Mathelina
Chapter 20's

Finding Justin's

All it takes right now is you, Elina. It was fine without hugging her body, leaning on her shoulder was more than enough.

Honestly, he regrets—please forgive—his words have hurt his Elina. But he wanted Elina by his side, giving him the calmness and strength to stay strong.

Elina was silent. It felt like his feelings for Matthew were connected. Not trying to understand, but really understanding what he felt. Only, he was reluctant to open his mouth, for fear of mispronouncing again. Whether this is wrong or right, consciously or not, it removes the principle. He clasped Matthew's hand, until the man felt comfortable and let go of all his burdens.

Now, he's a little calmer. Without budging, Matthew said, "Tomorrow, I'm going to Jakarta. I'll find Justin there."

"I'll come along" said Elina.

"Don't you're pregnant. You can get tired later."

Elina knows that, don't be reminded anymore. "Let me come along. I promise I won't trouble you."

Matthew straight up. So stubborn this woman! "That's not the problem."

"I understand. But I'm fine" said Elina insisted. "Please, Matthew, I'm looking for Justin, too."

Matthew was happy that if Elina accompanied him, he was only worried about his condition. However, he could at least refuse if he insisted. He had to give up.

"Hmm .. okay."

Fortunately, if Matthew had missed it just a little, he would never have seen that sweet smile of Elina. He also collapsed and pulled him down to eat, although he was not tasteful. Just look, the look on his worried face was seen when he refused to eat, and he did not want that to happen. He also told Elina to eat, for the sake of her baby in the womb.

At the dining table, mother and Monika had sat down. In front of them there was already food, but no one started to eat it. Matthew joined them, and spooned the rice onto his plate.

Elina brought rice to Dewi and Monika. Matthew also put a piece of chicken on each plate of Goddess and Monika.

"Ma, Brother. Tomorrow Elina and I will look for Justin to Jakarta" said Matthew, who made Dewi and Monika turn his head. "It's possible that the kidnapper took Justin there."

Now, Monika's gaze was on Elina, who nodded with a smile.

"Sister, focus the search here. I'm going to deploy some of our workers to help Brother" Matthew continued. "So, Brother and Mama must charge you for the search tomorrow."

Matthew says it while pouring chicken soup onto Monika and Dewi's plate. Both of them smiled blandly. Matthew's persuasion was a little successful, they wanted to eat even a little. Elina also smiled, not only at Monika and the Goddess, but at the man. Matthew was trying to be the second reinforcement of the woman he loved so much.

-;-;-;-

Early in the morning Matthew and Elina left for Jakarta. They looked around the corner, showing a photo of Justin, but only the headbands and "don't know" speech they got. Finally, the first day of the search results are nil.

The second search is the same. Matthew has reported the case to the police. Justin's pictures have been spread all over the city, but Elina and Matthew keep looking. He asked the news from Monika, the results were also the same. Matthew almost slammed his phone, desperate.

"That's it. We'll look for it again tomorrow" he murmured, saw the sun had set, and felt sorry for the exhausted Elina.

Time passed, the search had already entered its fifth day. Matthew left early because he didn't want Elina to come with him. He panicked to see Elina's face paled during the search for the fourth day. And he did not want anything to happen to Elina and their future baby.

It was thought that Elina did not know. He also woke up very early because of the intense nausea earlier in the morning. Unable to sleep, he took a shower and had breakfast. He also saw Matthew was neat, going down the stairs while tiptoeing. But Elina did not directly sniff him, she hid, and followed. When she saw Matthew get into the car, Elina ran and got into the car.

Matthew was surprised, not expecting this woman to know as well as the investigation. He let the girl sit next to him, and put on her seatbelt.

"Come, walk," said Elina indifferently.

Matthew grunting. "No. You can't come."

"Why?" elina asked without looking.

"Elina, I don't want anything to happen to you" replied Matthew anxiously.

Actually Elina was willing to argue, but there was no point in arguing. He paused for a moment, then said, "Okay, gini. I'll stay in the car, while you're looking for Justin. Anyway, I was thinking of looking for Justin at the kid— game place who knows he's there. And my pregnant milk's gone, so we'll buy."

Matthew frowning. "Children's playground" was the only word he caught. But is it really there? He hesitated, but there was no harm in trying.

-;-;-;-

"Justin, where are you?"

Time is half over, and Matthew hasn't found Justin. Many children play at the playground that Elina usually visits along with Justin and Monika.

"How's it?" elina asked, when Matthew got in the car.

Matthew shook his head in despair. Elina sighed, then glanced at the man. Jesus, Matthew's face is pale. From morning has not eaten, and now the clock shows at 3 pm. He did not want to persuade Matthew because it would be useless. So, he looked for another reason for the man to eat first before returning to search.

"Matthew, sorry to bother you. But I'm hungry" said Elina.

"Oh, sorry I forgot. All right, you just eat."

Matthew would get out of the car, but Elina held her hand. "But you eat too. Hmm?"

Although his hunger was non-existent, inevitably Matthew nodded. They re-entered the mall, and went to a nearby fast food restaurant. They ordered 2 servings of chicken and rice, as well as drinks.

Elina watched Matthew not touch her food. He was out of his mind to persuade the man. Actually, he was also as worried as Matthew, but the man could get sick if he forced himself. So, he had to eat so as not to increase his load.

Elina put down her spoon and fork, then pushed away the plate that contained a lot of food that still remained. Matthews stunned.

"Why not spend?" tanyakanya.

"It's full" replied Elina.

"What is full? You just eat a little."

Then Elina answered. "Looking at you like that is enough to fill me up."

Matthew sighed. Oh, well. For the sake of the baby in the womb of Elina, he will devour the food, even to the point of exhaustion. You're satisfied, Elina.

Hugely. Elina smiled and went back to eating her food. After that, they first stop by the supermarket to buy some pregnant milk for Elina. Yeah, that's all.

Matthew carried the basket to the cashier, but he heard the familiar sound of a child crying in his ear. Elina looked in all directions, then called out to Matthew without looking back at him. Only, Matthew had gone out of nowhere.

No, he was the one looking for himself. He walked towards the direction the sound was coming from, looking into every hallway of the shelf, until the sound became clearer.

On a canned food shelf, Elina finds a nanny in a pink uniform, holding a boy, whose features resemble Justin's. The boy screamed in his arms, thrashing, and uttered some imperfect-sounding words: "Mama", "Mother Elina".

Elina approached, and just then the child's face was seen. He gasped. Right, it's Justin!

Then, Elina approached them, snatching Justin from the babysitter's arms. Justin was silent, hugging Elina. The nanny tried to take Justin back from Elina's hands, but she wouldn't give him up and try to keep Justin away.

It caused a commotion, until people arrived, including Matthew. Some people try to separate Elina and the nanny. Then Matthew approached Elina.

"Who are you? Why take my employer's son?" peek at the nanny.

Elina turned to Matthew who had just arrived. "Matthew, it's Justin."

Matthew looked at the boy's face, then took it from Elina's sling. After that, he turned his gaze towards the nanny. "Who is your employer? This is my sister's son, Monika."

Hearing Monika's name, the nanny fell silent. He had known about Monika from the maid at her employer's house, because her employer did not want to tell.

"My employer's name is Mr. Dimas, sir," said the nanny softened.

Matthew and Elina exchanged glances, frowning.

"Dyed Dishes?" muttered Matthew.[]
