62. Track Location

Alina had been with her brother for two days to return to her hometown. Two days ago, Rico lost communication with his girlfriend.

Since Alina's departure two days ago, the woman seemed to just disappear because of her disappearance without any news at all. When Rico called Alina, the woman's mobile number was off. Rico thought that Alina was still sleeping or packing, but when she came to her apartment, it looked uninhabited. Even the officer there said that if Alina hadn't come home since the night she drove her home that time.

Officers there said that after he drove Alina home, there was a car that took Alina away from there. If the officer did not see wrong, in the car there was a man who was none other than Alfian. It was likely that Alina stayed at her brother's house that night because the next morning they were leaving. But the question until now, why did Alina not give him the news and even until now the woman's mobile number was not active.

Now how did he find out where his girlfriend was and find out?

On the third day of Alina's departure, Rico plans to meet Andi to inquire about Alina's whereabouts. Given that they had been friends for a long time, it was possible that the man knew quite a bit about Alina's family, or perhaps her residence in the village.

Right now Rico had arrived in front of his friend's multi-storey building. Who else if not Andi, a successful entrepreneur who has managed to become the trust of his parents to take care of his big business.

Because Andi is still doing the meeting, Rico asked his secretary to wait in Andi's room. While waiting, he kept trying to call Alina's number. But the results he received were the same, the woman's number was still inactive. Rico sighed, his gaze staring at the wall ahead, while his brain kept spinning, thinking about his current state and whereabouts of his girlfriend.

Shortly after, Andi's room door opened and made Rico surprised at his daydream. He stared at the door where Andi looked inside with his personal assistant.

Andi who saw the presence of Rico in his room was not surprised anymore because his secretary in front of him had told him about the arrival of the man. Regardless of Rico's presence there, Andi continued walking towards his desk with his personal assistant. After a few minutes of talking to his assistant, Andi now moved out of her chair and sat on the sofa beside Rico.

"Why?" andi asked while patting Rico on the shoulder.

Rico held up his seat and stared at his friend.

"Do you know Alina's hometown address?" ask without further ado.

Andi frowned and got the question.

"Tumben nanyain village of Alina. What was? You want to meet his family there?"

Andi who does not know if Alina left since three days ago then considers Rico's question as a normal question. He thought Rico was planning to meet Alina's family there in person because he couldn't wait to question her.

"I'm serious, Ndi. You know what Alina's hometown address is?"

Seeing the serious voice and look on Rico's face, Andi looked at him seriously.

"Em, I don't know, Co. Why why anyway? Why are you so worried?" andy asked curiously.

Rico tells Andi about Alina who went with her brother three days ago. He also said that Alina had no news since her departure on the first day.

"His phone was not active until now, he did not even say that the night was staying at his brother's house. That night I drove her to the apartment."

Andi also seemed to think about the story of Rico. He also became curious why Alina left without news and deactivated her phone so far.

Although the woman's phone is not active, but that does not mean it becomes a big problem for them. They will still be able to track the woman's phone or number in various ways that are increasingly sophisticated.

But because after lunchtime today Rico still has work to take care of, finally he and Andi decided to track Alina's number later tonight or tomorrow.

In the morning, Andi and Rico are seen in the car to get to a location believed to be where Alina's phone is. Last night they tracked down Alina's phone and were shocked to find her location in the same city.

This morning they can only go to the location because last night Andi still has work to be done. Fortunately it was a weekend day so they could go in the morning like this.

With Andi as the guide and Rico as the driver, an hour later they had arrived in front of an elite housing complex. The two men looked at each other with various questions in their heads, was this really the place?

"Ndi, you didn't read the maps wrong, did you?" ask Rico.

"No, the location is right here." 

"Why is Alina's cell phone in this house?" roico murmured in the heart.

Unwilling to be too suspicious, Rico and Andi decide to get out of the car and approach the security guard post next to the gate. It's better they ask questions than guess the unclear.

"Excuse me" Rico said, glancing in the direction of the security guard post. 

"Good day, can anyone help, Mom?" ask the guard after getting out of his post.

"We want to ask, sir, are there any residents of the complex here named Alina?" ask Rico.

"Whose full name is it, Mom? You see, I've never heard that name here" said the security guard. Making Rico and Andi look at each other. 

If there's no Alina name living here, then does Alina have another nickname like, Castora, from her last name? Rico guessed so and he hoped his guess was correct. But when they mentioned Alina's long name was Alina Castora, the security guard replied with the same answer as before, that he had never heard the name. This made both Rico and Andi a little surprised. If Alina wasn't in this compound, then why would the location of her phone lead to this housing?
