The voices came from his family's dining room as Cleon walked down the corridor connecting the living room and the living room.

Cleon clenched his eyes and gnashed his teeth, trying to strengthen his heart, making the words that hurt him an excuse to hate his mother.

Conquer! He repeated the words in his mind until he lost meaning.

"Cleons! What are you doing?"

He heard his father's voice blaring at the end of the corridor, followed by the thumping sound of the heels of shoes clashing with the floor.

His father ran towards them.
