29. Rico Possessive

Recalling two more days she was about to move, tonight Alina started rushing to tidy up her belongings. First he collected the unused items and put them in a large sack. They will be given to others who need them more to be useful.

Alina thought overnight she could pack half of the things she would carry, but she didn't. He could only pack those unused items tonight.

"It turns out a lot of my stuff is unused. Gosh, what a waste of me," Alina murmured to herself.

Since tonight she could not pack half of all her belongings, the next day Alina decided to start packing after returning home from college. Precisely at two in the afternoon, Alina who had just returned from college immediately dismantled all the contents of her closet without intending to rest first. He has to catch up with time so that tomorrow when Rico and Andi come, they can instantly lift heavy items like cabinets, sofas, and friends without waiting for him to clean up again.

While playing music at almost full volume, Alina looks very relaxed doing her work alone. He was even unconscious when the time had shown five o'clock in the afternoon. Moreover, he activated the plane mode on his phone, making Alina really focus on what she was working on because nothing interfered.

When tired began to feel on his body and the sound of a hungry stomach began to sound, Alina decided to lay down her body for a moment. He who was very hungry wanted to order food through his cellphone, but when he saw the clock that had shown at five in the afternoon, Alina was shocked. He did not expect that three hours had passed quickly without him noticing.

Alina deactivated airplane mode on her phone, and just then a lot of notification sounds started to sound so fast. Alina closed her eyes, waiting for the sound to stop. When it was felt there was no more ringing sound on her phone, Alina immediately opened the service application between food. He deliberately ignored all those notifications because according to him, his stomach is currently more important than anything.

"My stomach is so hungry, but why am I not interested in all this food huh" Alina murmured.

He continued to scroll through the application that contained various types of food in it, but somehow he did not have any taste in all the food, even though his stomach was very hungry. When the picture of a piece of chocolate cake is seen by the sight of his eyes, suddenly Alina's appetite that was originally lost now appears just like that. He swallowed his saliva and felt very anxious to press the buy button listed on the bottom of his phone screen.

Alina who is advised to avoid sweet foods then think hard before ordering the delicious food. He looks flipping his body because he is confused about having to prioritize his current appetite or obey the doctor's orders.

After almost five minutes of thinking, Alina finally decided to buy the chocolate cake.

"Doctors advise not to eat sweet foods often, does not mean it should not be at all, right?" alina told herself.

Feeling that what she was thinking was right, without a doubt Alina ordered the chocolate cake with the amount of two boxes. Just two small boxes would not be a problem for his stomach, he thought. In addition to chocolate cake, Alina also ordered fresh drinks as her sweet food friend.

While waiting for the order food to come, Alina intended to see the notification that had entered her phone. Just pressing whatsapp icon, suddenly the phone screen changed by itself, displaying the name of the Rico contact who is currently contacting him via voice call. Without waiting long Alina immediately answered the call and activated the speaker feature before putting her phone on the mattress.

"Hello, Co," Alina said first as she closed her eyes.

"Al, where have you been?" ask Rico across the street.

"I'm home. Why?"

"Why hasn't your phone been active? I was worried since noon because you had no news at all."

"I'm so tired, Co. I just finished packing my things for the transfer tomorrow" Alina said casually.

"Why isn't the phone active?" asked the possessive-sounding Rico in Alina's ear. It was strange to hear Rico ask that question.

"I purposely activated airplane mode to focus on my work. All my stuff is so much, Co, I'm afraid tomorrow isn't over."

"Gosh, Honey. Why didn't you tell me the same? Then you can ask me for help. Besides, you don't have to pack all your stuff, Al. There is complete furniture available. You just bring the important ones."

Alina opened her eyes. Is there complete furniture? Did he not hear wrong? Alina sat her body down, disabled speaker mode and stuck her phone screen to her ear.

"You're looking for me a house that's already in it?" ask Alina to make sure.

"Yes, that's how it is" Rico replied briefly.

"Why didn't you tell me from yesterday, Co? Jeez, if this is it, I don't have to bother lowering the furniture that is not too important" said Alina as she slammed her body back into the mattress.

It feels like crying because it has removed some furniture such as a fan in the living room and some other less important items. He felt tired today was in vain because Rico did not tell him more details about his new residence. And it's his own fault that he didn't ask Rico.

"Sorry, Al. I forgot to tell you. Have you eaten now?" ask Rico then.

"I'm waiting for my chocolate cake order" replied Alina.

"Brown cake? Have you eaten any heavy food before?" ask Rico again.

"I'm not lustful, Co. I'm just going to eat chocolate cake" said Alina.

"Jeez Al, you have to eat rice first before you eat sweet food, honey. You haven't eaten anything since college, have you?" guess Rico and Alina.

"I brought you some food, honey. You wait at home, I'll be there soon. I have to finish my job first, I'll be done soon."

Without intending to debate Rico's words, Alina just agreed with the man's words. It's up to her boyfriend to do what he's sure he won't eat if his stomach refuses later.

"Remember, don't eat the chocolate cake before I get there, okay?"

Alina sighed and again only said Rico's words that sounded exaggerated to her.
