Well then, their trip today was a waste, and as Nancy put it, it was just a stupid plan.
But, there were still other things that Marco wanted to know, the least of which could give results, so that their trip felt a bit useful.
"Grandmas! I want to ask for your help." said Marco.
"What's that?" ask Nancy.
"Would Grandma call one of the Alpha's surrogates, and meet me, without making him suspicious?" ask Marco.
"For what?" Nancy asked back.
"Please, Grandma! I'm not gonna fight. I just want to see one of them at a close enough distance" Marco said.
"Now?" ask Nancy.
"Yes. If you can, now!" marco replied, excited because it seemed Nancy was willing to help Marco.
"Hmmm... Waita minute!" nancy said, then fell silent and seemed to be thinking about something, while occasionally looking at them in turn.
"You want to meet in human form? Or in animal form?" ask Nancy.
"I want to meet a surrogate Alpha, in animal form," Marco replied.
"What other crazy plan is this?!"
"You want to admit who you are?"
"What are you thinking?"
The voices of Beta, Gamma and Delta, panicked, and interjected with each other.
"They can recognize you!" said Nancy.
"Is there any way they can't recognize me?" marco asked, staring fixedly at Nancy.
"It should be, your appearance will look vague, if you don't wear the pendant." replied Nancy.
"I'm sorry Ma'am! But, I doubt it," Beta sidestepped.
Nancy then seemed to notice Marco and Beta alternately.
"We'll try it first... Substitute Alpha followers will of course still feel suspicious...
But we hope that he trusts me, and can't confirm his suspicions later" Nancy said, after a brief pause.
"Take off your necklace, and just keep it in there!" continued Nancy, while pointing towards a closet shelf in one corner of the room.
"Bella! You come with me!" take Nancy while standing from her seat, and walk towards one of the doors.
When Nancy returns, Bella is not seen coming back with him, Nancy is alone.
"I hid Bella in my room" said Nancy, without Marco asking.
"You better change shape now! Then wait here!" nancy's orders.

Their pendants were removed, then stored in each one, in the closet shelf shown by Nancy earlier.
They also undressed there, then changed shape, choosing the shape of a wolf.
"What's your plan?" ask Beta.
"Did you forget? If we need to prove that the shapeshifter is a surrogate Alpha follower, also has a mark of deformity on his body?" said Marco.
For a while they waited, Nancy did not return, until Marco began to lose his patience.
While walking back and forth in the room, Marco really wanted to meet up with a substitute Alpha follower soon.
Finally, Nancy was seen walking into the room.
"Wait a minute! He's still looking for a space, so as not to scare off ordinary human visitors" Nancy said, then walked up to one of the doors.
Nancy then opened the door wide, before she went back to Marco.
"He's very young. It'll be a lot easier to fool her, without making her suspicious of you" Nancy said.
"But you have to be careful" Nancy continued.
"Well," Marco said.
Not long after, the tremors that made Marco feel upset, the closer he felt.
Marco tried hard to control himself.
"It seems like a stupid plan. Marco will easily get us caught" Beta sings suddenly.
You'll be found out if this is the case! Take a deep breath!" nancy said, stroking Marco's head.
"Would my energy be felt?" ask Marco.
"Yes," answered Beta, Gamma and Delta in unison.
"Even clearly visible," answered Beta.
"True to say they. Try to think of something that will calm you down" replied Nancy.
Marco obeyed Nancy, and took a deep breath, and exhaled slowly, many times.
A short time later, a wolf appeared to walk in from the open door.
"You know your job, don't you?" marco asked half a whisper.
"Yes," answered Beta, Gamma and Delta together.
The black wolf walked over to Marco and the other three shapeshifters.
"They're the ones who want to join Alpha's replacement!" said Nancy.
The wolf besides its heavy breathing sound, did not utter a word, and seemed to notice Marco and his companions one by one, alternately.
Marco took the opportunity, to pay attention part by part to the body of a substitute Alpha follower, as much as his eyes could see, without moving his head.

Excited to know that, Marco got excited, and somehow, suddenly one of the shapeshifters nearby, kicked him hard enough.
Marco finally came to his senses, as Nancy was looking at him, moving one of his hands down and up in front of his chest, as if telling Marco to catch his breath.
Hurriedly, Marco tried to calm his mind again, before the shapeshifter of substitute Alpha followers looked towards him again.
"You guys look pretty good!" said the foreign voice that Marco suspected, is the voice of his opponent's shapeshifter.
"But I'm not the one who can judge you" he said.
"You should go see Alpha! And he will decide whether you can come or not" the shapeshifter continued.
"Can we go now? Meet Alpha?" marco suddenly got an idea.
"No. Not today... Alpha is in the east tower, and no one can disturb him while he's there" the shapeshifter replied.
"When can we meet Alpha?" ask Marco.
"Alpha just went there a while ago. And the time is never the same every time he goes there...
It could be the afternoon he returns, or the next week," replied the shapeshifter.
"You can wait here. I'll tell Madam Hawthorne that Alpha's back" the shapeshifter continued, then walked away and finally out of the room.
Shortly after the shapeshifter left, nancy was seen walking to the door the shapeshifter passed, then walking out, as if making sure that the shapeshifter was really not there anymore.
"Almost!" chirp Beta, shaking her head.
When Nancy came back and closed the door, Nancy walked over to Marco.
Nancy seemed to take a deep breath, and exhaled it violently.
"I'm proud because you're brave. But, you have to learn more, to control yourself. You almost made your own plan go awry" Nancy said.
"May I know what you're thinking, so I'd like to meet a substitute Alpha shapeshifter?" ask Nancy.
Marco fell silent.
"You should return to your human form so that we can speak well" Nancy said.
"And you owe me an explanation!" continued Nancy, while staring at Marco fixedly.
Marco, Beta, Gamma and Delta, then walked back to one corner of the room, and changed shape there, also wearing the necklace again.
"Did you see it?" marco asked while wearing his clothes.
"Yes. L saw. It's on his leg, close to his knee" Beta replied.
"really. This time I'm sure that all of the shapeshifters are the same defect marks" Marco said.
"I'm curious... If he said we could find a replacement Alpha, would you really meet him at that time?" ask Delta.
"of course. It would be better if we could go in and meet with a replacement Alpha, without having to bother looking for a way to infiltrate" Marco replied.
"I think it's crazy." Beta said.
