I don't know what Bella's planning is, but Marco won't dispute it, and complies with his will to have the Sums go to see him.

"Please sit!" bella said, while still stirring the cake batter in the bowl, which she was holding.

"I'm sorry that might be disrespectful. But, I really have to do this all, so that I can think clearly," continued Bella.

"No problem" said Flints, and they all took their seats in the kitchen.

"Marco just told me about Alpha" Bella said.

"I feel like I've been thinking very carefully, and I don't want anything to happen with Marco" Bella said.

"I hope you can help Marco, to put an end to all Alpha infighting" Bella continued.

"The only way to end it is if Marco challenges a replacement Alpha" Flints said.

"Aren't you guys thinking of any plans at all?" ask Bella.

Marco racked his brain.

Meaning Bella wants Marco to challenge the Alpha successor, so there is no need to worry about the power struggle.

"If I wanted to claim leadership, what do you know how?" ask Marco.

"You must come to the substitute Alpha in the castle" replied Flints.

"But, I've never fought before, and I don't know how to master, or use my abilities," Marco said.

Both Flints and Seba looked as though they were shocked, when they heard Marco say that, and they both stared at each other for a while.

And now, everyone in there seemed to be thinking about something, and made the room quiet for some time.

"I know!" exciting Seba.

"There is a shapeshifter that can teach you to fight, and develop your skills, so you are stronger" continued Seba.

"Who? Where is he?" ask Marco.

"That's the problem, because he's a runaway, I don't know where he lives. I still have to find a place to live first" replied Seba.

"But, I don't think that's all it is." flints said.

"What do you mean?" ask Marco.

"A substitute Alpha follower group is enough. It won't be that easy to enter the castle alone, then meet with a substitute Alpha" Flints replied.

"We have to gather all the escape shapeshifters, to be able to help you... And that's quite time-consuming" Flints continued.

"We have to split up, if we want to quickly inform them all. Except you, Marco...

I think you better stay hidden while preparing yourself. Don't let a replacement Alpha find you first" Seba said.

Marco then remembered something.

"I've seen a shapeshifter around the woods nearby. Is that maybe an Alpha replacement?" ask Marco.

Flints looked to frown his forehead.

"No. That's not possible. Is it just one person?" ask Flints.

"All I could see was one" replied Marco.

"No. It's definitely not an Alpha replacement. He's never been out alone since he took the lead. He's always been escorted by some shapeshifter backer" Flints said.

Flints frowned, and pursed his lips, while moving them to and fro.

"Is that Beta?" flints said, with enlarged eyes.

"You mean?" marco asked confusedly.

"Only Beta, Gamma, and Delta usually roam outside their home territory, other than Alpha," Flints replied.

"If it's a Beta, it's the one we're looking to help teach you, because Alpha is no more" Seba said.

"Then, what are we waiting for?" flints

"We can't delay any longer. Instead, we start looking for Beta, and tell the other shapeshifter," Flints continued, then stood up from his seat.

"Wait a minute!" said Seba.

When we start collecting the other shapeshifters, then most likely, the replacement Alpha will find out, and be able to come find you first, before you go to the castle," Seba continued.

Marco could only be silent, and then saw Bella who had just looked at them, who had gathered at the table.

"You know how else! Do I have any other choice?" said Marco.

Seba and Flints looked at Bella for a while, before looking back at Marco.

"You've been pretty good at hiding for a while now...

Just keep it that way! Keep acting like you're a normal human being. Be careful when changing shape, so as not to attract attention...

Because when there's a bit of information going around, it's likely that Alpha's replacement will also be spreading spies everywhere" Flints said, staring at Marco.

"We're not coming back here until we can find Beta" Flints continued.

"So you're saying, I'm still doing my usual routine?" ask Marco.

"Yes. I think it's best that way. So that no suspicion leads to you" replied Flints.

"Aadaline! Fint! Fent! You don't have to come. All three of you, help Marco keep watch here" said Seba.

"Good, Mom!" they said the three of them were in unison.

"Remember well! Everything now has to be more careful" Seba said.

"We go first!" seba said goodbye to Bella.

Bella nodded her head.

"Yes. Be careful on the road!" said Bella.

Seba and Flints then stood up from their seats, and walked towards the door, accompanied by Marco.

They walked to the back of Marco's house, and changed shape there.

"Be careful on the road!" said Marco.

"Yes. You also need to be more vigilant. We're leaving now!" flints, who was already a dog, was like Seba, then ran away from Marco's residence.

Marco then walked back into the house, into the kitchen.

Adaline, and her two brothers, were sitting at the table in the kitchen.

While Bella looked limp, even though she still put the dough in the oven.

"Do you want to make me at peace with animals?" ask one of Adaline's brothers.

"Yes. You guys want to go to the farm shed?" ask Marco.

"Yes" the three brothers replied in unison.

"You guys wait outside, I'll catch up for a second" Marco said.

Adaline and her two brothers, then walked out of the place, leaving Marco with Bella there.

Marco hugged Bella tightly.

"I'm sorry... I just make you anxious all the time" Marco said.

Bella seemed to take a deep breath, then exhaled slowly.

"I love you... I'm really worried about the possibility, there's going to be nothing with you" said Bella, who tightened her arms.

"I love you, baby... I will try my best so that we can all be fine" Marco said.

Marco held onto Bella's chin, and raised his face.

"I will teach the children of the Sums family to take care of the livestock. So that I can always accompany you, wherever you are," said Marco, then kissed Bella's lips gently.

"Hmmm... Didn't you ever say you were going to trade cows at the cattle trade today?" bella asked, after Marco stopped kissing her.

"Oh, yes! I just remembered!" said Marco.

"But I probably won't take a new cow, just sell the old one. So, no job is too time-consuming" Marco continued.

"It's up to you." said Bella.
