is not happy to see him happy even for a moment. The closed eyes are now slowly opening. Matthew's hand was immediately released, then acted as if nothing had happened.
Elina flinched and confused. He looked at the whole corner of this room, and realized. Have you arrived home? This man ... Why not wake him, instead carry him up to the room?
"You're so slumbering, so I didn't wake you up." Thinking Elina, Matthew knew the contents in his mind so he answered so. In fact, Matthew only opened the topic of conversation so as not to create awkwardness between them.
Elina made no comment, shut her mouth shut until she was reminded of something. "So what did you want to talk about?"
Matthew frowned; at first he was confused, then tried to remember. "Oh, that. I said, but don't interrupt."
Elina nodded quickly, impatient. Fixed his sitting position, slightly facing Matthew.
The british? A very distant place, where he will not be able to look at his face directly even though there are applications that can still see it through the phone screen. Suddenly Elina was as sluggish as Matthew. He lowered.
"You didn't ask why?" Matthews.
"For what? That's your business" replied Elina flatly.
Matthew turned his face away while sighing. Again his attitude was cold. God created it out of sync; elina had an angelic face, but her heart was ice.
As this was related to the mysterious man, he explained, "My father said, the company there needs me. But I cannot relinquish my responsibility to the company in Jakarta and ..." Then, he looked gently at Elina. "You."
As Elina's beautiful eyes rounded, Matthew could not help but look so adorable. But just for a moment, after that, her eyes withered, Elina looked down again. Nothing came out of his mouth for a few minutes. It had been washed away by the warmth of Matthew's sincerity, but a fact that he could not curb Matthew in any case, made his heart melt.
"If you leave, who will replace you in the company?"
"Sir Monika," replied Matthew in wonder. "Why?"
Elina shook her head bitterly. "You still won't let go of your responsibilities to me. Go back to England, but you keep sending me fees during my pregnancy and after 40 days of childbirth."
Matthew was stunned for a moment, then realized something. He smiled cynically. What is this woman thinking? He's trying to throw her away from him? You stupid woman! Matthew would go crazy if he was away from him. Don't say that with your lips, Elina! That hurts!
Matthew clasped both of Elina's shoulders, raised his face and kissed the lips that had thrust thorns into his heart with words. It was a punishment for Elina, and the woman realized it so she didn't fight back.
"Who are you? How dare it set me," he said coldly after letting go of a kiss.
"I just don't want to hold me back," Elina replied muttering.
"It's you who's holding me back, instead" Matthew relinquished his grip on both of Elina's arms. "You think being responsible for this baby means my life isn't free?" He shook. "Responsibility is not a burden, but a necessity. I don't feel compelled, nor constrained. Everything I do is of my will. So, I'm not going anywhere. In here! Work and take care of you."
Firm and clear. Elina thinks she doesn't have to interrupt him anymore.
Matthew sighed. Seeing Elina bow down withered, making her pity. He immediately calmed down, softened himself, and said something else next.
"You know, the guy that was after you and Raima?" Elina raised her head, stunned. "He's my papa's man."
Elina surprised. With great regret, Matthew said the ugliness of his father who wanted to harm him.
"When I hid Raima's bike, I overheard a man mention my papa's last name" Matthew continued.
"You sure that's your papa's last name?" ask Elina.
"Of course" said Matthew confidently. "I was thinking, papa's unreasonable reason for telling me to go home because-"
Elina gave a pale snort while muttering. "He knows about our relationship?"
Matthew was silent for a moment, glancing at Elina. "not completely. I heard that man was just following you to find information about you. But maybe because he was too obsessed, he came after you like that."
Why is his life so difficult? What do they want? Is that all around Matthew? He lowered his head while thinking,***the blanket with trembling hands.
Matthew could see Elina's anxiety from her attitude. "Now, all we do is act alert. You don't go anywhere alone. You should also warn Raima, because maybe that guy can go after her to find information."
Raima's involved? Oh my God, the problem is so wide? He hopes his best friend is okay. They don't know what kind of person he is facing.
-;-;-;-
Raima has got an order from a man at a pretty fancy hotel. His feet were in high-heeled red shoes, stepping confidently, out of the elevator. Walk in the hallway whose floor is on the pedestal by the red carpet.
He stopped at a room. 1280, the name of the room indicated by Mami Sarah. He pushed the door knob slowly. His charms began to spread, from a gentle and spoiled call, then flirtatious movements to the room where there was a bed.
Empty? He's dumbfounded. Where is the person he will serve? Is this a joke? He doesn't like this. It's better that he goes back to the nightclub, looking for the moneyed man he wants to serve.
Intentions of the heart wanted to turn around, a knife was affixed to his neck by someone from behind. He glanced in panic, still flinching so as not to threaten his life.
"Who lo? What do you want from me?[]
