93. Shirt Fittings

"Darling, what's with the house? You look doubtful like that" said Rico.

They are in the car now. Rico has not run his car because he is very curious canapa Alina looks doubtful with the house, even though he likes it.

Rico was asked like that and laughed. What happened to her boyfriend, why did Alina think so? It was strange, he thought.

"alright. Instead of doubt, we'd better find another house. Or do you want a house yesterday, our last option?"

Alina stared long enough at Rico.

Rico sighed, then he smiled faintly. Well, it's better that way than to make Alina uncomfortable with the hasty choice. Even if they do not have a house to live in, they can stay with Santi and Irfan first for a while. Rico's parents certainly wouldn't mind it because Rico was sure that Santi would be very happy if he stayed with him.

Now Rico starts the engine of his car, turning the wheel to the residence Alina which is only a few complexes from there.

She had to drive Alina to her house because they had to pick up Zara to accompany them to the wedding dress fittings.

Arriving at Alina's residence, they entered the house. Alina cleaned her body first before they left. His slightly sweaty body made him uncomfortable and required him to take a shower and change clothes immediately.

Two hours later, they have arrived at a wedding house that provides a variety of wedding dresses and other bridal needs. Late meeting hours did not make them miss the opportunity to fittings because the owner of the bride's house was none other than Santi's good friend.

Santi was also there with her husband. Irfan forced to go with his wife, but Santi had forced to go alone, but her husband was very possessive of her.

"Pa, shouldn't Papa just go home?" santi said to her husband.

"Papa will accompany Mama until it's done."

"It's gonna be a long time, Pa. Papa must be tired of waiting."

"Papa can chat with Rico if bored. She couldn't have picked clothes for hours, right?"

Santi sighed. Not wanting to have a long debate, she finally let her husband be there.

While Alina tried out some dresses that were the choice of mama and her future in-laws, Rico and Irfan waited in the waiting room. Rico accompanied his father before being called to see what dress his future wife would wear at their wedding in a few weeks.

Irfan turned his gaze as his son called out to him.

"What was the time when Papa got married first also this draget? Taking care of buildings, clothes, and stuff."

Irfan smiled at the question of his son. He tilted his seat and looked straight at his son.

"It used to be that even Papa's wedding was more complicated than you are now. Your mother used to want more, unlike Alina who is more relaxed and what she is."

"Oh yeah?" 

Rico looks excited to hear his papa's story. For some reason now he was very curious how the marriage of his parents used to be. Moreover, they were already very famous at that time. Surely the wedding of his parents at that time was very lively and attended by thousands of invited guests who where the average among them is a famous business. 

"Actually your mother is not a woman who fuss with her life. But somehow when we decided to get married, Mama you are very excited. He even changed the services of WO three times because he felt less interested in the services and design ideas of the WO. Papa is also very dizzy because you have to accompany your Mama almost 10 times back and forth for clothing fittings."

"Ten times?" Why 10 times the clothing fittings?" ask Rico curiously. 

"We did two events, the first in this city and the second in your grandmother's city in Bali. Each day has three different events, in which we have to change clothes 3 times in one day. It's really dizzying because your mom wants to carry it out with her cultural customs, while your grandmother wants everything to be international. Papa doesn't understand why they want to do such a show, but Papa can't do anything and can only obey the will of your Mama, the woman Papa loves. Seeing her happy with her marriage, Papa was also happy despite having to tire of the process."

"Are you bothered by your marriage, Bang?" asked Irfan to his son.

"It was, but after hearing Papa's story, it didn't seem like it."

They laughed when they heard that. Soon their laughter stopped as Santi walked out of a room and approached them.

"Rico, you can come in now, honey."

"Can I come in too?" ask Irfan to Santi.

"You're here."

"Why? I'm Papa Alina's candidate, Rico's my son, why can't I come in?" ask Irfan. 

"Only prospective husbands and women can go inside, you are not one of them, so just wait here okay," said Santi.

Then he turned around and entered the room after Rico first went in there. 

Irfan could only sigh. It seems like he had wrongly rejected Santi's words about her coming home. But how else, instead of him coming home in the middle of waiting for her, he better patiently wait until the next few minutes. 

In a room, Rico looks amazed to see Alina who came out of the dressing room with a very luxurious dress on her body. Alina's ideal body and her natural beauty made the clothes she was wearing felt alive. 

Alina, who was wearing the clothes, looked like an angel who hypnotized her gaze. Rico could hardly even blink looking at his future wife behind the luxurious dress. No need to wait for Alina to dress up, her pale face after being cleaned of makeup was enough to amaze her with her current appearance. 

"Alright, it looks like this dress is suitable for Alina. We just choose this one, Ma," Rico told Santi and Zara. 

"There's still two more dresses, Bang. After that, you decide which one to go for."

Rico who was smiling was amazed to see the appearance of Alina is now surprised by the words of her mother. Two more dresses? It had been almost half an hour that she waited, Alina had only worn one dress and her mother had now asked Alina to try two more dresses? Really, he thought.
