“By sacrificing my son's future? You sound selfish,” ketus Ningsih.

“We will not sacrifice Abi's future. We will cover this marriage from Larisa and the extended family until she recovers. After that we will ask Abi to divorce her and Abi can find another woman worth marrying,”.

“Their wedding will only be done religiously. So, we will not be able to sue Abi later because their marriage is not legally registered,” Davira said

“Is there no other way? Sorry sir, Buk, I understand your daughter's condition. But why should my child sacrifice?”

Davira and Endra looked at each other.

“What, Mother, have other ways to help our daughter? We didn't really want Abi to do this, but he convinced us. He also said that he loved Larisa and wanted to make her happy. Then as parents who are desperate, can we refuse the kindness of children, Mother? Of course not! What Abi decided was our great hope for Larisa's recovery. I think if, Ibuk, were in our position, we would do the same,”

“Although, Father, being in my position, will definitely also do the same,” replied Ningsing annoyed.

Before the wedding, Endra had prepared a place to live for his daughter and daughter-in-law in Bali. A large Villa on the edge of the cliff became his choice. Wh why? Because of the good views and access to all the facilities there is quite close. Abi agreed, because he gave full confidence to Larisa that the woman would no longer want to end her life. 

Endra also took care of Abi's place and permission to open a practice there. His son-in-law wanted to support his household with his own hard work. Although he had offered to transfer money monthly, but his prospective daughter-in-law refused. Marrying Larisa is not just a matter of compassion and pity, but also limited to doctors and patients. But Abi is really serious about accepting the girl for who she is and taking over Endra's responsibilities as a father.

Abi really wants to be the real husband for Larisa. Although this marriage is a hidden marriage, God is all-knowing. So, he could not neglect his duty as a husband, because he did not want to bear a great sin. Abi believes that his good intentions will reap good results later. So, he must be patient to face a test before enjoying happiness.

Endra and Davira also can not smile happily when their daughter has been betrothed by a man. Even her daughter-in-law is now much better than she used to be, but this is not what they wanted.

Larisa is about to start her new life. However, there were many things they were worried about, especially Abi. Is that man able to survive? Was the man okay after saying the kabul ijab? Since there was no expression they could catch from Abi's face, it left them confused as to whether this marriage was right or wrong.
