Neighbor's Blanket

Neighbor's Blanket
Chapter 61

Agam POVs

"Where are you Gam.?! The Arumi family is waiting.!" Papa snapped at me a little on the phone. I could only snort angrily at Papa's coercive attitude that made me like her doll.

Looks like Papa didn't take lessons from my household with Karina. Marriage is based on arranged marriage until we both agreed to make a letter of agreement without the knowledge of our parents.

"in 10 minutes I'm up, a lot of work at the office so I'm home late." I answered flatly, after which disconnected the phone call without giving Papa a chance to talk again.

Despite repeatedly refusing, Papa was still strong enough to bring me to the Arumi family and discuss the matchmaking.

On the grounds that I had not been able to find a future wife myself, Papa forbade me to refuse his request.

I should have introduced Bianca to Papa as my future wife, but given that Bianca was still a wife, there was no way I would have brought her before Papa.

Because once I introduce Bianca as my future wife, Papa will definitely not stay silent, he will find out the origin of Bianca even to the roots.

It is certain that Papa will not give his blessing if he knows the status of Bianca who is still Dirga's wife.

"Damn.!!" Umpatku while throwing a punch on the steering wheel of the car, I can only curse without being able to do anything at this time. Bianca's divorce will only be registered tomorrow, it will certainly take a few days until Bianca officially separated from Dirga.

While I don't have time to back off this two-family meeting. It was the third time I refused to meet for various reasons. But this time I can't refuse anymore.

Parking the car in the yard, I rushed in and headed straight for the dining room. This big house is only inhabited by Papa and Mama only since 3 years ago because I decided to live in a simple house after marriage.

"Darling, come here son," Mama greeted me with a big smile. The wrinkles on the underside of his eyes are slightly visible at the age of 55 years.

I walked slowly towards the long dining table. There are 5 people, including the snot boy who will be betrothed to me.

I actually knew Arumi's family. We work well together. We had dinner with our family several times and attended the same event.

I've certainly seen Arumi since the boy just graduated Elementary School.

Ck,,!! Given the difference in my age with Arumi, I feel very old.

"Night Om, Auntie," Sapaku who tried to smile kindly at the two. While I was reluctant to glance at Arumi in the slightest. His annoying face made me lazy to look at him.

"Why is it only Papa with Mama who is greeted.? Om don't want to beat up your own wife.?" That half-whining voice made my parents settle sharply for me. They must have wanted to ask me to say hello to Arumi, as the snot boy wanted.

I was forced to look at him. The girl who wrapped her body in a dusty color dress was really still very small.

"Arumi Night. I thought you weren't coming, too small to be invisible." I said that immediately got a pouting face from him.

"Ckk, sucks.!" The girl nodded slowly, but seemed to be heard by everyone.

"Don't do that, you have to be polite and stop calling Agam Om. You can call him Brother." Aunt Riana reprimanded her annoying youngest daughter. Of course Arumi just nodded without trying to be polite and called me with the right call.

"Sit Gam, we'll have dinner first." Papa invited me to sit down.

I joined the dinner table and sat opposite the little girl.

His attitude and physique were definitely far below Bianca's. That snot boy will definitely only be troublesome later.

Unlike Bianca which is obviously mature in terms of age and thinking. He knows how to please his partner with even the little things.

Bianca POVs

The rumbling sound of lightning and the intense splashing of rainwater, made me hide behind a thick blanket.

I dislike this kind of atmosphere the most even in the day, afraid that suddenly the lights go out and will only scare me half to death.

"Sir, you're okay, right.?" I grabbed the blanket after hearing Mas Dirga's voice outside the room. Dirga knew very well that I would feel afraid if it was raining big with lightning. Maybe that's what got him in front of my room, but now it's 11 o'clock.

"If you are afraid to go out Dek, then Mas Temenin in the living room." Dirga returned to talk.

I haven't given any response because I'm confused. It feels reluctant to interact again with Mas Dirga, but the circumstances do not allow to remain in the room alone. It was certain that I would not be able to sleep before the sound of lightning and the rumbling of rain stopped.

After thinking for a few minutes, I decided to get out of bed and open the door. In fact, I was as scared as that in a situation like this. Moreover, almost midnight, afraid that suddenly the lights went out and I was trapped alone in this room.

The first thing I saw when I opened the door was Mas Dirga's faint, fluffy smile. There was no disappointment and hatred in the look in his eyes when he looked at me, even though he had known the facts about my relationship with Mas Agam.

But maybe Mas Dirga should have behaved like that because he realized that everything that happened started from his lies.

"Sit in the middle room, huh.? Later Mas make warm tea for you," he said in a voice that is always soft and shady as usual.

I nodded and rushed to the living room. Mas Dirga went to the kitchen to make tea.

"Drink the Deck first," Mas Dirga came back by offering me a cup of tea.

"It's not too hot, intentionally so you can drink immediately." Obviously, who didn't get any response from me. I've been silent since, but I'm not refusing to drink his tea.

Mas Dirga was already sitting next to me, he made a little distance and looked awkward. Maybe because I've been quiet ever since.

"When do you want to file for divorce.?" After a moment of silence, Mas Dirga asked a question with a tone that sounded resigned.

Could he have accepted my decision.?

"Tomorrow my lawyer will file the suit." Mas Dirga looked down languidly after hearing my answer.

"I hope it doesn't complicate the process." My love was then responded with a small nod by Mas Dirga.

I looked at him fixedly, there was a sudden pain in my heart when I saw Mas Dirga's reaction.

Not only that, my feelings were suddenly chaotic and agitated. I don't know what this feeling is.
