Part 49's
Upon the arrival of Marco, Duke and Adaline's two brothers, Marco's house smells of food that seems to be being cooked there.
Bella looks busy cooking with Adaline's help, and looks familiar talking in the kitchen.
"You're home!" bella said, smiling broadly.
"Hmmm... Where are my brothers?" adaline asked who looked puzzled, probably because Marco had only walked in by himself.
"They went to the farmhouse, brought the two of their new pets" Marco said, as he walked over to Bella, kissing Bella on the forehead.
"What maintenance?" adaline sounded confused.
Marco then washed his hands in the sink, before taking a seat at the kitchen table.
"I bought them two sheep. So, later you can learn to raise a farm" Marco replied.
A piece of apple in the plate on the table, Marco chewed slowly.
"What do you cook?" ask Marco.
"Boil meat with red beans. Thank you to Adaline, because she taught me," replied Bella.
"Say, you look like the food, when you visit their place of residence," continued Bella.
"Hmmm... I see, huh?!" said Marco.
"No sign of your parents coming back yet?" marco asked Adaline.
"No, not yet" answered Adaline.
"Hmmm... You're not smart enough to hide your secret as an Alpha" Adaline continued.
"Thank you, who told your family everything" Marco said flatly.
"You think if you keep hiding, then everything will be fine?" ask Adaline.
"Yes. I do think so," replied Marco.
"Hmmm... Never mind... What's important now is that we hope my parents can find Beta, or Gamma, or Delta as soon as possible." Adaline said.
"I'm sorry, Bella! I don't intend to worry you, "Adaline continued, with a tone of regret.
"It's okay. I already know everything, even if you don't bring it up, I'll still be worried" Bella said, stirring her cooking over the fire.
Marco stood up again and hugged Bella from behind.
"Just be sure... If all will be well, then" said Marco softly, and almost whispered in Bella's ear.
Bella seemed to nod her head slowly.
"I love you, honey... I'm not going to let anything worry you until it happens" Marco said.
"I know." said Bella.
"Is there anything I can help you with?" ask Marco.
"Hmmm... Please, fix the position of the firewood, so that the fire does not die" replied Bella.
"okay!" marco answered, then crouched down and did what Bella asked, in the fireplace.
"Aadaline! Maybe you should invite your brothers and sisters back here! I think the food is cooked. We can have lunch together now" Bella said.
"okay!" adaline answered, then hurried out of the kitchen.
Marco takes the opportunity, to kiss the surprised-looking Bella, with Marco's sudden movements.
Bella briefly restrains Marco, but eventually lets Marco kiss her, until Marco is satisfied.
"I love you, so much! You know that, right?" ask Marco.
"I know baby... You always tell me" Bella replied with a smile.

A few weeks have passed.
If Marco had not miscalculated it, it had been more than a month, but Adaline's parents had no sign of coming back.
Marco's daily life has changed since Adaline and her brothers lived in his house.
Marco only occasionally comes to the farm shed, and spends more time with Bella.
Whether at home, or at Bella's bakery, Marco always accompanied the woman, and gave the responsibility of taking care of the cattle, to the Adaline brothers.
Not without reason Marco did.
Besides he was happy when together with Bella, Marco was indeed on guard and increasingly vigilant to protect Bella.
Remembering all the words of Adaline's parents, Marco did try not to let her be caught off guard.
Brother Alpha could have sent his followers, to hurt Bella, to have Marco lose his spirit.
That's the worst possibility.
But that was the biggest consideration for Marco, who ultimately chose to take care of Bella himself, rather than just entrusting her to Adaline, or her brothers.
With the new rush, Adaline also more often come with Marco and Bella, when they go to Bella's cake shop.
Adaline, who was also happy to cook, was happy to help Bella in her cake shop, and occasionally made her own Adaline recipe cake, to be sold at Bella's store.
"Only a few times have I sold cakes, the results were good enough to add to my savings" chirped Adaline, who looked happy and excited.
"You're good at making cakes, it's only natural that your cakes are sold by people" said Bella.
"Can I keep my cake in your place?" ask Adaline.
"Eh! Excuse me... I look like I'm taking advantage of your shop" Adaline continued hurriedly.
"It's okay. Don't feel like that...! You can keep making cookies, and leave them there." said Bella.
"I'm happy, also grateful to you, because you also help with the work at home that I often leave behind" continued Bella.
"Hmmm... Since you brought it up, you might forget that me and my brothers, were hitchhiking to sleep and eat" Adaline said.
"Eh! Why are you talking like that?" ask Bella.
"Me and Marco never had a problem with that" continued Bella, before Adaline answered the question, which did not need that answer.
While Marco was sitting with Bella and Adaline, he did listen to the conversation between Bella and Adaline at his house.
However, Marco's eyes also looked at the unusual movements in his cornfield, carefully.
Marco felt that there was something strange that made his corn plant sway.
And it seems there's something there.
"Aadaline! Get Bella in! Protect her!" marco said with a raised voice.
Without a second thought and not having time to take off his clothes again, Marco transformed into a huge male lion and jumped down from the veranda, letting his clothes be torn apart, splashing on the floor of the veranda.
In a hurry, Marco ran towards something that moved his corn plant.
A large black wolf, looking silent glued to see the arrival of Marco.
"Who are you? What are you doing here?" ask Marco.
"Are you an Alpha?" ask the wolf.
"No, and you haven't answered my question" Marco said firmly.
"My name is Beta" said the wolf, who was apparently the shapeshifter that Adaline's parents were looking for.
"You don't lie! What did you come here for?" marco asked who would not believe it, the shapeshifter said.
"Flints and Seba. They searched and met me because of Alpha" Beta replied.
"Then why are you here?" ask Marco fishing the shapeshifter.
"Seba gave Alpha a location point, and now Flints is looking for Gamma and Delta" Beta said.
"I don't think I've missed before. But, if this isn't Alpha's place, I'm sorry... I'll come back after Seba" said Beta, then walk slowly away from Marco.
"Wait!" said Marco.
"Prove that you are Beta." Marco continued.
