Thomas and Zara were astonished to hear his daughter's words. What does Alina mean like that?

Alfian who heard his sister's words could only listen in silence. Now she knew what Alina wanted to talk to both of their parents.

"Darling, why are you asking like that?" asked Zara who felt strange about her daughter. Though they had just come home to dinner with Rico and his parents, then why did Alina even follow this strange to them. What does Alina really mean?

"Darling, is there anything we've missed about Rico?" ask Thomas then.

"Pa, actually Rico is not the biological son of Uncle Irfan and Aunt Santi."

Other than Alfian, everyone in the living room stared in surprise at Alina's words. Including Morgan who was originally feeling sleepy, now his eyes are wide open to hear the words of his sister.

Rico's not Irfan and Santi's son? How could they, they thought.

"Darling what are you saying, Riko isn't their real child?"

"Yes, Ma. Rico is only the adopted son of uncle Irfan and aunt Santi. She was raised by the Renaldi family after the death of her parents when Rico was about 3 or 4 years old, Alina forgot," said Alina. 

"Gosh Mas. If that's true, then Irfan and Santi don't have children?" he said to the husband.

"Uncle Irfan and aunt Santi were sentenced to have no children after the miscarriage of their first child" Alina said of her mother's words.

Hearing Alina's words, Alina and Morgan's parents widened their eyes again. Especially for Thomas and Zara, they were very surprised to hear the news. It turned out that their friend had experienced a miscarriage so they could not have children again. 

"Dear, how did that happen? Why did they miscarry, did something happen to them?"

"Alina doesn't know, Pa, Rico just said that. Maybe Papa can ask Irfan's uncle and Santi's aunt directly later."

The breakdown of communication between them, made them not know the news of each other at all. Whether to be selfish or not, Zara could not think about it because on the other hand she was really forced to leave Indonesia to avoid someone who had kept her away from their first daughter, Aura. She cannot tell Irfan and Santi for fear that someone would find out about her whereabouts and the death of her daughter is big news there.

Unknowingly, Zara shed her tears and was immediately embraced by Thomas. The woman seemed to be very saddened by the sad news that Alina delivered about their old friend. Even he had a chance to imagine how when Aura used to leave them. Was the sadness they experienced at that time the same as that experienced by Santi and Irfan when they lost a child candidate, and was sentenced not to have children again?

"Mas, why don't we know this sad news" Zara said in between sobs. 

"Papa doesn't know, Ma. We're too closed to the point of ignoring our friend who's here."

Yes, they are too busy thinking about their feelings to forget others who even turned out to have wounds.

"Are we being too mean to them, Pa? We only lost one child and could have three more, while Irfan and Santi? They're not even allowed by God to have children at all."

Thomas lent his eyes while sighing. 

Zara pulled her body from her husband, she looked at him with teary eyes and cheeks wet with tears. 

"Mama feels guilty about them, Pa. Are they mad at us for not–"

Not yet had time to continue his words, Thomas had interrupted first. 

"Ma, don't think like that. Papa knows that everything we've done is wrong, but Papa believes Santi and Irfan can definitely understand him. They're very nice people, they can't be angry just because we weren't there at the time. Moreover, our condition is also not okay at that time, right."

"Mom should apologize to them, Pa. Mama's really not good."

Thomas stroked his wife's head.

"We'll apologize later. Now don't cry anymore yeah, everything's gonna be okay."

With tears in his eyes, Thomas helped his wife wipe her wet face with her palm. The three children who witnessed it could only remain silent. Moreover, Alina who felt guilty for bringing up the past that she should have known if it would arouse her parents' grief. 

"Maafin Alina, Ma, because it made Mama cry" Alina said later.

His voice that filled the void made both his parents and his two brothers turn towards him. 

"Darling, don't apologize. You are not wrong. Forgive us for getting too carried away to ignore the three of you" Zara said later to her three children.

"Well, everything is over, we should be at peace with the past."

Now Alfian added that his mother no longer felt guilty and sad. While Morgan, the man who is usually very noisy now just silently watched it all. He was indeed the noisiest in this house, but if a sadness was created in the midst of his family, then he would be the one and only the most quiet person. It will not make a single sound until the grief is over. Even he could have left on random grounds just to be able to escape the tears his family fell before his eyes. 

Zara agreed with the words of her eldest son, she tried to smile back so that her children would not worry about her. Then he looked towards Alina who started the conversation that night. 

"Darling, Rico is a good guy. Her sincerity can be felt by Mama even though she had just seen it for the first time. Moreover, your brother has already known Rico and agreed to your relationship. So, whatever Rico's current status is while you love each other and he can make you happy, then Mama will always restore your relationship. Isn't that right, honey?" ask Zara then to Thomas.

"Really, Honey. No matter where Rico comes from, as long as he's good for you and you love him, then we'll definitely bless you." 

Hearing the words of her parents, Alina was moved. Although he was the first to guess if his parents would not blame Rico's status in the Renaldi family, but still the response of both parents about the reality of who Rico is able to make him teary.

Because of the situation that has begun to return nornal again, now Morgan also re-opened his voice so that Alina did not make the atmosphere of the melow that was about to end it again drained tears. It's not that he doesn't appreciate his brother's feelings, it's just that Morgan is not the type of person who likes to see tears especially on his own family. Although it was a happy tear though, Morgan still did not like it because he thought personally, happiness would not be pleasant with the fall of tears and laughter is proof if indeed they are really happy. 

Either get advice from where, but that's what Morgan believes in his heart for now.
