Mathelina
Chapter 26's

"Are you pregnant?"

Sooner or later the question will come out of the mother's mouth. The feared happened. Like being shot right on her forehead, Elina was surprised instead of playing. His tongue was a little bit like it was hard to say anything. He turned his head, avoiding Mom's gaze, saying stammeringly:

"Nope .. Why did you say that?"

"Just have a hunch" replied Mother.

And mother's premonition is always right. Elina turned her head painfully because she could not run away from the reality that came from her heart. If anxiety did not force her, she would complain of this painful suffering while hugging her mother and crying. Baby, it's never gonna do that.

"Mother," said Elina gently, turning her head and trying to hold her tears out.

"Where could I be pregnant. Mom must be worried because there is my employer who is single at home right? I told you, nothing happened to us." Just then Elina's voice began to tremble and hoarse.

Since childhood, I knew very well that Elina was the hardest to understand. When happiness came, his smile was so wide. But sadness is always covered by that smile so that others are fooled. Mom used to be a place to share, just not all the things she told him. Sometimes Elina is honest, but she chooses silence and avoids lying.

However, the mother's son is 22 years old. They can change nature over time. And today, I didn't realize that my son was lying. He trusted the honesty of Elina, so that what was said was true.

He smiled as he stroked his son's head. And Elina responded with a poignant embrace, in which tears flowed silently behind the mother's back.

Maybe this is the umpteenth time, the words of forgiveness spoken will not be enough to erase his sin on the mother whose paradise is still on the soles of his feet. Someday, he will make it up to you.

-;-;-;-

Since then, all Raima saw was a gloomy face. He glanced at his rearview mirror while riding a motorcycle. He knew exactly what Elina was feeling right now.

"Gue guess, Matthew will not mind if you nginep at your mother's house," said Raima.

Elina was stunned and glanced. "That's not what I think anymore."

"Continue?"

"Gue lied to her."

The red light at the crossroads was on, the motor stopped. Raima asked again about their topic earlier. "What do you mean by lying?"

"No way, my mother didn't suspect me when I suddenly got nauseous?"

Raima nodded in confirming.

A mother's premonition is powerful and never wrong. "So, is that what you're talking to your mom?" Suddenly he was surprised and cried out rather slowly. "He knows lo-"

"Yes" said Elina. "But I said it was just her anxiety. You saw that, right? My mom was shocked when she told me about Matthew?"

Who wouldn't be surprised if his son lives one roof with an unmarried man? Anxiety must have arisen, especially if the child can not take care of himself.

Raima did not comment again. The green light had lit up and he resumed his journey. There was something strange about a black motorcycle driven by a man. From the rearview mirror, the bike followed them continuously since at the red light stop earlier. Now, he's driving his bike down the road to a housing estate.

"Elin, I think someone's been following us?" he said a little slowly.

Elina jerks. "Huh? Who?"

Raima shook her head while saying unsure, "No idea. But I think he's a bad guy .. uh, don't look back! Let him realize we're suspicious of him."

Elina bit her lower lip, worried. "Keep, how's dong, Ima."

Don't ask him that, because Raima herself doesn't know either. His concentration is now split between driving and thinking of ways to get away from the stranger.

"Elin, horrify me! Strong grip, and ready to waste money pay for gas lueeee!"

The roar of the motor engine that was gassed violently jerked. Elina was stunned, spontaneously holding onto Raima's waist. Raima's motorbike immediately speeded on the road, overtaking other riders. Meanwhile, the mysterious rider also followed at the same speed. The road no longer runs to Elina's house; Raima turns the motor into an alley, which is out of nowhere.

Actually, Raima and Elina were quite panicked when they got lost, but let it be, it was better this way than facing the danger that kept chasing after her. But when will this be?

Elina glanced at her watch, before Magrib, the possibility of Matthew's busyness had diminished. He decided to contact her, asking for help.

He clicked. Been busy! Squeeze his cell phone. Maybe he was on the street or calling someone. Okay, he'll just send a voicemail.

"Matthew, help me and Raima! There are strangers following us! We are currently in ..." Coincidentally Elina saw there was a signboard of a housing name. "Housing Green Cottage." Then, he sent me that message.

Raima looked back. "Where, Lin?" she asked expectantly, who had heard Elina talking on the phone.

Elina's expression was uncertain, but she tried to calm Raima down by saying that she had sent a voicemail to Matthew's number. But Elina, that's not enough. Raima is tired, bored, and out of her mind now. While the rider continues to persistently pursue it.

This is his last attempt before his gas runs out. He's gonna get out of this house, find a place to hide. He was thinking of stopping at a fast food restaurant that was crowded.

"Well, why are we here?" asked Elina in surprise.

"Fill the stomach all the contents of the brain," replied Raima origin. "Udah, sneak a flick to Matthew. Who knows if he'll go out there and help us."

Elina nodded and quickly carried out Raima's orders - whatever was her plan. As soon as the motorbike was parked, he and Raima rushed into the restaurant. The foreign rider too; without removing his mouthpiece, he followed the two girls inside.

The man sighed and was stunned as he got inside. This many humans, none of them, neither Elina nor Raima. Where are they going? His anger in the heart.

He led to the women's bathroom; for a long time he stood outside the bathroom, their figures never appearing. His patience ran out, so desperate to get in there, no matter the women looked strangely at him. Check the place, until opening the bathroom cubicles one by one. He clenched his hand. Empty, the two women were indeed not there.

He came out with anger on top of his head. He saw, Raima's motorbike was not parked here. Shit, today's search failed! How can he tell his boss about this. And .. ah, it just so happened that the guy called. I don't want to pick up that phone.

"Yes, Sir?" the answer. "I'm sorry, I'm file...."

It seemed like the man at the other end was scolding her. It could be seen from his sighing countless times, and lowered his head while nodding. After turning off the cell phone, the man exasperated, before leaving the restaurant.

In a dark corner, someone had heard the mysterious man talking to the man who told him to. "Mr Jonathan" is the mastermind of all this.

-;-;-;-

Raima was relieved after drinking half a glass of cold cola that drained her dry throat. Since then, they had no time to breathe to see the man inside this restaurant. Fortunately, a female employee of this restaurant would be kind enough to help, allowing them to hide in a special cabin selling ice cream near the entrance.

Elina looked at her friend strangely, watching him eat up to a serving of chicken and rice, as well as two glasses of cola ludes in an instant.

"Aah!" raima sighed, gulping down her last cola. "My love. Don't you eat?"

Raima glanced at the not-so-cold glass of lemon tea at Elina's table. The girl seemed to be full enough to eat her mother's cooking, which was admitted by Raima, was delicious!

"No. I'm not really thirsty myself" replied Elina who was holding her chin with her hand, then turned her face to the window.

Matthew, why didn't he come? Did he not read the message? When Elina checked her phone, the two ticks were green. It means it's been read. But why is there no news from him? Try calling, the number is not active now.

"Not lifted?" raima asked, looking at the face of her best friend who was bent while looking at the phone screen.

Elina shook her head, putting her phone to the table. "Not active."

"Yes, justin. Anyway, we got away, from that guy." Plus it's full too.

I don't know why Elina is still disappointed. This time the man ignored her. He took his cell phone and walked out of the restaurant. While approaching his motorcycle, Raima teases Elina to buy her gasoline. However, their faces paled after finding Raima's motor on the spot.

"Where is my bike?! ***! Don't let that guy take it!" Raima Ogat.

Elina was actually anxious as well, but she tried to calm Raima down, even though the girl kept swearing dirty words. Finally, he gave up and stood there, out of reason. Then, a hand slapped both of their shoulders. They gasp but do not flinch, nor look. The faces of the two paled, frightened because in the end the foreign man got them.

Elina and Raima glanced at each other, slowly twisting towards someone who placed his hand on their shoulders. However, upon seeing that person's face, fear withered away instantly.

A tall man in a neat black suit, with good looks that dazzled anyone, tilted his head at the two girls. A sigh of relief sounded loudly from the two.

"Why? Have you seen a ghost?" Either this was meant to ask or joke, but clearly Elina was coaxed to hear it.

Elina's face changed instantly upset. He snorted, as if all the disappointments that turned into anger were gathering above his head.

"Just come?"

Matthew could catch that angry tone of speech. "Sorry, I'm having trouble finding you guys."

"Then why is your phone off?"

Matthew pulled his phone out of his pocket, revealing his phone. "The battery's gone."

"You know, me and Raima ...."

"Sst." Matthew put his index finger in Elina's mouth. "Later, I'll tell you something."

Elina's eyes were round. Anything on? About what?[]
