The Broken Ring's

The Broken Ring's
Trying to Receive Reality

Larisa drove her car towards home with a somewhat gloomy look. Somehow his heart felt so bitter remembering the look on Zayn's face as he told about his dark past. The man looked shocked, unexpected and stunned for quite a while. Even when Larisa said retreat, Zayn remained unmoved in his place. Like no hirau. Is that how he came to the truth about Larisa?

Larisa herself does not feel good. Although it was not the first time to get such a reaction, this time it felt completely different. If before he could still smile as if nothing had happened, that would not be the case now. His chest felt so painful and also tight. Maybe because he also has feelings for Zayn even though it is not so deep, he unwittingly hopes for the man a little. Hoping if Zayn is different from the previous men and willing to accept his shortcomings willingly.

"What do you think, Risa?" Larisa's monologuing herself. He chuckled, but on the other hand also wiped the corner of his watery eyes. It was extremely expensive the price he had to pay for the mistakes he had made in the past. It seemed, for the rest of his life he would have to live a day in solitude. Buried his dream of having a happy little family.

Larisa tries to comfort herself by remembering all the fun things, but no doubt her tears continue to fall nonstop. Finally, he parked his car near a park. He must calm down before returning home. Don't let his family see himself as messy as he is now. Long ago, Larisa did prefer to hold her sadness alone rather than having to share it with others.

It had been three days since the talks between Larisa and Zayn that afternoon. Larisa tries to keep up the routine as usual as if nothing happened. Zayn also did not contact her again after that day. It was obvious that the man had also chosen to retreat like the others.

Larisa took a long breath. Somehow he kept thinking about Zayn, but as much as possible not to think about or expect him again.

"Sir Risa," the voice of Lalita's call made Larisa turn her head.

"What's your brother doing here alone?" asked Lalita while sitting next to Larisa.

Currently, Larisa was sitting alone in her backyard while looking at the star-filled night sky. Occasionally he was sipped with hot chocolate from the glass he held.

"Sister?" call Lalita again because Larisa's not responding.

I don't want Larisa to look.

"Why are you here? Where are Rainer and Kalan?" Larisa asked back.

"Rainer is out. There is business he said. If Kalan is asleep" said Lalita. "Sister hasn't answered my question yet. What are you doing here alone?"

"none. Just wanted to." Larisa tried to smile at Lalita.

"Know, no? Now the big brother looks like an upset ABG who just broke up from his girlfriend," said Lalita half-tempting.

Once again Larisa only responded with a smile. That certainly makes Lalita realize something is wrong with her brother.

"Sister is not a person who is easily distracted by trivial things. If until Brother sits as alone as he is now, there is definitely something serious that Brother is thinking about, and it is not about work," Lalita guessed.

"What serious things should you think about other than work?" Larisa.

Lalita sighs. One of the things that often make him upset with Larisa is her brother's closed nature. For some reason it was so hard for Larisa to just tell a story.

"Don't like to hold a heavy load alone, sister. It's better to divide it to feel lighter" Lalita said half in despair.

"What should be shared is happiness, Lita, not something like a burden. It is better to bear the burden alone so that others do not suffer as well."

"No, Brother. Family is not only a place to share happiness, but many other things are also shared, including the burden of sadness. Because then, we can strengthen each other." Lalita.

Larisa fell silent and digested Lalita's words just now.

"I know Brother is a strong man, but there are times when the burden must be shared with others, so that we are not destroyed by fatigue, Brother," added Lalita again.

Larisa's still flinching. Moments later, a breath came from his mouth.

Sontak Lalita turned to her sister and looked at her with eyes that could not be described with words. After what happened in the past, of course, now she is more concerned with Larisa, so she knows that her brother is starting to have feelings for Zayn.

"Nr ...." Lalita hugged Larisa from the side. Now he understands why some days Larisa looks moody.

"One day someone will come who loves Brother sincerely and accepts Brother for who he is. Now is just not the time," said Lalita.

"No, Lita. It seems like there won't be anything like it." Larisa. "But don't worry, I'm fine. Living as a Mama and Papa's child like this is not a bad thing either."

"No, don't be that pessimistic. I'm pretty sure that you'll meet the right person later. Look at it," said Lalita again. The atmosphere turned somewhat sad so that his voice sounded slightly trembling.

Larisa laughed a little. He knew that Lalita was trying to encourage him, although in the end his sister was getting carried away with her own feelings.

"That's it. Rainer will come home to see your face like this, even I was the target of your husband. This is why I'm lazy to tell you anything. You must be melow," said Larisa pretending to grumble.

"Why should you be afraid of Rainer? Just tell me she's bothering you, brother" said Lalita. "After all, I'm sure to melt. Brother has been sad a lot, should now Brother be happy. I feel guilty for being happy myself."

"Who says I'm not happy now? I'm so happy, Lita. Happiness does not have to be because you have a partner," argued Larisa.

Lalita smiles. He agreed, although in his heart of course he still hoped that his brother would someday find a true partner who would accompany him until old Larisa later.

"You're here apparently." Riani's voice rang out, making Lalita break her embrace and turn her head along with Larisa.

"Risa, there are guests coming looking for you," said Riani.

"Guests?" Larisa slightly knitted her eyebrows together. Who came to see him these nights?

"Yes. Zayn's Lawyer. Maybe there is something urgent about the hotel that he must convey right now" said Riani.

Larisa was stunned when she heard Zayn's name.

"Find there. There must be something important," repeated Riani again.

Larisa sighed before finally nodding, then went to the living room with a million questions in her mind.

"Zayn?" Larisa muttered Zayn's name subconsciously upon seeing the man sitting in the living room.

Zayn immediately got up from his seat when he realized the arrival of Larisa.

"What do you need?" larisa asked after as much as possible neutralizing the rumble in her chest.

"Same ...." Zayn also looks unusual.

"Can we talk outside for a second?"
