[Season 2] CHAPTER NINETEEN

Anna closed her eyes tightly, enduring the pain of her body being knocked by Logan against the wall. He let out a small scream, staring at a handsome face with flaming eyes.

"DON'T MENTION THE NAME OF GOD!" bentak Logan's. "Even with an oath of your reprehensible deeds!"

Blamable. Anna's jaw hardened, then rebelled as best she could. However, the man further tightened his grip until Anna was in pain.

"Let go! You've gone too far, dear Mr Logan!" sergeant Anna. "I'm tired of repeating the same words, if 'I'm not setting you up'! I am also a victim. You raped me, why am I the one you blamed? You said I set you up? What's in it for me? Why would I do that?"

Anna narrowed her eyes, then said somewhat whispering in a cynical tone. "Your accusations are unfounded!"

"SILENCE!" logan yelled, shaking Anna's body.

Hate, that is what is reflected by the two people's eyes.

"Logan! What the fuck?!" kenan who just arrived.

Kenan walked quickly to them. Logan's hand, grasping Anna's arm, was thrown violently by Kenan.

"Why are you being rude to her?" ask Kenan.

Logan opened his mouth while pointing at Anna. "Dia—" But suddenly, Logan is silent because it is impossible to express his disgrace.

Anna knows Logan is reluctant to tell the truth. So he interrupted, "Already. There's no problem."

Kenan looked at Anna. "If there's no problem, why would Logan be rude to you?"

Anna pursed her lips, silent for a moment. "Em .. just misunderstood."

Logan smiled cynically. He had to admit, the woman was indeed good at reading situations. He himself will also act out of it again later.

"Denan," he said, then glanced at Anna with a scornful smile. "Before choosing a partner, you should know him further, and ... Careful."

Anna bit her lower lip, growling at the man's departure. Of course, he knew that speech was satire for him.

Kenan frowned, astonished. "Kok you know?"

"So of course, I found Aunt Elina on the street" Anna said. "conditions worrying. He squatted on the pavement with his hands holding his head, and his face was pale. It looks like a daze."

Kenan also has no idea what happened to Logan's mother. He thought hard enough, and finally concluded that Elina was not feeling well.

"Em, Kenan," call Anna then. "I'm sorry to go back to the office again. Next time we talk again."

"Anna," stop Kenan, just now Anna's about to step foot in. "Let me deliver, yeah."

It's not good to see Kenan's face. Anna took a long breath.

"Yes, I've." Anna said it while nodding.

Kenan develops a happy smile that is rarely seen because it has been days not met with this girl of his target. Anna is allowed to go first to the white luxury car, which is parked not far from this place.

Elina was enjoying a warm tea plus honey served by the boutique owner. When Logan saw it, just put the tea cup on the table and get off the couch.

"Where's Anna?" tanyanya, wonder.

"He's home" Logan replied half-heartedly.

Logan was annoyed to hear all about the girl. If only Elina knew, the girl she was talking about was a con man who was trying to blackmail her along with his herd.

"Mama doesn't know what's going on between you. But Mama explained all this so as not to misunderstand," Elina said again.

"Mama," muttered Logan, his gaze softened, putting both of his hands on his shoulders, standing slightly bent. "Why did you suddenly disappear?"

That was also what Nina wanted to know. The woman stopped sipping her tea, putting on an ear to listen to Elina's reply.

Elina fell silent, then glanced around, especially at Nina. "Mama wants to go home and rest. We can talk about this later, yeah."

Disappointed nina. In fact, he was curious about the reasons that made his future mother-in-law disappear.

"Yes, I've." Finally, Logan agreed. "If all the groceries are paid, we go straight home."

Anna laid herself on the bed, her legs dangling down, moved alternately.

The gaze that led to the sky-sky room, turned into a daydream, thinking of something that had happened a few hours before. A word ringed in his ear, spoken by Kenan.

"Saturday tomorrow, will you not be my partner at Logan's engagement party?"

Anna sighed from her mouth slowly. "You anyway. But...." His mouth was wide. "It's late in the afternoon, but it's sleepy."

Indeed indeed! However, Anna did not close her eyes. It was still considered and carefully considered before agreeing to it.

Seconds slowly rolling, Anna's eyes getting heavier, until not realizing that he finally fell in his sleep. However, as if time passed quickly, he was jolted with a cough.

A cough that came on suddenly and nonstop, making him want to vomit. He hurried out of the room, down the stairs, and into the bathroom.

Anna leaned over the sink, taking out all of her entrails that she could not hold. Then, he turned the tap, as soon as the water came out, he washed his mouth.

Whatisthis? Never once did Anna cough up like this. What don't-don't....

Anna stared at her reflection in the mirror half of which was filled with steam. A confused and frightened face was painted there.

"It may not be me...."

Anna held his head. It was crazy to think of a bad possibility that he did not want at all.

He nodded, then looked. The knocking on his door was heard.

Who is the guest coming? Why didn't anyone open it? Are all of his family members gone?

Anna exited the bathroom towards the living room. The steps are doubtful, this house seems gripping like usual. When he got to the front door, he pegged with his hands towards the door handle.

Anna's eyes were closed, the anxiety was blown as far away as possible. He tried to calm down, took a deep breath, then ignored her. Then, he pressed the door handle and opened the door.

He was astonished to find a man who from the beginning looked at him cynically and hatefully, now smilingly looking at him.

"Sir Logan? What is it you're here for? How do you know my home address?" ask Anna.

Logan said nothing. After reaching into his pocket, Logan reached out his hand, giving Anna an object.

Instead of accepting, Anna simply looked at it with her eyes twinkling.

What did Anna see that made her surprised instead of playing?

A test pack with two red lines!

He looked up, turning his gaze at Logan full of question marks. "What does this mean?"

"Congratulations. You're pregnant with Anna" Logan replied, his smile widening.

"What?" murmured Anna, not believing. "No way! No way!"[]
