For more than 10 minutes I stood behind the door after last hearing the sound of the car Mbak Karina away. I went back out of the house to continue my work. I took the broom that I just stayed on the porch, then continued sweeping without looking at the side of the house. Whether there is Mas Agam or not, I choose to pretend not to know the previous situation.
Household drama does exist. Although while living in the old house has often listened to the problems out of the mothers there, but only this time I heard directly the quarrel between husband and wife.
Plus both of them do not want to reduce anger. Talk to each other in high tones and snapping. It was as if he could no longer speak with a cold head.
But I can understand why Mas Agam spoke in such a high tone, as a husband who had to be kept continuously by his wife, it was natural to be disappointed and angry. Moreover, Sister Karina did not want to listen to the words of Mas Agam.
The sound of a cell phone ringing was heard from the house next door. I reflect, apparently there is Mas Agam sitting on the terrace and is currently receiving a phone with eyes that collide with me. I throw a thin smile and nod my head before taking my eyes off. But the red stain on Mas Agam's left hand caught my attention.
The blood.? I'm sure it was blood that seemed to drip on the white floor of the terrace.
But Mas Agam seemed relaxed with his right hand holding a mobile phone.
"Just calm down, I'll finish it in the morning."
"You just send the files." Mas Agam started seriously talking on the phone. While I continued to stare at his left hand that jutted beside the chair with blood dripping.
"Bia.? Why.?"
I gasped as Mas Agam reprimanded me. I don't know since when the phone call was interrupted, which is clear at this time Mas Agam no longer calls and is staring fixedly at me.
"Mas' hands are bleeding." My eyes while pointing the index finger to the right hand of Mas Agam.
The man looked at his hand with a flat look. The wound on his hand seemed to have no effect.
"It's just a small wound, I forgot to wipe the blood." He then got up from the chair and approached the tap. Mas Agam splashed his hands with water. I just grieve seeing it. It seems that the wound is not small because it still bleeds.
"It seems to be in Mas's medicine, the blood is still out. It could be an infection if it's bornin."
"Bia's just gonna get betadine the same bandage first." I went straight into the house to get the p3k box.
When I returned, Mas Agam was sitting down again. I thrust a p3k box at him.
"It's Mas. Can you put the bandage yourself, right.?"
"It looks like a long wound." I spoke while watching the wound on Mas Agam's left hand that was out of nowhere. But the obvious one was hit by a sharp object, either a knife or perhaps a piece of glass.
"Yes can. Thanks to ya." Mas Agam opened the box and took betadine.
Although I did not intend to help him treat the wound for fear of misinterpretation by Mas Agam, but I still stood there to wait until Mas Agam finished treating the wound.
"Difficult huh.? Here I help guntingin." I took the bandages and scissors from Mas Agam's hand because he seemed to have trouble cutting the bandage roll.
I who was reluctant to help Mas Agam, just to pair the bandage until it is finished. Hopefully this does not make Mas Agam misunderstand. I just wanted to help him treat his hand out of pity, not for anything else.
Anyone would have done the same thing if it was in my position. It is impossible to let others have trouble in plain sight, except one who has no heart.
"Hemm," Only a heavy deheman's voice came from Mas Agam's lips. I then rushed to leave without looking at him, even since I helped him put a bandage in Mas Agam's hands. Because I have to avoid eye contact, however it is not good for us who both already have a partner.
"Wait for Bia," I flinched. I looked at Mas Agam's hand holding my wrist. Suddenly I hurriedly pulled him and looked at Mas Agam. The man seemed to be misbehaving perhaps because he saw my reaction being shocked.
"Sorry, I'm reflex." Her speech.
I nodded my head and considered Mas Agam to be reflexively holding my hand without any intention.
"Thank you," Deep Mas Agam's voice made me stare at him. For a moment we looked at each other, but then I woke up and rushed into the house.
"What did I do to Mas Agam excessively.?" I asked myself. I just don't want Mas Agam to think things through, let alone his household with Madam Karina being not okay.
"Hopefully Mas Agam understood that I just wanted to make it,"
...*****...
I parked the car near Mas Dirga's office. I've been in the car for 20 minutes. 10 minutes is home. I wonder if Mas Dirga is really overtime in the office, or instead he will go out and overtime elsewhere.
My heart immediately rumbled as I watched one vehicle at a distance get out of the office. I sharpened my vision, lest I not see when Mas Dirga's car came out of the office.
I watched from a distance until no more vehicles came out. And until this moment I haven't seen Mas Dirga's car come out.
"Please wait a minute, sir." My love to the taxi driver. To be honest I felt bad for her, even though I paid her many times so she would stop here for 1 hour.
"Yes no papa, just relax." Answer's friendly. I think he knows what I'm doing, but he doesn't ask me much.
It had been almost 1 hour waiting, I finally decided to call Mas Dirga. I'll pretend to ask her permission to leave the house.
My phone call was picked up by Mas Dirga. At that moment I heard the noise of men and women who briefly discussed work.
"Yes hello Deck. What's up.? You're all right, aren't you.?" Mas Dirga's soft voice was attentive.
It turns out Mas Dirga didn't lie to me, he was really overtime. I was wrong to accuse him of a no-no.
"Eh, that's Mas, I'm going to buy something." I tried to speak calmly so that Mas Dirga would not be suspicious.
"You want to get out.? Want to fill in the saltonya.?" Her hand.
"No need, the balance is still there."
"I'm just saying the same thing to you." Instantly I felt bad for Mas Dirga.
"Yes already, be careful on the road ya Dek. I'm back at 8."
I agreed, then turned off the phone.
