Explain to Amanda

"Between me and Johan there's nothing left, I consider him my family. I'm married and you're married, we both have our own lives. For the family, our family did know each other long before I met Johan. My aunt and Papa Johan were married but separated, that's an old story. I obviously don't want my presence to create a misunderstanding between you guys." Vani shines softly on Amanda.

"Is there anything you want to ask, just ask if there is one?" vani said again.

Vani is silent, he recalls from his initial meeting with Johan to the events a moment ago in Johan's room, unconsciously his lips spoke and asked.

"Are you no longer feeling for Johan? Don't you love her?"

A surprising question coming from Manda leaves Vani speechless for a moment, she tries to ask her heart what she asks Amanda of him.

Vani smiles with relief after believing her love now only for Juna as well as the affection she has for Johan, is only limited to affection for friends, just as she loves Esi and Karina.

"I love my husband, Ma'am. The man who is currently my priest and the father of my children. I love him so much" Vani answered successfully publishing the smile of a man who was not far from them.

Juna had absolutely no intention of eavesdropping on his second conversation, but because there was something he wanted to ask about the cause he had caught up with Vani. Juna stood behind the wall of the room, when he heard the question coming out of the lips of the woman who had the same gentle nature as his wife, Juna had stiffened to hear his question, and he was, but after hearing the answer from his wife, Juna felt very relieved.

Although he is not denied if sometimes the feeling of jealousy he still has for Johan, the man who became the first love in his wife's life.

Juna paused his intention to approach Vani and let the two continue their conversation.

"You sure? What if Johan still loves you!" ask Amanda again to Vani.

"I love my husband, Ma'am." Vani answered back.

"I'm sorry if my question is wrong, I'm really sorry. Have you ever been married? Or, does Arsen have anything to do with you?" amanda's question came back to surprise Vani.

Vani sometimes still feels confused, if Vani and Johan love each other it could mean that Arsen is their son. But, if Arsen is really their son, then why did Arsen say that his mother had left, and when he met Vani he was very familiar and seemed to love Vani. Even call Vani as Mother and act like Vani her mother. It's really the circumstances that sometimes make Vani confused.

"Has neither Mama nor Johan told Ma'am everything?" ask Vani.

"Tell me what? We were just talking about marriage. You must know if we were forced to marry because of a misunderstanding of the citizens, the rest is nothing between us. I've only heard a little if you've been with Johan and a woman named Amelia looks like me" Amanda said.

"While still dating me, Johan came to introduce Amelia as his fiancee and gave me an invitation letter. Anyone who was in my position would definitely be disappointed by his attitude, he would marry another woman when his status was still my lover, but all had already passed. I tried to take Johan and move on with my life until I finally met my husband. Amelia is pregnant with Johan's child and Amelia dies while giving birth to Arsenio. Before Amelia died she apologized to all of us and got better, she asked me to help keep Arsen because it was me and Arsen pretty close," vani explains the gist of the answer to Amanda's question.

"Then why does Johan remember you more than Arsen's mother?" ask Amanda again.

"Johan got married because he had to. That's all I can explain, ma'am," said Vani.

"So is it true that Arsenio's mother is dead?" ask Amanda again who answered a nod of the head by Vani.

"Did Johan not love Mama Arsen?" ask Amanda again who did not get an answer from Vani.

"Van, what if Johan still loves you?" ask Amanda again holding Vani's hand.

"The feeling of love comes from the heart, we don't know who it will be for, sometimes we don't want it ourselves, but it comes by itself, because everything is going on by itself without us guessing, I think.

Love is only Johan who knows about his heart" said Vani

"Why can you say that?" so Vani asked.

"Because he still keeps your photos," Amanda replied to make Vani's body stiffen to hear it, but repeatedly Vani said a word in her heart to clear her heart and mind.

"Between us is just the past, Ma'am. I don't want to talk about it because I already have a husband that I have to take care of his feelings. Ma'am wife, and you are just starting a new life, I pray that your marriage will be a marriage that is very mawadah warahmah," said Vani smiled softly at Amanda.

"No Van, I'm not sure about any of that, I'm not sure I can love Johan" Amanda said, puzzling Vani, who stared silently at her.

"I love my late husband, and will only love him, I do not want any other love, because this feeling will always be there for him and has been fully owned by Alan. I couldn't possibly love Johan, Van," said Amanda smilingly looking up at the sky, as if she had seen her husband's face there.
