"With all due respect, Vice Academy!" Xenephon. "What does it mean to have another teacher?" he asked while frowning.

"Isn't that clear enough?" One of the higher-ups interrupted Xenephon. "Lord Vox is not at the academy. But the development of Evelyn Katz increased dramatically. He was still at level fifteen when he signed up. In seven days he had already reached level twenty-one. He even got a second chakra overnight."

The entire room blinked, then looked at Evelyn and Xenephon alternately.

Xenephon stepped into the center of the room and stopped by Evelyn's side. "I'm in charge of Evelyn Katz as long as Lord Vox isn't in place. And I dare guarantee Evelyn Katz does not break the academy's rules."

"Then how did he get his second chakra?" The vice academy asked half rebuked. "Someone, not even a teleportation expert, could possibly hunt a monster elf overnight. Except. if someone in the Fairy Monster Hunting Forest had conquered the monster elf first and brought Evelyn Katz by teleportation. And that's not even possible for Nazareth Vox!"

Evelyn spontaneously tightened her jaw and sighed, preparing to spout words of protest while pointing her index finger at the middle-aged man. But Xenephon's grip on his shoulder signaled a warning not to act rashly.

"Evelyn Katz's second chakra is not obtained from hunting monsters" Xenephon said politely. "But from cultivating the core strength of the parasite-protective fairy."

"Protective parasite?" The whole room was strangling.

The theory again! erang Lady Die in his heart. This little fox had a thousand and one ways to save his guardian theory. No wonder Nazareth Vox privileged him!

"Protective parasite? One of the ten core strength theories of the protective elf?" The vice of the academy looked at Xenephon with squinted eyes. Then looked at Evelyn with an unconvinced expression.

Evelyn bowed respectfully to the soldiers. "Master Claus is right, sir!" he said reassuring the academy representative.

"Wait a minute!" A guardian interrupted. "No one has ever proved the ten core strength theories of the protective fairy. How do you prove it?"

"The copycat protective fairy power technique is one that I have already proven in the arena," Evelyn replied, still bowing respectfully to the army.

"All right," said the guardian. "For that one, we can see it ourselves. But the second chakra obtained from cultivating the core strength of the parasite-protective fairy, how do you explain it?"

"Could you remember Evelyn Katz being injured in the knee while fighting Cleon Jace?" Xenephon took over the conversation.

All eyes were now on Xenephon.

"I implanted Manna in Evelyn Katz's body to recover her injuries" Xenephon said. "Evelyn Katz used the Manna to increase her cultivation and make Manna a protective fairy of parasites."

"Imust be!" muttered some people.

"Nazareth Vox never even wrote down an explanation on how to get it" said one senior official. "Protective berries of parasites are categorized as special cases!"

"It's strange that Nazareth Vox's private disciple can get it?" sergeant Xenephon. "Who knows Evelyn Katz might get a special lesson!"

The whole room was silent.

"Alright," said the academy representative after a moment of silence. "That's it! If in three days Evelyn Katz could prove the third theory of the protective fairy core strength…"

"No!" Xenephon interrupted quickly. "The third theory cannot be learned until it reaches level thirty" he protested. "Evelyn Katz has only reached level twenty-one!"

I heard low murmur.

The entire room turned rowdy as everyone moved restlessly in their respective places.

"Wouldn't he be able to jump two levels in one day?" A guardian interrupted. "What's there to worry about?"

"We still don't know what causes Evelyn Katz's level to soar every day" Xenephon said.

"You're in charge of Evelyn Katz as long as Lord Vox isn't in place!" hardik vice academy. "How can you say we still don't know what caused his level to soar?"

"Everything about Evelyn Katz is new in the academy, even in the world of Spiritual Masters!" Xenephon. "We can't make a decision without a deeper investigation."

"Right," Arsen Heart finally opened his voice. "The allegations regarding Evelyn Katz's offence are too rash. Why not wait until Lord Vox returns to the Academy?" his proposal.

The whole room went silent again.

The vice academy turned his gaze to Evelyn. "What, Evelyn Katz? Are you able to prove that you didn't break the academy's rules?"

Evelyn gulped and bowed, "Alright," she said in a choked voice.

"Geev!" Xenephon screeched stifled as he turned to Evelyn.

"Don't worry, sir!" whispered with a cold expression. "I won't let Lord Vox be humiliated."

"But—"

Evelyn interrupted Xenephon by raising her hand. Then turned to look towards the vice academy. "I'll prove it right now!"

"What?" Xenephon gasped and twisted.

The whole room was shrieking and flabbergasted.

Nyx Cornus froze at the end of the line.

Evelyn pulled up next to her foot and linked it to the heel of the other leg, then developed both her hands on her sides.

"No!" prevent Xenephon from reaching out his hand, trying to grab Evelyn's shoulder, but at the same time, someone grabbed her shoulder and pulled her sideways. "It's dangerous!" he thrashed and jerked his body, trying to escape from the grip of the hand that was holding him.

"Xen!" that soft voice made him instantly speechless. Nyx Cornus pulled her to the side of the room. "Just entrust everything to Evelyn," he persuaded gently.

Xenephon gulped and froze in anxiety.

A yellow circle of light dimmed under Evelyn's feet, then settled up to the girl's waist, followed by a blood-red halo patterned on astrological symbols.

Evelyn spread both her hands on the sides of her body with a loud jolt that instantly brought out the tendrils of the plant from her back like spider legs.

The entire room was flabbergasted and frozen, waiting with curious gazes. Some people even forget to blink and hold their breath.

The gusty wind formed a vortex of light mist around Evelyn's body which slowly turned into a dark mist and gradually formed a disc-shaped dark circle.

The entire room was suffocating stifled in a mutter of amazement.

Xenephon blinked and exchanged glances with Nyx Cornus.

"She succeeded" Nyx Cornus hissed in a choked voice.

"Third chakra!" muttered some half-believed.

"Okay, enough!" The vice academy raised his hand, stopping Evelyn. "That's enough to prove Evelyn Katz wasn't lying about her spiritual chakra."

Xenephon let out a short sigh and relaxed his shoulders, sighing in relief. But then I realized Evelyn did not stop.

The whole room frowned.

"What's going on?" they're wondering.

"Geelyn Katz!" the vice academy reprimanded Evelyn. "Just enough!"

Evelyn didn't touch him. The girl's look was empty. His face looks flat.
