Ryanthi was busy reading a book on the back porch of her house, when Arumi came by holding Moedya there.
The long-haired man looked a little nervous, although he kept trying to act as calm as possible.
"Good afternoon, ma'am," said Arumi as she invited Moedya to sit next to her. The man also raised his smile at Ryanthi.
Ryanthi closed the book she was reading. He also took off the glasses he was wearing. After that, Ryanthi placed her books and glasses on the table. He stared at the man with the leather jacket.
"Modhy?" Say hello to Ryanthi warmly.
Moedya smiled as she nodded politely. "Bu Ryanthi," Moedya replied. He kept trying to shake off the awkward feeling he was feeling at the time.
"We've met before, but only this time can greet directly," Ryanthi said gently.
"I don't know if you are .. um.. sorry Ms. Ryanthi," Moedya said with some confusion. They don't know if they should be formal or otherwise.
While Arumi, he just sat quietly watching the lover who was struggling with his own nervousness.
"Don't be too stiff! Just relax!" Ryanthi. He seemed to be able to catch the awkward feeling that Moedya felt from meeting him.
"Arumi has told me a lot about you. Said you were also good friends with Keanu?" Ryanthi. He continued to try to melt the increasingly clumping nervousness in Moedya.
"Yes. I am a soldier with him. Only different majors," explained Moedya. He began to look relaxed with the conversation.
"If you're best friends, why don't you ever see you coming here?" Ryanthi asked again as she scrunched her forehead.
"Keanu used to meet me at the workshop. He always said we were just friends, not dating. So ... I don't need to come to her house," Moedya ended her words with a soft laugh. A moment later he was stunned by his own words.
"We're used to joking around like that .." said Moedya. He was wrong again because of his own words. Occasionally the tattooed man scratched his head that was not itchy.
"You're talking" Moedya murmured in her heart. He then took a deep breath.
Arumi could not help but laugh. A moment later, he held the hand of the lover and held it tightly.
"This is what I love about Moedya. She always talks as she is" flattered Arumi with a gentle look at the man.
Moedya looked back at him. He smiled at Arumi.
"Bu .. What if we invite Ranum's mother here sometime for lunch or dinner maybe. Ranum's mother and mother can definitely be good friends, I'm sure of that! Isn't that Moemoe?" Arumi glanced back at Moedya.
"Yes, sure!" Moedya immediately. "By the way ... Where is Keanu?" Ask Moedya.
Arumi glanced at Ryanthi. He had the same question, since it was a weekend. Usually, Keanu is always at home on weekends.
"Eitherway! Lately Keanu is rarely home. He looks very busy. I didn't have time to talk to him" Ryanthi explained.
"He hasn't stopped by the workshop in a few days either" said Moedya.
"My brother is indeed very mysterious," said Arumi casually.
Ryanthi just smiled. He turned his gaze back to Moedya.
"So ... What is your busy life other than managing a workshop?" Ask Ryanthi. He began to interrogate the long-haired man.
"I love fishing .. sometimes reading a book .. Nothing matters, Mom," Moedya said with a faint smile on her face.
"Sometimes the thing that others consider unimportant is something that can give life to our days. Those who see what we do in passing, can only comment at will, without knowing the true meaning of something that they sometimes do not consider useful at all," Ryanthi ended her words with a pushy smile on the corner of her lips.
"I told you that my mother was full of life philosophies. You will feel at home for a long time talking to him," said Arumi.
"Mother, I think Moedya would rather talk to you, baby!" Ryanthi. He glanced at the two young men who were being hit by the kasmaran.
"Mom will prepare dinner first" Ryanthi said as she moved from her seat. "Moedya, let's continue the conversation later at the dinner table!" Ryanthi's Message. That means, he wants Moedya to come to dinner with him and Arumi.
"How's my mom?" Arumi asked after Ryanthi passed and was no longer seen there.
"Good!" Moedya answered with great confidence. "Um .. I mean .. yes .. he is very good and looks very smart. I think Ryanthi's mom is a lot smarter than you," Moedya chirped, making Arumi glare at him.
The afternoon just passed. Keanu is only seen when dinner time has arrived. His face was a little radiant seeing his best friend there.
On the dining table there has been a variety of appetizing dinner menu. Ryanthi prepared a lot of food this time.
The familiar atmosphere was intertwined there. There was a warm conversation going on between them, especially between Moedya and Keanu.
Ryanthi was only an observer of the man who became the idol of his youngest daughter. Sometimes he asked questions to Moedya, but he also did not talk too much because he did not want to be considered as an in-law who was interrogating his future daughter-in-law. He did not want Moedya to feel intimidated by him.
The dinner is over. Arumi helps the mother clean the dining table, while Keanu and Moedya chat on the back porch.
Actually Keanu was eager to ask for help from his sister-in-law, because Moedya was more familiar with the world that Keanu was touching at this time, in order to bring Puspa out of there. However, he still felt awkward to express his intentions.
"It's too busy, Ken?" Moedya asked as she lit up a cigarette and flashed a thin smoke from her mouth.
"Yes, that is," Keanu replied briefly. His face showed an uneasy feeling.
Moedya glanced at her close friend. He felt something else that Keanu was going through.
"Is there an important problem?" Inquiringly. He returned to smoke his cigarette.
"There are a lot of important problems that I need to solve. I was confused where to start" Keanu replied with his flat face.
Moedya laughed softly. He returned to his cigarette. They were both silent for a moment.
"It's incredible that you finally dared to meet my mother" Keanu replied with a mocking smile.
"Damn it! You think I'm a coward?" Denying Moedya. He then turned off his cigarette butts inside the ashtray.
"What's your problem now? Is being the boss of a big company so hard?" Moedya shook her head. He also took a long breath.
"That's why I prefer to be a mechanic. It felt like the job was a lot more fun for me" muttered Moedya. He looked straight ahead. On a well-organized plant, which is not far from the pool.
Keanu did not answer. He just sat there too.
"How's your blonde girl doing?" Moedya asked as she glanced back at Keanu who was still silent.
Keanu sighed deeply. "I've cut off communication with him" the man replied slowly.
"Why? Not that she ...."
"Ah ... come on! Don't talk about him!" Sergey Keanu. He does not want to talk about Pamela, because now he is busy thinking about Puspa.
What would the sweet girl give him in return for his struggle this time around? Keanu only wants to bring Puspa into a world that is much more beautiful than his current world. But whether it works or not. Keanu is not really sure. However, one thing is certain, Keanu will definitely continue to fight for the freedom of the tiny girl.
