The Broken Ring's

The Broken Ring's
Dreams and Hope

"Give me some time, Zayn." That's what Larisa said after Zayn asked to consider herself.

It is not a matter of Zayn's past that Larisa must consider because she also has a past that is no less dark, but the existence of a child that Zayn will certainly bring in their lives if they get married. Larisa should be happy because with the child, Zayn will not demand any more offspring from her. But it's not all that simple. Larisa doubted herself. Can he accept his son Zayn with all his heart? And also, can she be a good mother to the child?

On the basis of it all, Larisa must think and must not decide rashly. That's why he didn't answer 'yes' to Zayn.

If previously Larisa who was made restless by Zayn, now the situation turned around. Zayn made a mistake because Larisa had not contacted him since his confession that night. Of course Zayn was worried. For the first time he was amazed and fell in love with a woman, even the feeling did not waver despite knowing the shortcomings of the woman. As an adult man, he could certainly see if previously Larisa also had an interest in him. However, after knowing the prihal of his son that he entrusted in the orphanage, did not rule out the possibility of Larisa choosing to withdraw.

Of course Zayn can't force it if Larisa chooses to step down. He also could not suppress using the flaws that Larisa had. Too loser, even though at first he has also acted like a loser by intending to cover up the facts about his son.

Zayn was upset, but could do nothing but wait. Larisa had already said she would contact him immediately after thinking properly, so she tried to be patient even with a worried heart.

"Rise?" Zayn muttered in disbelief when one afternoon found Larisa sitting in the lobby of the law firm where she worked. The girl seemed to be waiting for someone.

Larisa turned her head towards Zayn, then got up while throwing a faint smile.

"Would you like to meet Mr Hendro?" ask Zayn.

Larisa shook her head, "no, I'm waiting for you" she replied.

Zayn was stunned for a moment. However, a moment later involuntarily his smile also expanded.

"Have your work hours finished?" ask Larisa.

"I want to go home" said Zayn.

"Goodoo. I want you to take me somewhere" Larisa said.

"Where?" Zayn asked.

Larisa did not answer. He only returned a faint smile, making his expression look a little mysterious in Zayn's eyes.

"Come, to your car. I was here to take a taxi, not to take a car, "take Larisa while taking her first step.

Inevitably Zayn followed the girl from behind, though in his heart was still covered with various questions.

"Where are we going?" zayn asked when they were in the car.

Larisa did not answer. He seemed to sigh for a moment, then turned his head towards Zayn.

"I've been thinking about it for a few days, Zayn. Honestly, my heart is more directed that I accept you. But before that .. Take me to the orphanage where your son is. I want to meet her," Larisa said later.

This time it was Zayn who was silent. He looked at Larisa with an unpredictable look.

"His orphanage is on the outskirts of town. It's already afternoon. If we go there, maybe we'll be back tonight." Zayn finally answered.

"It's okay. I've informed my Mama that I will probably be home late" Larisa said.

Zayn was still staring fixedly at Larisa, before he finally nodded his head.

"All right," the man muttered as he turned on his car engine. Not waiting long, they drove away from the office of the law firm where Zayn worked.

On the way, Larisa asks Zayn to stop when she sees a minimarket. The girl got out of the car and into the minimarket. Before long, he returned with several large bags of candy, chocolate, milk, bread and several other types of snacks.

Zayn didn't say anything. The man only smiled faintly at Larisa. He did not expect Larisa even thought of bringing souvenirs for other orphanage children.

After putting Larisa's groceries into the trunk, the trip continued. It took about an hour for the two to arrive at the orphanage where Zayn left his son.

All the children knew Zayn well. They welcomed Zayn's arrival with great joy, especially when Larisa distributed souvenirs for them.

Shortly after, one of the caretakers came with a baby boy.

Larisa looked up and looked at the baby. In his heart he wondered, is this the son of Zayn? He had never asked how old the boy was. Unexpectedly, it was still a baby.

"I'm sorry to wait so long, Mr. Zayn. Zidan was being bathed" the caretaker said, handing the baby boy over to Zayn's sling.

So his name is Zidan?

Larisa was still stunned with eyes that continued to point at Zidan.

"I'm staying first, yes, sir, Mom. Excuse me." The caretaker resigned himself.

Zayn and Larisa thanked him almost simultaneously. After the caretaker left, the atmosphere became silent for a while. Only Zidan's babbling was heard on Zayn's lap.

"Name's Zidan?" asked Larisa to open her voice.

Zayn nodded.

"How old is he?" ask Larisa again.

"Eight months" Zayn said briefly.

Larisa was silent for a moment. He looked at Zidan once again with great adhesion. The baby looks healthy and adorable. His body was densely filled and his skin was pure white. He seems to be very well taken care of here.

"Zayn, can ... I carry it?" larisa asked then somewhat restrainedly.

Zayn raised his face.

"Do you want to carry it?" reworked Zayn reassuringly.

Larisa nodded. Both of his hands were outstretched, hinting if he was ready to carry.

Zayn got up and handed Zidan over to Larisa. The baby did not refuse. He stared at Larisa before finally laughing and chirping back.

Larisa was stunned for a moment with a difficult feeling she described. For some reason, his heart warmed. There was a kind of novelty that suddenly burst out from the bottom of his veins. A feeling he had never felt before.

"Zayn," called Larisa then with a voice that sounded slightly vibrating.

"Yes?"

"If we get married, he'll be my son too, right?" ask Larisa. A question he shouldn't ask because the answer is obvious.

"Yes, of course." Zayn nodded.

"Will he call me mother?" ask Larisa again.

Zayn nodded again, "if you teach him to call you mother, then he will call you mother."

Larisa gulped her saliva. Suddenly his eyes warmed up. For some reason, she wanted to cry.

"Then if I take care of him and love him like my own son, will he also love me and think of me as his own mother?" This time Larisa's tears really fell. Her desire to become a mother she had buried deep in, now rose again and became so unbearable.

"Of course," Zayn replied with eyes that also looked flushed. Larisa, the woman has not only captured her heart, but has also made her drown in a dream and hope, which is to be the mother of her poor child.
