"Close your eyes!" Evelyn instructed.

The four friends spontaneously closed their eyes.

"Dam!" Evelyn gave a sign to Xena.

"Sure!" Xena activates super vision and opens the eyes. Then look around.

Hundreds of living skulls crawled out from the flaming arena floor. Their bones also lit up like burning twigs. Soon, their hands reached the feet of Evelyn and her companions, trying to pull them into the ground.

"Skeleton!" Xena tells. "They're trying to pull us into the ground.

"Three-heart unification technique!" Evelyn's instructions.

Before long the floor of the arena trembled and crumpled, then it broke into cracks, engulfing all the living skulls and squeezing them, burying them back into the ground.

The two members behind the team leader of the Hades Magic Academy shot towards Evelyn's team.

"Cleon!" yelled Xena who was automatically responded to with a swing of Cleon's hammer landed on the floor surface.

YOAAARRRR!

The floor of the arena exploded throwing down a strong wind that extinguished the flames.

The two members of the Hades Magic Academy team who were swooping towards them ejected simultaneously, but in an instant they had already turned around with a salto movement that made them bounce back towards Evelyn and her companions.

"Open your eyes!" xena's instructions. "Altairi! Third technique!"

Xena and Altair simultaneously shot into the air taking out their wings and flying around in circles over Evelyn's head.

GLAAAAARRRH!

The team leader of the Hades Magic Academy shot out a dome-shaped light energy towards Xena and Altair.

Cleon soared while swinging his hammer to stem the attack.

YOAAARRRR!

Explosions of energy blared from the impact of the two.

Evelyn scattered the plant tendrils all over the floor, while Electra flew out swerving towards the other two members of the Hades Magic Academy team who were still lingering in the back position.

Their team leader swung his magic wand towards Electra.

SLASHY!

Electra was lost to teleportation techniques.

Simultaneously, the tendrils of the Evelyn plant rose up in unison forming hands and heads that in an instant had already turned into her in large numbers, then surrounded the two youths in the back row.

The team leader of the Hades Magic Academy was unaffected by Evelyn's illusory figure, quickly darting towards Evelyn while swinging his magic wand.

SLASHY!

Electra let out her flying direction, spun and darted in pursuit of the team leader of the Hades Magic Academy.

Simultaneously, Cleon also darted towards the team leader from the front while swinging his hammer.

The four members of the Hades Magic Academy team gasped and charged towards their chairman.

Evelyn spontaneously bounced her body into the air while rotating with both hands stretched out on her sides, at the same time, the plant tendrils spreading from her palms quickly formed a circle.

One of them tried to break the plant's tendrils and instantly the plant's tendrils hardened.

"What is the protective fairy?" the other members muttered.

"There's no other way" their chairman said. "Combined formation!" he instructed.

Then the five teenagers linked their hands together.

The arena floor was back on fire. The flame is five times bigger.

A dark-bodied giant figure emerged from the middle of the blaze in front of Evelyn. He was about five feet tall, human-like, yet hairy. On both sides of his head was a pair of horns like sheep horns. In his hand, the giant creature clasped a bat from a rock that looked like a baseball bat but spiked and lit.

"Cleon, third technique!" Evelyn instructed.

Cleon lunged forward as he swung his hammer, a gigantic illusory figure creeping behind him along with a much larger hammer that spontaneously followed Cleon's movements.

Evelyn spouted a blood-red flame-like light energy from her mouth towards Cleon, and instantly the goliath illusionary figure behind Cleon doubled in size, as did her hammer.

Nazareth and Nyx Cornus gasped with the other guardians.

The entire hall was flabbergasted.

"Put type!" peekkit Helios's.

Nyx Cornus and Nazareth spontaneously graze toward Xenephon. Again Xenephon manna, they thought.

Xenephon glanced back at them with an annoyed look on his face, "He made excellent use of my manna!" the language of light.

"How can a controller type have a supporting type technique?" muttered some people on his left-right.

"So he's the controller type or the support type?" the other comment.

"CHIAAAAAAAT!" Cleon swung his hammer towards the giant and the instant the arena exploded again, ten times more powerful than the first moment.

The large glass screen displaying the live broadcast of the fight was darkened and blurry.

The battle arena was covered in a dark puff of smoke and the flames all over the floor had been completely extinguished.

"We admit defeat!" shouted the team leader of the Hades Magic Academy.

"It's over!" yelled both hosts at the same time. "The fight was won by the team of the Dream God Military Academy from Neraida!"

The hall of the Noble Hall of both countries exploded with thunderous applause.

Evelyn pulled her protective fairy and stored her inner energy.

Moments later, the sliding door across from them opened and instantly the five members of the Hades Magic Academy team were sucked in and disappeared.

The door is back closed.

Evelyn and her friends simultaneously froze staring at the void.

A number of the Knights of the Order of Angelos from four sides extended their hands with their palms facing forward, throwing light energies in the form of colorful light powders. The disc-shaped circle of light was created from the combined energy of the four knights, then settles onto the floor.

Evelyn and her friends simultaneously charged to the edge of the arena, out of the circle.

The arena floor trembled and crimped, then slowly rock fragments gathered into the middle of the arena and returned to its place. The floor was back as intact as before.

"Next.." one of the hosts continued. "No break for the winner!" god to Evelyn and her friends. Trying to encourage them in a joking manner.

But what he said was no joke. The second half of the decider did not give the winner a chance to rest. That's why Nazareth said the next round will drain a lot of energy.

Sloan grinned at the Neraida Noble Hall, staring at the Morfeus Academy team screen with a satisfied look. He thought that by getting the first turn, Morfeus Academy's team might have been exhausted when dealing with them. They don't have the recovery type! thought.

And before he realized what was happening, the teleportation portal was already revealed sucking him in with his friends.

BLAAASH!

Sloan tossed and fell on the arena floor with a downturned position.

Cleon chuckled thinly with a scornful look.

Sloan pulled up her body with her jaws tightened.
