SHAPESHIFTERS
The Part 102

Nancy thrusts the bathrobe at Marco.

"Wear this! I don't have any men's clothes here!" nancy said, then sat on the empty sofa.

In reverse, Marco returns to his full human form, and wears Nancy's bathrobe.

"I don't understand your way of thinking...

But, I think right now you're being yourself" Nancy said slowly.

Marco sat there.

"Are you sure he won't control you anymore?" ask Nancy.

"Yes, Grandma! She is no longer an elf, her wings are broken, and I no longer feel any ill will from her" Marco replied.

Nancy grunts.

"After I examined Eackbert here earlier, and returned to the castle, I felt sure that you were under his influence" Nancy said, glancing at Cecilia lying down.

"You suddenly ask the shapeshifters to serve you...

In fact, you tell those who are there to prepare for war, and that they also convey it to other shapeshifters" Nancy said.

"I did not want to stay there for long, and immediately rushed back to this house," continued Nancy again.

"Then did they go tell the other shapeshifter about my orders?" ask Marco.

"Oh, yes! I just remembered!" nancy said with her eyes enlarged.

"Hurry back to the castle! Stop all your crazy orders!" continued Nancy.

Marco is actually still feeling very tired and wants to rest even for a moment.

But inevitably, Marco must return to the castle, if he does not want anyone to prepare for war with the other races.

Marco walked out the side door of Nancy's house, changed shape there and prepared to leave.

"Where are Beta and Delta?" ask Marco.

"They're in the castle! Only Gamma was left here, to take care of your Uncle," replied Nancy.

"Please take care of Cecilia, Grandma!" marco said, then flew up.

After getting closer to the castle, Marco thought that maybe he should go to the western tower.

And it turns out to be true.

Inside, the shapeshifters were gathering, as if they were waiting for something.

Marco flew over them, and headed towards the seat that Marco remembered had occupied earlier, before falling out with Cecilia.

Marco partially held his shape, then set his foot in front of the chair.

Marco is confused as to which Beta and Delta are, among dozens of other shapeshifters who wear their preferred animal form.

"Maybe! Delta!" exclaim Marco.

Two wolf-shaped shapeshifters, then seen walking slowly closer to Marco.

"Stand next to me!" said Marco.

Beta and Delta then stood on the left and right sides of Marco, without commenting anything.

"Listen to Alpha!" exclaim Marco.

"Tell all the shapeshifters, both those in the main settlement, and those on the run!

All shapeshifters can come, stay and gather in the main settlement, without any status difference!

All of you, go report, right now!" exclaim Marco again.

"Okay, Alpha!"

Their unanimous answer, followed in a body style as if bowing, saluted Marco.

Then the sound of shapeshifters stepping out of the room, and the voices of those who spoke to each other in large numbers, somewhat diverted Marco's hearing from Beta's voice.

"Maybe! What are you saying?" ask Marco.

"What's going on? Didn't you just ask us to prepare for war?" ask Beta.

"Hmmm... So you guys prefer to fight?" Marco asked back.

"Then do you still have clothes?" ask Marco.

Beta and Delta may be confused until they are silent for a while, before finally answering Marco's question.

"Our clothes are still there!" answer Delta.

"You better be human now!" said Marco.

"Give me clothes too!" marco continued, then sat in the chair that was behind him.

Beta and Delta walked out of the room leaving Marco alone for long enough, until Marco fell asleep in the chair tired, and waited too long for Beta and Delta.

"Marco!"

"Marco!"

Beta's voice calling out to Marco, while shaking Marco's shoulder, made Marco wake up from his sleep.

Falling asleep in an uncomfortable sitting position because of his curved wings and folded, making Marco's body feel sore when standing.

"It's clothes for you!" beta said while thrusting a pair of clothes for Marco to wear.

Still yawning occasionally, Marco put on his clothes.

"Is there anything I can eat? I'm so hungry!" marco said while buttoning his shirt.

Beta and Delta then seemed to be preparing to walk out of there.

"Hey! You guys don't want to wait for me?" ask Marco.

"Aren't you going to eat?" Delta asked back.

"Yes" answered Marco.

"That's it, we'll go get it for you!" delta.

Marco shook his head.

"I didn't tell you to take it... I'm just asking...

If there is, I can still go eat where the food is" Marco said.

Marco then walks along with Beta and Delta, out of the room.

"Do you want to tell me what happened?" ask Beta.

"I think you've been under the influence of Elves since yesterday, after you defeated your Uncle," Delta said.

"Yesterday?" marco asked confusedly.

"Yes," Delta and Beta answered simultaneously.

"That means you're really under the influence of the Elves? How do you handle it? Where is he now? Is he dead?" Question after question Beta, slid out of her mouth without pause.

"Slow down!" marco said, shaking his head.

"To my knowledge, shortly after my fight with Eackbert, I was brought into his mind...

Hmmmm... That's not the first time. When we were in Cecilia's room, I mean my Mommy, I had a chance to bring her to mind...

But, I could just walk out, when I said that I would follow all her wishes" Marco said.

"Then how can you be aware of this moment?" ask Beta.

"I feel like I've come home, and Bella's watching me...

But, I realized that I saw something strange in Bella's eyes, so I killed her, and I came back here again, and I had a falling out with Cecilia" Marco replied.

"Later I tell you everything. Now, I'm gonna eat and go home. I want to see Bella soon!" continued Marco.

"Here!" beta said, while pointing one direction to Marco.

The three of them then entered in a room containing a large and long table, complete with chairs neatly lined up near the table .

"You just sit down! I'll ask the worker to serve you some food" Beta said.

Marco then sat in one of the chairs and the delta also sat next to him.

"Luckily, we've already talked about Elves. Otherwise, I might get caught up in his thoughts." Marco chirped, looking at Delta pouring him some drinking water.
