"No one else is acting stupid!" beta warned.

Delta seemed to bow his head, while Marco simply turned his face away, from Beta and Delta who were standing next to each other.

"We just got off training. Alpha is also injured. That was why he couldn't be too pushy to practice fighting...

By imposing its conditions, it will not benefit anyone" said Beta, who appeared to explain the matter to Delta.

"What's going on? Until Alpha can get hurt," asked Delta, staring at Beta.

"Alpha replacement followers came to check this place," Beta replied.

"So, Alpha got hurt fighting them?" ask Delta again.

"I'm right here. You can ask me directly. Don't pretend like I'm invisible in your eyes!" said Marco.

Both Delta and Beta finally fell silent at Marco's words.

"Give me a little time to rest, and we can practice fighting again" Marco said.

Beta then approached Marco and sat down next to him, and so did Delta who seemed to be carefully taking a seat next to Beta.

"I'm sorry... I had absolutely no idea that anything was going on here" Delta chirped, seeming to regret his bad behavior.

Marco only snorted, and slightly nodded his head.

"Then, you already know how to use your abilities, to distinguish shapeshifters?" ask Delta.

"Yes. But I can't distinguish one from the other. I can only tell the difference between a friend or an opponent" Marco replied.

"That's no big deal. You will be able to distinguish us. I think maybe when the replacement Alpha is out, and you rule your throne" Delta said.

"What about cursing and releasing curses? Have you tried it before?" ask Delta.

"You mean?" Marco asked back.

"You should be able to release the curses from the shapeshifter to ordinary humans," Delta replied.

Marco remembered Sister Martha who, according to his confession, Sister Martha was condemned to be *vegetative by a surrogate Alpha, and Marco released her from the curse.

(*vegetative \= is a state in which the human lives, breathes and his heart beats, but there is no contact, and is unaware of the conditions around him.)

"I've already released the curse of a nun who protected me" Marco replied.

"You mean, you cursed him and then let him go again?" ask Beta.

"You kidding? Why would I curse someone nice to me?" said Marco.

"Suster was cursed Alpha's successor, and I made him come back to his senses, from his long dream," Marco continued.

Beta and Delta looked face to face as if they were confused.

"We still seem to know less about you." Beta chirped.

"About what?" ask Marco.

"You can actually release the curse from another shapeshifter." Beta replied.

"Have you ever cursed a human?" ask Beta.

"No. I don't even know what that power is for. Just to torture ordinary people. What good?" ask Marco.

"Actually that power is useless against a substitute Alpha....

... It used a shapeshifter, in order to hide from ordinary humans, when we were desperate," Beta replied.

"What is useful is precisely your ability to reconcile, and communicate with native animals...

... You can ask them for help, as we prepare to ambush into the castle" Beta continued.

"I've never tried it. In addition to what you think is peaceful'," said Marco flat.

"Aren't you willing to try to communicate with wild animals?" ask Beta.

"I want to. But, do you want me to go look for wild animals now?" ask Marco.

"In a city like this, it's not easy to find wild animals. Except at night. There's probably coyotes hanging around here" Marco continued.

Delta, who had just been silent, made it clear that there was something he was thinking, and did not want to speak his mind to Marco or Beta.

Marco had no interest in talking to him either, and it seemed that so was Beta, who was now lying under the maple tree.

"Who is this?" chirp one of Adaline's brothers, who had suddenly been near them.

"My name is Fent!" fent said introduce himself.

"Marco! I came here to ask Bella, to see you. He said he wanted to swim in the river with Adaline" Fent said.

"Why didn't he tell me directly?" ask Marco.

"Bella with Adaline is preparing lunch there" replied Fent.

"He can't go alone, I'll go with him" Marco said, standing up from his seat, and getting ready to walk home.

"I want to come too!" said Beta who seemed to hurriedly stand up and was about to walk with Marco.

"What about you, Delta?" ask Beta.

"I'm coming!" answer Delta.

Marco then walked along with Beta, Delta and Fent.

"I've seen a nice river in the protected forest of this city" Beta said.

"Yes, I know," said Marco.

As they enter the house, Bella and Adaline, as well as Seba and Fint are seen busy putting food into the supply.

"You all want to come?" ask Bella.

"Yes" answered Marco.

"I won't let you go anywhere without me" Marco continued.

Bella just smiled as she continued her activities.

Adaline seemed to be smiling to herself.

"What's Adaline?" ask Marco.

"Eh! That who?" adaline asked, pointing at Delta who was standing some distance away from them.

"Delta. You get acquainted with him first," replied Marco, then lifted some of the luggage that had been packed.

"Wait a minute! I'll add our lunch first" said Seba.

Seba then put the extra food, into the supply place they would bring.

"Let us take him!" beta said, then took the items that Marco had already held.

Here are also the other items, which Delta took, and Adaline's two brothers.

"We'll just use your car, okay?! We can sit in the back tub" Fent said.

"okay! It's up to you!" said Marco.

All were ready to leave, Marco was driving, and Bella was sitting beside him, while the rest were sitting in the back of Marco's car, carrying their luggage.

"Tumben you want to go to the river." chirped Marco, as his car began to run.

"I'm bored at home. It's okay, isn't it? All of you, we can have a picnic in a crowd, it will be exciting," said Bella.

"It's okay, as long as you don't go alone." replied Marco.

"Where do you want to go to the river?" ask Marco.

"The one in the protected forest. I used to go there. There's a waterfall," replied Bella seemed excited.

"But, walk there quite far, from the side of the highway," said Marco.

"Hmmm... Don't tell me you don't want to go there." said Bella lethargic.

"No, hon... I was just thinking, aren't you going to be tired of walking that far" Marco said slowly.

"I don't think that's a problem... If I'm tired, you can carry me, right?" Bella.

"Of course" answered Marco.

"Hmmm ... Did something happen between the three of you?" ask Bella.

"Whatchu mean? As far as I know, there is nothing" Marco said.

"Then, why does Delta's face look hurt?" ask Bella.
