Bianca's eyes glazed over, she smiled as she had to with a two-line testpack in her hand. After more than 5 years, he again felt this haru moment. Knowing that she is pregnant.

Bianca hurried out of the bathroom, she looked for a box to store the testpack and she would put the box containing the testpack on the nightstand. Bianca will surprise Dirga. The man would definitely be very happy, considering he was eager to have another child from Bianca.

The sound of knocking on the door made Bianca hurry after putting the box on the nightstand. He hurriedly opened the door of his room. Twins were standing at the door with wide smiles, and behind them was Dirga.

"Mama, me and Brother Sky want a vacation."

"Papa's taking us to Singapore. Does Mama agree.?" Tanya Shelly was enthusiastic. Bianca immediately glanced at Dirga, of course she was a little surprised to hear their vacation plans. Dirga had never even discussed this with him.

”Their semester value is very good, I give rewards to them." Obviously Dirga without having to be asked by Bianca.

"Do you want to forget Papa.?" Dirga asked with a tone of speech made sad. Twins immediately released her embrace to Bianca and chuckled in amusement when she saw Papa's face looking sullen.

"Thank you Papa," Twins compactly hugged Dirga. The man returned the embrace of the twins with one hand, and one more hand he used to pull Bianca into his arms.

Bianca hugged Dirga and twins. The man looked smiling happily looking.

"Bless you dear," said Dirga sincerely. He landed a kiss on Bianca's forehead.

Somehow she must thank Bianca for all the happiness she felt so far. Also for the opportunity that Bianca had given him. And all Bianca struggles in conceiving, giving birth and caring for twins until they become good and smart children.

That night after making sure Sky and Shelly were asleep, Dirga quietly walked out of the twins' room. The twins did ask Dirga to sleep in their room, but Dirga certainly would not miss a sleepless night while hugging his beloved wife.

"Honey, where are you.?" Dirga immediately searched for Bianca's whereabouts as soon as she entered the room. He walked closer to the bathroom and heard the splashing sound of water inside.

He smiled in the shade and chose to go to bed to wait for Bianca.

A navy colored box that chuckled on a nightstand danced to Dirga's attention. Dirga's forehead shriveled, staring at the small box that is usually used as a gift box.

His hands stretched out, grabbing the box while sitting on the edge of the bed.

"Anniversary is still a few months away. Bianca wants to give me the same gift who.?" He muttered a little suspiciously. Lately he has been thinking a lot about Bianca. The suspicious feelings that once never appeared, the past few weeks had disturbed his mind and heart.

As she gets older, Bianca looks more beautiful in her eyes and that may make Dirga suddenly haunted by fear and suspicion. Afraid that a man far better than him would take Bianca.

Dirga has always been loyal to be beside Bianca, he even accompanied the wife to the operating room. For a second he refused to move from beside Bianca.

"You're strong, baby, I'll accompany you here. Twins are waiting for you and her sister." Whisper Dirga while rubbing the head of Bianca. The woman who was crying without a sound responded with a small nod.

He cried withstanding pain and trauma.

A few minutes passed, the sound of baby crying filled the operating room.

Their third child was a girl, her face very similar to Shelly's when she was a baby.

Bianca and her daughter have been moved to the treatment room. Twins look enthusiastically standing on the left and right side of the baby box owned by their sister.

"What a pretty name." Shelly. He looks very happy to have a sister, as well as Sky.

"Sky, come here, baby." Dirga called his handsome son. The boy obediently approached Dirga.

Dirga lifted Sky and sat him on the side of the bed with Shelly.

Dirga then took Shofia to be carried by Bianca in a position half lying on the bed.

"Sky's a brave Papa hotshot, Sky's got two younger brothers now." Said Dirga softly.

"Sky should be able to look after and protect the younger siblings" he said, which was immediately responded by a nod.

"Okay Papa, Sky will take care of sister." Answer obeys.

"Mama's son is great and brave." Bianca said as she rubbed Sky's head.

"Shelly's brother is also great and brave like Sky's sister." Bianca turned to her daughter.

They smile happily and compactly embrace.

"Thank you baby, I love you so much and the kids." Dirga's whisper in Bianca's ear.

"I love you too." The reply. A kiss landed on Dirga's lips. The man reflexively wants to return Bianca's kiss, but undoes the intention as Shelly looks at her.

Bianca and Dirga smiled awkwardly.
