Mathelina

Mathelina
Chapter 34's

At that time, a little fetus that was in his body was a problem, a bitter misery in his life that he had to eliminate as soon as possible. However, time opened his heart wide to receive it. Something small, but a great gift from God.

He is no longer tormented by his existence. He asked the baby to talk, to tell him about his complaints and his feelings. Carrying it with love, happy every baby was kicking his stomach.

Perhaps this was a reward for him for having thought of negating it - God had snatched it away today.

As soon as he opened his eyes, he realized that the baby was no longer there. His stomach was flattened, as before he was pregnant.

Elina screamed in panic, "My baby. Where's my baby?" Then, weep accompanied.

Monika and the Goddess immediately approached him, who at that time heard his screams from outside. Monika rushed to hug him, trying to calm him down.

"Patience, Elina," he said.

"Where's my baby, brother?" isak Elina's.

No one said it. Elina knew she had lost the baby. The doctor had to cure her fetus.

Elina was devastated. He never ceases to contemplate while looking at the photo USG of his fetus last month, with eyes filled with tears. He also does not want to eat, just lie down, or sometimes look out the window.

That night, he walked out of the room. The infusion has been removed, so he can be free to do anything. Her unsteady steps, stepped into a room unattended from William, who daily came. Even so, he did not go inside, standing outside the door, looking in one direction from a small glass.

His tears broke again, seeing the figure of the man he loved so much still unconscious, since he was declared in a coma a week ago. His hand touched the window, as if caressing Matthew painfully.

"I'm sorry. I can't take care of our baby" he said, choked by sobbing. "We can't give her a name, can't see her, can't hold her tiny hand. Can't do...." Elina looked down, the more tears came out.

"But at least, I hope, I didn't lose you either."

Because of how difficult the obstacles were, how hard William separated them, Elina would still maintain her love.

Suddenly someone touched his shoulder. Elina flinched, is that William?

Slowly, he looked. Apparently, the figure of a handsome man, who is Matthew's friend who looks most friendly compared to his two friends. The man showed compassion, as if sympathizing with him.

"Why are you here? How will William be?" he said he was worried, using English.

Right what he said. So, Elina went to follow Kevin, who took her to the cafeteria on this floor.

Kevin offers food and drinks, but Elina refuses. Even without his consent, Kevin still ordered a glass of warm tea. After that, there was nothing; elina was too busy with her thoughts, whereas Kevin did not know what to talk about.

"How are you doing?" Standard, but sincere question from Kevin.

Elina also does not know what the situation is arguably good, or vice versa. But he answered, "Come away. My life is drifting right now."

That answer was enough to keep Kevin's mouth locked. There is nothing more to discuss because they have only met again this time.

"May I ask?" Elina looks up.

At last. Kevin was happy because a topic of conversation was created in this awkward atmosphere. "Please," he said, nodding.

"How did Matthew's accident chronology go?"

Kevin stunned. Baffled. It is not that he did not know - all the witnesses he asked had told him of the accident - but if he told the truth, then the secret he held must be revealed from his mouth.

"Em .. here. Matthew just finished seeing me at the office. Then he came home with ..." Kevin was worried for a moment. "Car."

Elina surprised. Her car? Does that mean Matthew has a car? Doesn't he have nothing? It's just that, the question kept him, letting Kevin continue his story.

"According to witnesses, a car from the opposite direction drove recklessly on a road without barriers. Then the car hit Matthew's car from the side of the wheel."

Elina shuddered. The car hit Matthew's body? Holy hooch!

Kevin became unwell after seeing Elina's reaction. The girl's body trembled, though there was no visible cry of shock, as she had seen from the Goddess. Elina's tears did come out, but as much as possible she did not show excessively. He looked strong, even though his heart was being shaken.

Kevin sighed, then sipped his drink. Suddenly something reminded him of something.

"Elina, you better avoid William. He's so reckless. Mat said that his father once sent a spy to follow you. So, now go back to Jakarta."

Elina looked sad. How could he leave Matthew in this state? I didn't hear Kevin's words. However, at the last word, Elina turned her head while stunned.

"And start a new life." That was Kevin's last words.

-;-;-;-

A day passed, Elina could be declared able to go home. He was already preparing to wear ordinary clothes, packing his things into a suitcase.

Living a new life, the word ringed in his ears. Can it? And Matthew?

The sound of the door opening made him look. He did not feel surprised, but also surprised, seeing the presence of William to his room. Her tears looked happy, as if this was such a happy day.

"That time you were great at acting not taking my money," he said. "But this time, you don't have to pretend. Just take the money I'm offering, and get out of Matthew's life forever."

Elina glanced flatly at the check thrust by William. Then, he ignored it, and went back to doing his job."

"What'sthis? Oh, less, yeah...?"

"Save it," cut Elina coldly, put her suitcase on the floor. William glimpsed at a glance, then would walk out of the room.

Unsattainable? How dare! William grunting. "Elina wait! What does this mean?"

Elina turned around, then removed her handle from the suitcase. He almost forgot, there was one more thing he had to give apart from "stiffness".

"It's the 800 million checks you gave me back then" he said, pulling out a sheet of cheques that were almost scuffed from his wallet. "One thing you need to know, my body did leave him, but my love will still be with him. So, no matter how hard you try to separate him from me, someday, I'll go back to him."

"really?" William smiled scornfully. "I'll make sure you never think that way."

The man slowly got off the bed and walked over to Elina. With complete confidence, he said that he could do anything, even hurt his mother and sister.

Elina swerves. Apparently William had found out about himself, about his father even though he already knew. He would send his father to hurt his mother and sister, if Elina would not obey him.

Matthew, Mom and Frasya are the most important people in her life. The man could hurt them, without having to dirty his hands. So, who should he choose, while he cannot lose them.

William put a check with the sum of one billion into his hand. The man knew that there was no other choice, even though Elina did not give her consent. Elina was glued there, listening to the footsteps of the man, who was dancing on his wide gaping wound. Pain, pain, until these tears are unstoppable again.

He stared at the check, after wiping away his tears. Should he choose this?

-;-;-;-

The doctor was almost desperate. The coma that Matthew had experienced for too long. They say there is no hope, and intend to remove all the tools attached to Matthew's body.

A mother's heart is always strong. He was sure Matthew would wake up. He begged for more time, and he would give up if Matthew's hopes of waking up from the coma were no longer there. And the doctor also responded.

But miracles do exist. After two months in the hospital, Matthew's fingers moved. The Goddess flinched, while crying beside her, muttering her desperate prayers to God.

"Doctor, his finger is moving!" girang.

Then, a soft voice mentioning someone's name sounded: "Elina, Elina", until many times before both eyes opened.

The goddess sneered, glancing at Monika. This heart, seeing his son mention the name of the woman who was not in his figure here. How could he explain it?

So left it like that, until Matthew had been examined by a doctor and fully recovered. Matthew kept asking about Elina, but had to be patient because Dewi wanted her to be healthy first.

But this time his patience was over. Matthew refused to be fed, then asked, "Ma, where is Elina? Why isn't he there?" The goddess would give him the same answer, but Matthew said, "Ma, whatever happens, just say it. Am I ready to listen? Is the content okay?"

The goddess could at least hold back her tears to come out. Honestly, he couldn't tell Matthew the truth. He was afraid, what would happen if it was known to him? Matthew would be in shock.

"Elina's miscarried." The sound from the door made the two look in shock. "And he went out of nowhere."

Matthew was in disbelief. Was it true what William was saying, who was currently walking towards him? Matthew turned to his mother for certainty.

"Is that true, Ma?"

But the Goddess lowered her head more and more her tears flowed.

"Of course" William said. "She doesn't care about the baby at all and you. He left with the money I gave him, then disappeared."

"Shut up! Stop saying bad things about Elina with your dirty mouth!" matthew riled.

Then, Matthew flicked his blanket and got out of bed. However, his legs suddenly could not be moved, instead he eventually fell down. Whatisthis? What happened to his feet? He murmured inwardly, panicking.

He didn't care if his legs had to be paralyzed, the most important thing for him now was to find Elina. He dragged his feet with both hands, while continuing to be determined.

"Matthew, stop first dear," said the Goddess pleading with tears.

"I have to find Elina, Ma."

William just stood watching his son's stupid behavior, then quipped, "Where are you going? In such a situation?"

Matthew ignored, still insisting on his wishes despite almost feeling desperate.

"Matthew, awake. Elina doesn't love you, she just loves herself and money" William said. "Instead, he took a billion from me...."

"Say SILENCE! DON'T SAY THAT ABOUT ELINA!"

The Goddess was getting saddened to see her son, let alone Matthew who had stopped and cried out in despair.

"Elina, where are you?"[]
