SHAPESHIFTERS
The Part 99

The commotion that occurred in the room, completely ignored by Marco, until finally the door was opened from the outside.

At the door stood a man who looked to be around fifty years old.

Marco again saw a strange glint in the man's eyes, just as Marco had seen in his Mommy's eyes earlier.

Behind the man were many shapeshifters wearing animal shapes, and looked on guard there.

"I'm challenging Alpha!" marco said firmly.

For a moment everything was silent, and the man who appeared to be the substitute Alpha, seemed to step forward towards Marco.

"I accept your challenge!" said the man with a heavy and trembling voice.

The man then turned around, and walked away from the place, while some shapeshifters escorted Marco, Cecilia and the others following the departure of the substitute Alpha.

Cecilia who took Marco's hand, while Beta Gamma and Delta also nancy who followed behind, walked quite far down the corridor after the corridor inside the castle.

Marco really just followed the controls, and walked until they all arrived at the open field in the middle of the castle.

Fair enough for Marco to see the movements of the shapeshifters of the Alpha successors, who did not try to harm him and the others, and only drove Marco to that place.

Despite this, Marco is currently feeling very upset, and he is almost overwhelmed to control himself to contain his frustration.

But, Marco still tried to keep looking calm as much as possible, until his sweat now felt soaked his forehead and back.

Substitute Alpha, Eackbert, now stands in the middle of the open field, and Marco then takes to the field, and confronts Eackbert.

Marco then glanced around the place.

Today, the place has a lot of shapeshifters who use the shape of their choice animals.

The shapeshifter-shapeshifter stood, and almost formed a roundabout like a posse, which surrounded Marco and Eackbert.

Only Cecilia, Beta, Gamma, Delta and Nancy are still visible with their human forms.

"Pick your first form!" Eackbert.

Marco then changes shape as a sparrow, and becomes a laughing stock, as Marco's small body tries to get out of his clothes.

"Are you sure?" asked Eackbert who looked flat-faced, and did not laugh at all.

"Yes" answered Marco.

After answering Eackbert's question, Eackbert immediately turned into an eagle, until his torn clothes scattered to the ground.

There were even some pieces of Eackbert's clothing that had hit Marco, and Marco had to brush them off so that they wouldn't cover it.

Marco flew for the first time, and at high speed, away from the open ground.

Of course it was not difficult for Eackbert's eagle to chase after him, in just seconds Marco could feel that Eackbert was very close to him.

Not without reason, Marco did deliberately choose a sparrow, so that he could move agilely to deceive Eackbert.

Several times Eackbert's beak and eagle claws that lead to his body, Marco could have avoided easily.

Marco was rather overwhelmed by the wind generated by the flapping of Eackbert's wings, to make Marco was pushed a few times a bit far.

Marco did not hesitate, but rather persevered to approach Eackbert's body to look for signs of disability in his body.

They both spent quite a bit of time in space, as Marco also had trouble finding the mark on Eackbert's body.

Marco almost regretted his decision to choose the shape of a sparrow, which turned out to be poor vision.

And just as Marco could see Eackbert's point of weakness, his attention was distracted, leaving Marco with a strike from Eackbert's claws pretty hard on his back.

Marco lost his balance.

With wings that could not be opened, it was clear Marco swooped sharply, falling down from space at high speed, like a stone dropped from a height.

Once so, Marco still had several times received a kick from Eackbert's claws, making the rate of fall even faster.

Marco's body was hot, as it rubbed against the air, and Marco almost lost consciousness because of the pressure and heat.

The last seconds before Marco touched the ground, Marco could finally move his wings, and open them wide.

But, because it was too close to the ground, Marco could not resist the fall, and slammed hard on the ground, until Marco rolled around long enough and far enough from the point of fall.

Apparently, it has become a rule in shapeshifter fights, so no one dared to come closer to help, or hurt Marco.

Marco tried hard to get back on his feet, just as Eackbert's claws were about to press him on the ground.

Scant.

It was fortunate that Marco dodged, then immediately turned into the Great Horned Owl right then and there.

All happened just a split second, until Marco did not have time to think about anything in between that time.

Marco kicked with both of his claws, using all of his strength accumulated for the last few seconds, into the chest of the Eackbert eagle.

Because of Marco's kick, Eackbert's eagle was pushed back and almost lying on the ground.

Eackbert's point of weakness, which was almost on the tail, would have been difficult for Marco to hit that point if they were still on the ground.

Marco then flapped his wings until he flew, lifting slightly off the ground.

Eackbert's eagle then followed Marco's movements, but instead of attacking Marco, Eackbert seemed to be going to change his body shape.

Eackbert is seen flying away from Marco, but Marco does not provide enough opportunity for Eackbert to escape.

At high speed, Marco caught up and kicked with all his might right at the Eackbert handicap mark.

A shriek of Eackbert's eagle's voice rang out, accompanied by the sound of Eackbert's body pounding violently onto the ground.

Eackbert's wings seemed to be moving wildly like a dying, dying bird, as Marco moved his claws to the ground, near the body of the eagle Eackbert lay.

Once again, Marco then struck hard with his claws, at the mark of Eackbert's deformity, until Eackbert appeared to be motionless again.

Apparently, Eackbert fell unconscious.

Marco had no intention of killing his Uncle.

"I claim Alpha's power!" marco said with a loud voice rising.

The shapeshifter-shapeshifter was there, then seemed silent, as Marco flew back into the middle of the field.

"Maybe! Gammas! Delta!" marco exclaimed at the three shapeshifters, who appeared to be running towards him immediately.

"Alpha replacement is not dead." whispered Marco.

"What is..." Beta's question stopped, because Marco interrupted him.

"Shush..." Marco mendesus's.

"Dispose the body to the middle of the ocean!" marco said with a loud voice, so that all the shapeshifters there could hear his words.

"Take him to Nancy's place, and hold him there." whispered Marco again in a hurry.

Finally, Beta Gamma and Delta seemed to understand Marco's intent, and hurriedly dashed towards the Eackbert eagle's body which was visible still no movement at all.

Marco then changed his form in part, until he looked great with the winged human form of the Great Horned Owl.

"Will anyone try to challenge me?" ask Marco.
